소년비행과 체육활동

체육이란 운동, 스포츠, 게임, 무용 등과 같은 활발한 신체 활동을 통해 인간의 신 체적, 정신적, 사회적 성장과 발달을 돕는 활동이다. 체육활동은 청소년의 사회적 관 계 증진에도 효과적인 것으로 나타나고 있다. 특히 청소년의 체육활동 참여는 청소 년의 사회성 발달과 학교적응에도 중요한 역할을 하는 것으로 증명되었다. 체육활동 은 현대사회에서 사회구성원들에게 다원화된 사회가치를 전체 구성원들에게 효과적 으로 전달하는 사회제도의 하나이다. 특히 통합적인 교육체계로서의 체육은 비행소 년에 대한 교육의 일환으로 제시되고 있으며 체육이 지니는 다양한 역할과 기능은 기존의 연구에서도 효과성이 있는 것으로 나타나고 있다. 체육활동은 근본적으로 특 정한 긍정적 가치, 사회적 기능을 전달할 뿐만 아니라 체육활동에 참가한 사람의 신 체기능의 향상, 정서발달, 그리고 도덕적 함양에 긍정적인 영향을 주며 사회화의 긍 정적인 방법으로써 소년비행을 감소시키는 효과도 있다. 체육활동과 소년비행 억제의 인과성에 대해서는 여러 연구에서도 밝혀졌듯이 체육 활동은 소년비행에 직․간접적인 영향을 미친다. 즉 가정과 학교, 지역사회의 체육환경이 좋을수록 청소년의 체육활동의 참가가 높고 이는 결과적으로 비행을 억제하는 요소로 작용한다. Physical activity has also been shown to be effective in promoting social relations among adolescents. Particularly, adolescents' participation in physical activity has proven to play an important role in the social development of adolescents and school adjustment. Physical activity is one of the social systems that effectively transmit diversified social values ​to all members of society in modern society. Especially, physical education as an integrated educational system is presented as a part of education for the juvenile delinquents, and various roles and functions of physical education are shown to be effective in existing researches. Physical activity has a positive effect on physical function, emotional development, and moral development of a person participating in athletic activities as well as a certain positive value and social function. There is also. As for the causalities of physical activity and boys' flight inhibition, physical activity has direct or indirect effects on juvenile delinquency. In other words, the better the physical environment of home, school, and community, the higher the participation of adolescents in physical activity

음도변경에 따른 전기성문파형 특성

This study researched for the closed quotient and characteristics of the related variables by changing pitches. Jitter that has raised the pitch shows a lower tendency as the pitch goes up; good voice can be produced by raising the pitch. EGG that represents by electric resistance by the contact aspect of vocal cords through electrode that is placed on the both sides of thyroid cartilage is used a lot for the phonetic studies such as physiology of larynx or vocalization. From the result of the test that measured extracted closed quotient from EGG system toward 30 male adults, it was recognized that the contact interval of vocal cords is increased as the pitch is raised. Thus, it is expected that the study can be used in clinic for screening inspection of voice disordered patient.

인간 정서에 미치는 그린인테리어의 일반적 기능에 관한 연구

Modern people who lived in a urban areas place more importance to the plant and nature as culture developed. As this result that the importance and effectiveness of the indoor landscaping may highly increased. So It was surveyed that the effect of green interior on the human life and emotions. The results of the study were as followings: 1. The environmental effect. This may include the decorative effect of using visible image by plants, architectural effect using plant as green materials, green amenity of environment like as purification of air pollu- tant, producing of anions and controlling of temperature and humidity by plant. 2. The psychological effect. This means the effect of the psychological serenity through the making of non-threating and non-discriminative environment and the intellectual satisfaction by cultivating plant. 3. The psychological effect. This means the effectiveness for the reha-bilitation of the body through diminishing of stress level and the active meaning of the exercise effect through the cultivation. So it may assumed that the indoor landscaping take part in the dwellers of urban areas, the importance of indoor gardening may have to be increase for the beneficial effect of green amenity.

