우리나라에서는 지난 40여 년 동안 경제의 외형적 성장을 통한 물질적인 풍요에 많은 관심을 기울여왔다. 이러는 과정에서 가족형태의 변화, 소득증가, 평균수명증가, 주5일 근무도입, 환경파괴로 인한 건강과 생명위협 등 생활환경의 변화가 발생하여 사람들은 건강하게 오래 살고자 하는 생활모습으로 변모해가고 있는 실정이다. 즉, 근년에 들어 국민소득 $20,000의 시대를 향하면서 가정경제생활의 안정을 이루자 삶의 질적 수준향상을 추구하는 경향이 사회 전반적으로 퍼져나가고 있다. 이런 경향은 서구의 생활모습의 영향을 받아 웰빙문화로 나타나고 있다. 웰빙이란 자신과 가족의 건전하고 건강한 삶을 위해 지향하는 의식주 전반에 관련되는 합리적인 소비문화과정이라고 정의할 수 있다. 다시 말해서 Well-Being은 경제력으로 단순히 잘 먹고 잘 사는 인생을 뜻하는 것이 아닌, 정신적으로 풍요롭고 육체적으로 건전한 문화적인 삶으로 이해해야 한다. 따라서 본 논문은 21세기에 들어서 우리나라에서 생활환경의 변화에 따른 새로운 생활모습으로 떠오르는 웰빙문화의 탄생배경, 웰빙현상이 지니고 있는 모호하고 다중적인 모습을 관련 문헌을 통하여 웰빙개념을 보다 구체적으로 올바르게 정리하여, 향후 기업경영에 활용할 수 있는 시사점을 제시하고자 한다. There are several changes of living conditions in Korea during the past 40 years. The changes in living conditions are the change of family type, the increase in income, the aging society, the introduction of five-working day, the protection of environment, etc. These changes bring about a social phenomenon so-called the well-being which seek after the pleasure of healthy life. This study is based on the limited literature reviews, focusing on the correct understanding these changes and the well-being life style in Korea in order to provide the enterprise with some insights.

최근에 들어서 비영리조직의 성과에 대한 평가하는데 관심이 증가하고 있다. 선형계획법을 기초로 하여 개발된 DEA는 유사한 목표와 기능을 가진 조직들의 효율성을 측정·평가하는 기법이다 본 연구에서는 우리나라 지방자치단체(시)의 성과를 평가하기 위하여 수정된 DEA모형(조직의 재량권이 제한된 투입지향적 BCC모형)을 이용하였다. 투입요소는 공무원(일반직, 기능직 및 정무직)의 수, 지방세부담액, 세출결산금액이고, 산출요소는 재정자립도, 하수도보급률, 상수도보급률, 도로율, 의료인의 수, 공공체육시설 및 공공문화시설의 수를 사용하였다. 지방자치단체의 성과를 평가하는 방법으로 DEA를 활용하는 것이 자치단체의 운영에 관련된 유용한 정보를 제시하고 있음을 알 수 있었다. There is an increasing interest in measuring and comparing the efficiency of organization units whose operations are functionally similar and autonomous. Data Envelopment Analysis(DEA) has been extensively used to evaluate the efficiency of non-profit organizations as a whole. This study applies a modified DEA model (Input-oriented BCC model with Nondiscretionary variables) to identify the performance of local government in Korea. It is found that utilizing DEA as a mean of evaluating the performance of local governments yields useful information to decision makers trying to maintain more efficient practices.

Non Min Jung art group which has a political and social protesting tendency 4. New Generation art group 5. Technology art group On the other hand, Copy Art can be defined in the concept of tool, and in the concept of medium, too. The new genre of copy art is possible in the concept of medium.

A Study of Analysis of the Measurements for Software Projects

소프트웨어개발 프로젝트로부터의 데이터수집은 소프트웨어공학분야에 있어서 많은 노력을 필요로하는 분야 중의 하나이다. 특히, 수집된 데이터를 바탕으로 프로젝트의 특성을 파악하고 의사결정 및 프로젝트의 향후 판단 등에 이용하기 위한 적절한 통계분석기법이 필요하다. 본 논문에서는 수집된 데이터에 대한 다양한 통계학적 분석기법을 소개하고, 데이터분석에 적용할 수 있는 비선형기법 및 뉴릴네트워크기법 등을 제안한다. Data collection is one of the most demanding tasks in Software Engineering. But even more difficult is to decide what to do with the data once they have been collected. This paper illustrates a framework for the various statistical analysis techniques and the results that can be obtained applying these techniques, including a neural network approach.

