Neurodevelopmental outcomes of very low birth weight infants (VLBWI) and extremely low birth weight infants (ELBWI) in Korea on 14 reports from 1984 to 2008 were analyzed. Follow-up rates were varied from 42.9% to 90.2%. Duration of follow-up ranged from 4 months to 5 years. The prevalence of cerebral palsy (CP) of VLBWI was as follows: 4.3-5.3% in 1980s, 7.1-9.1 % in 1990s and 3.6-15.6% in 2000s. CP was noted in 8.2-30.8% of ELBWI on studies reported in 2000s. Delayed Mental development was diagnosed in 2.0-17.9% of VLBWI and in 20.4-30.8% of ELBWI. Sensory impairments such as hearing loss or visual deficit were reported in 3.1-3.6% of VLBWI and 0.0-10.0% of ELBWI. Seizure disorder was reported in 5.3% of VLBWI by one report. No reports for minor neurodevelopmental dysfunctions in VLBWI and ELBWI were found from 1984 to 2008. It is necessary to establish basic protocols and nationwide systems for long-term follow-up study to obtain valuable data.

회전익 항공기기가 안전하게 비행하기 위해서는 엔진-기체 적합성에 대한 검증과 확인이 요구된다. 적합성은 일반적으로 해석, 지상시험 및 비행시험을 통해 검증되며, 엔진-구동축-로터 계통의 반응성과 안정성 시험을 포함한다. 요구되는 주요 지상 및 비행시험은 엔진 가감속, 엔진 출력제어, 자동활강, Transient Droop 및 비틀림 안정성 등이다. 지상/비행시험의 결과는 엔진 기체 추진 계통에서 불안정성이나 이상 특성이 없음을 보여주었다. 국과연 KHP 기술관리단은 감항인증기관으로서 개발주관기관이 수행한 모든 시험결과가 요구도를 충족하였음을 확인하였다. For flight safety of helicopter, verification and validation of the engine airframe compatibility is required. Compatibility is typically verified through analysis, ground test and flight test, which includes response and stability tests of the engine ? drive train ? rotor system. Required key ground and flight tests are acceleration/deceleration, power control, autorotation, transient droop and torsional stability tests. The results of ground/flight tests demonstrated no instability and no abnormal characteristics at the engine airframe drive system. KHP Technology Management Office at ADD, as an Airworthiness Qualification Agency, validated all the results of ground and flight tests performed by Development Agency satisfied its requirements.

Growth is a potent indicator of child health. The child who grows well is generally healthy, and poor growth reflects his or her ill health. Identification of poor growth acts as a useful early warning of a possible problem. Monitoring children’s growth status with appropriate assessments is an important part of pediatrics, and the recognition of growth problems in children is one of the major challenges facing primary care physicians. The process of growth assessment involves measurements of height and/or weight, and sometimes also involves more specialized measurements that are plotted on standard growth charts. In order to identify pathologic growth, a careful history and physical examination should also be obtained. The purpose of this article is to provide information for primary care physicians to guide the assessment of growth in children. Tools to assist in the assessment of growth are discussed as well as normal growth patterns of children.
한국어 교사의 디지털 리터러시 역량과 TPACK(테크놀로지 수업 전문성)과의 관계 분석 연구

This study aims to analyze the correlation between the digital literacy competency and the TPACK (Technological Pedagogical And Content Knowledge) of Korean language teachers. By measuring both the digital literacy competency and the TPACK of Korean language teachers, the study analyzes the correlation between these two variables. To this end, the digital literacy competency of Korean language teachers was divided into ‘technical, cognitive, and socialjustice aspects’ for investigation. The results showed that cognitive digital literacy was the highest competency, while technical digital literacy was the lowest. TPACK was further divided into TK (Technological Knowledge), TCK (Technoligical Contenet Knowledge), TPK (Technoligical Pedagogical Knowledge) and TPCK for measurement, revealing that teachers scored the lowest on TK and the highest on TPK. The analysis revealed a strong correlation between technical digital literacy and TPACK, suggesting that enhancing technical competencies should be prioritized. Furthermore, based on the finding that teaching experience in Korean language education does not influence digital literacy and TPACK, it is believed that practice-oriented teacher training focused on integrating digital tools and technologies could enhance teachers’ digital literacy competencies.
한국어 학습자의 화용 능력 평가를 위한 구인 연구 -화행을 중심으로-

The purpose of this study is to establish evaluation components to assess the spoken pragmatic competence of Korean learners. For this purpose, speech acts were targeted, and through previous research, the preliminary components for evaluating speech act ability were composed of ‘contextual factors,’ ‘speech act structure,’ ‘speech act strategy,’ and ‘pragmatic tone.’ The constructs of the revised pragmatic ability assessment can be broadly divided into ‘cultural factors’ and ‘linguistic factors,’ with cultural factors further divided into ‘relational factors’ and ‘social factors.’ Linguistic elements were divided into ‘structural elements’ and ‘expressive elements.’ Experts agreed that the CVR index of all constructs except ‘social factors’ was above 0.8.