태권도시범단원의 자기관리가 운동만족 및 경기수행력에 미치는 영향

본 연구는 운동선수들에 대한 자기관리의 중요성을 기초로 태권도시범단원들의 운동 만족 및 경기수행력에 대하여 그들의 특성에 맞는 효과적인 자기관리 전략을 모색하는데 그 목적이 있다. 연구목적을 달성하기 위해 제 30회 K 대학 총장배 전국태권도대회에 참가한 태권도시범단원 275명을 대상으로 PASW/PC 21 version을 통해 빈도분석, 탐색적 요인분석, 신뢰도 분석, 상관관계 분석, 다중회귀분석을 실시하였다. 분석결과, 첫째, 태권도시범단원의 자기관리 하위요인 중 정신관리, 대인관리, 신체관리, 훈련관리는 운동만족에 긍정적인 영향을 미치는 것으로 나타났다. 둘째, 태권도시범단원의 자기관리 하위요인 중 대인관리, 신체관리, 훈련관리는 육체적 경기수행에 긍정적인 영향을 미치는 것으로 나타났다. 셋째, 태권도시범단원의 자기관리 하위요인 중 정신관리, 대인관리, 신체관리는 심리적 경기수행에 긍정적인 영향을 미치는 것으로 나타났다. The purpose of this study is to identify the types of self-management that are appropriate for the athletes’ characteristics in relation to the exercise satisfaction and performance of Taekwondo demonstration team members based on the importance of self-management of athletes. In order to achieve the purpose of research, Taekwondo demonstrators were selected as the population and 275 Taekwondo demonstrators who participated in the 2018 demonstration competition at College K were analyzed. Data were collected through the purposeful sampling, one of the convenience sampling methods. As a data processing method, frequency analysis, exploratory factor analysis and reliability analysis were carried out through PASW/PC 21 ver. and correlation analysis and multiple regression analysis were conducted. First, as a result of analyzing the effects of self-management of Taekwondo demonstrators, mental health management, interpersonal relationship management, physical health management and training are found to have a positive effect on exercise satisfaction. Second, as a result of analyzing the effect of self-management of Taekwondo demonstrators on performance, it was found that the factors of interpersonal relationship management, physical body management, and training positively influenced performance. Of self-management factors, mental health management, interpersonal relationship management, and physical body management factors had turned out to have positive effects on psychological performance.

스피아민트(Mentha spicata)와 타임(Thymus vulgaris)의 삽목시 IBA의 발근촉진 효과

스피아민트와 타임의 재배법 확립을 위하여 본 연구는 IBA 처리를 통한 삽목 발근 촉진 효과를 조사하였다. 스피아민트는 모래 삽목시 IBA 100㎎/ℓ 처리구의 발근율이 좋았고, 신초발생은 IBA 50㎎/ℓ 처리가 유리하였다. 부위별로는 줄기의 하부에서 채취한 삽수의 발근율이 상부 삽수보다 높았으며, 줄기보다는 측지의 삽수 발근율이 높았다. 스피아민트의 수삽에서는 IBA 농도가 증가할수록 발근률은 높아졌고, 신초의 발생률은 감소하는 것으로 나타났으며, 이 때 에틸렌 합성량이 증가하였다. 스피아민트의 발근시 삽수의 조직내 변화가 IBA처리구에서 수돗물처리구에 비해 빠르게 진행되었으며, 타임은 모래 삽목에 비해 수삽을 이용한 삽수의 발근율이 높았다. This experiment was conducted to find out the effect of IBA on the rooting of spearmint (Mentha spicata) and thyme (Thymus vulgaris). In sand medium cuttings of spearmint, the highest root growth was obtained from IBA 100mg/ℓ pretreatment, and the low concentration of IBA was more effective on the shooting. Branch cuttings rooted better than stem cuttings, and root growth rates in lower part of stem were better than those in upper part of stem. In water culture system of spearmint stem cutting, the higher concentration of IBA in hydroponic solution increased the rooting and decreased the shoot growth, however the ethylene increased with higher concentration of IBA treatment. The rooting of spearmint was investigated under microscope, where adventitious root formation was initiated at 3 days after IBA treatment. In thyme stem cuttings, the water culture system with IBA solution showed much better root growth than sand medium cuttings.