DEA를 이용한 야구 국가대표단의 타자 선발에 관한 연구

본 논문의 주된 관심은 좋은 기록을 보유하고 있는 선수들로 국가대표단을 구성하면 세계대회에서 좋은 성 적을 올릴 수 있는가이다. 2010년 광조우 아시안게임에서 우승한 야구 국가대표단 선수들의 경기력을 한국프로야구선 수들과 함께 평가해보고, 그 중에서 기량이 뛰어난 선수들로 대표단을 구성하였는지 분석해 보고자 한다. 본 연구를 위해 사용된 DEA모형은 DMU의 재량권이 제한된 BCC 모형(BCC model with non-discretionary)이다. 분석 을 위한 투입변수는 타석수와 도루시행횟수이며, 산출변수는 공격공헌도, 도루성공률 및 득점이다. 분석대상이 된 97 명의 선수 중에서 22명의 선수가 효율적인 것으로, 75명의 선수가 비효율적인 것으로 측정되었다. 그리고 12명의 대 표선수 중에서 8명의 선수가 효율적인 것으로 분류되었다. 이는 2010년 광조우 아시안게임에서의 야구대표팀이 이전 세계대회에서의 경험을 교훈으로 삼아 최강의 전력을 발휘 할 수 있는 선수들로 구성되었음을 보여주고 있다. The purpose of this paper is to identify whether the national baseball squad made up of the best players may get the outstanding results in the international competitions or not. Using Data Envelopment Analysis, the relative efficiency of players in Korean Baseball Organization is estimated as performance measure, and compared with the efficiency scores of national squad members. The paper focuses on the proper choice of DEA model in a baseball setting, thereby selecting the BCC model with non-discretionary variable. Two input variables(plate appearances and stolen bases to enforce) and three output variables(runs, on-base plus slugging and stolen base percentage) are used to evaluate the efficiency of the baseball players. Results showed that 22 players among 97 players were classified as efficient and 8 players among 12 national squad members were as efficient. These findings indicate a potential for DEA to be a major part of the analytical approaches in evaluating the relative efficiency of players.

본 연구의 목적은 한국수자원공사의 종업원 직무만족에 영향을 미치는 내부마케팅 요인 중 교육훈련, 보상제도, 의사소통, 권한위임의 선행변수가 직무만족과 인지적 기업성과에 미치는 영향을 파악하고, 내부마케팅, 직무만족, 인지적 기업성과 등에 대한 문헌적 고찰과 한국수자원공사 내부고객을 대상으로 설문조사를 통한 실증분석을 실시하여 한국수자원공사 고객만족도 향상을 위한 시사점을 제시하는 것이다. 한국수자원공사의 직무만족을 설명하는 4개의 요인에 대한 로지스틱 회귀분석 결과, 교육훈련, 보상제도, 의사소통요인이 유의한 것으로, 권한위임은 유의하지 않은 것으로 나타났고, 인지적 기업성과의 경우, 교육훈련과 의사소통요인이 유의한 것으로 보상제도와 권한위임요인은 유의하지 않은 것으로 나타났다. 내부마케팅요인이 한국수자원공사의 성공에 적용될 수 있음을 알 수 있었다. The purpose of this study is to examine the effects of implementing internal marketing on the internal satisfaction and on the cognitive organization performance in the K-water by using the logistic regression analysis. The results of test are as follows. First, three internal marketing factors such as reward system, education and training, and internal communication have a significant influence on employees job satisfaction of the K-water. Second, two internal marketing factors such as education and training, and internal communication have a significant influence on organization performance of the K-water. In conclusion, internal marketing enhances job satisfaction and organization performance, and satisfied employees provide good customer service, thus resulting in enhanced customer satisfaction and improved organization performance.