스포츠경기 승부조작의 형사법적 고찰

스포츠 경기는 경기에 참여한 선수들의 최선을 다하는 모습에서 관중들은 흥미를 느낀다. 그러나 사전에 경기에 대한 결과가 정해져 있다면 스포츠경기에 대한 관중의 흥미는 사라질 것이다. 스포츠 경기의 승부조작은 사회병리현상의 하나로 볼 수도 있으나 그 이면에는 인터넷의 보급과도 매우 밀접한 연관성이 있다. 누구나 쉽게 접근하여 베팅을 할 수 있고 은밀성과 중독성이 그 한 가운데 자리 잡고 있다. 국내 프로축구(2011), 프로야구(2012, 2016), 프로농구(2015), 프로배구(2016) 등 4대 프로스포츠가 승부조작으로 사회적 물의를 일으켰으며 e-스포츠(2010)에도 승부조작이 발생하였다. 스포츠 승부조작은 심판매수, 병역비리, 조직폭력배의 개입, 불법사이트 개설 등으로 연결되는 문제이기 때문에 비단 하나의 범죄행위로 볼 수 없다. 이에 대해 정부는 승부조작에 대해 무관용 원칙, 법률 개정을 통한 승부조작 가담자에 대한 처벌강화, 및 불법 스포츠도박 사이트 운영자에 대한 처벌 기분 강화 등 내놓았다. 스포츠경기 승부조작은 형법상 도박죄, 도박장개설죄, 배임수·증재죄, 업무방해죄, 사기죄 등으로 처벌받을 수 있다. 특히 각종 복권의 발행대상이 되는 스포츠 종목에 대한 승부조작은 스포츠 복표관련 형사특별법 나아가 형법에 의해 처벌될 수 있는 범죄행위이다. 그럼에도 인터넷을 통한 불법 스포츠 도박사이트가 지속적으로 적발이 되고 있고 은밀한 방식으로 회원을 모집하여 잘 알려지지 않은 방식에 의해서도 운용되는 경우도 있다. 정부는 이러한 스포츠 승부조작 행위에 대해 엄중한 법령의 적용과 처벌, 선수 등 스포츠 관계자에 대한 윤리교육의 강화 등 각종 대책을 마련하여 시행하고 있다. 이러한 스포츠 승부조작에 대해 관련법의 정의 정비와 더 나아가 불법 스포츠 도박사이트에 대한 범정부적 단속을 지속적으로 병행해 나가야 할 것이다. Sports games are wowed by unpredictable tensions. Nevertheless, the act of acquiring property interests through illegal gameplay is a criminal offense that obeys the legal obligations to be maintained as a member of a healthy society. The game manipulation of these sports games is against the normal function of sports such as deteriorating the quality of games and losing the motivation of many sports officials and athletes. As mentioned above, the operation of sports competitions can be punished under criminal law such as gambling, opening of gambling, guilt, breach of duty, interruption of work, and fraud. In particular, the manipulation of sports events that are subject to the issuance of various lotteries is a criminal offense that can be punished under the special criminal law related to sports lottery tickets. Nevertheless, illegal sports gambling sites are constantly being caught on the Internet, and in some cases they are recruited in secret ways and operated by unknown methods. The government has prepared and implemented various measures, such as the application and punishment of strict laws and regulations, and the reinforcement of ethics education for athletes such as athletes. For such sports game operation, the definition of relevant laws and the government-wide crackdown on illegal sports gambling sites should be continued.

스포츠 분야의 부패방지를 위한 성인지 감수성과 성윤리 제고방안

스포츠 성범죄는 과거부터 현재진행형인 우리 사회의 핵심 주제이다. 특히 스포츠 성폭력에 대해 2007년 문화체육관광부와 한국여성정책연구원이 각급 스포츠 팀의 구성원을 대상으로 첫 인권실태 조사를 실시한 이후 매년 인권실태 및 (성)폭력 실태를 조사하고 있다. 프로스포츠협회는 인기 5대 스포츠(축구, 야구, 농구, 배구, 골프)에 대해 선수들을 대상으로 성폭력실태 조사를 실시하여 스포츠성폭력문제를 진단하는 자료로 활용하였고 정책적 대안을 위한 기초자료를 제공하였다. 사회와 문화 속에서 구조적으로 형성된 성차별적 가치이며 양성 평등의 실현을 위한 사회적·집단적 지적 능력이라고 할 수 있다. 더욱이 스포츠분야에와 같이 지도자와 선수간의 수직적 관계가 형성된 영역에서는 성범죄 입증에 있어서 매우 긍정적인 효과를 기대할 수 있다. 그러나 ‘성인지 감수성’이 성범죄의 입증에 있어서 효과성은 나타내기 위해서는 일반적이고 객관성 있는 피해자의 평균적 특성과 심리적 상태 등을 보장할 수 있는 기준마련이 필수적이다. 그리고 스포츠 영역에서의 성범죄예방을 위한 대응방안으로 성윤리에 대한 체계적 프로그램의 시행과 스포츠시설에서 ‘범죄예방환경’을 조성하는 것이 스포츠 성범죄를 예방하는 방안이 될 수 있다. 이는 스포츠 분야에서만 요구되는 것이 아니라 범죄예방을 위한 다양한 분야에서 시행될 수 있는 방안이다. 또한 스포츠 영역에서의 수직적 관계의 개선도 요구된다. 성범죄가 발생했을 때 피해자에 대한 2차가해의 위험과 조직적 은폐와 회유 등은 더 큰 문제를 제기할 수 있기 때문에 피해자의 피해가 외부에 노출되지 않는 장치를 마련하고 피해자가 조직에서 또 다른 피해를 당하지 않도록 제도적 장치가 마련되어야 할 것이다. 그 동안 스포츠 영역에서의 인권침해와 관련하여 많은 제도적 권고와 개선이 있었음에도 아직도 현장에서는 이러한 제도가 정착되고 있지 않고 있는 실정이다. 이에 대해 해양 영역에 종사하는 자 뿐만아니라 전 국민이 관심을 가지고 지켜보아야 할 것이다. ‘Gender sensitivity’ is a gender-discriminatory value structurally formed in our society and culture, and it can be said that it is a social and collective intellectual ability for the realization of gender equality. Moreover, a very positive effect can be expected in proving sexual offenses in areas where a vertical relationship between a leader and an athlete is formed, such as in the sports field. However, in order to show the effectiveness of adult susceptibility in proving sex crimes, it is essential to establish a standard that can guarantee general and objective characteristics and psychological status of victims. In addition, as a countermeasure for the prevention of sexual crimes in the sports field, the implementation of a systematic program on sexual ethics and the creation of a crime prevention environment in sports facilities can be measures to prevent sex crimes in sports. This is not only required in the sports field, but is a measure that can be implemented in various fields for crime prevention. In addition, improvement of vertical relationships in the sports field is also required. When a sexual offense occurs, the risk of secondary harm to the victim and systematic concealment and conciliation can pose a bigger problem. Institutional arrangements should be put in place to avoid being hit. In the meantime, although many institutional recommendations and improvements have been made in relation to human rights violations in the sports field, these systems are still not being established in the field. In this regard, not only those who are engaged in the maritime sector, but the entire nation should watch with interest.
