Ni添加 CV黑鉛鑄鐵의 祖織과 機械的性質 및 熱物性値에 關한 硏究

In this sthdy, an easy production method of CV graphite cast with iron with small adition of NI which is known as the elements of the graphitizon was inverstigated. And so, the effects of physical, mechanical and thernal properties by fading time, carbon equivalent and Ni addition after the treatments with spheroidizer(Fe-Mg), were also investigated. The results obtained from this study were as follows: 1. With an increase of carbon equivalent the CV ratio was a little increased but with an increase of addition of Ni plus Mg the graphite numbers and CV rato were greatly increased. And so, the form and distribution of graphite were homogenized. 2. With an addition of Ni the ferrire ratio were decreased and the parlite ratio were a little increased. 3. With an increase of CE and fading time the mechanical properties (tensile strength, ased. And so, in case of Mg an Ni plus Mg addition the mechanical properties were greatly increased. 4. With an incease of CE and fading time the thermal properties(thermal diffusivity and conductivity ) were increased but with addition of Ni plus Mg the thermal properties were speroidal graphite ratio. 5. For the addition of Ni plus Mg the results were obtained that the decrease of lading effect the increase of inoculation effect, the increase of CV graphite ratio.
Al-Si合金의 閃光法에 의한 熱擴散係數測定에 關한 硏究

本 硏究를 通하여 얻은 結果는 다음과 같다. 1. Al-Si 合金에서 Si量이 增加할수록 熱擴散係數는 감소하나, 共晶組成(Al-12%Si) 部近에서는 亞共晶, 過共晶組成에 비하여 약간 增加하였다. 비열과 비중등의 조건이 一定하다면 熱擴散係數는 pure Al 이 8.47, 亞共晶(6%)組成이 3.24, 共晶組成(12%)이 3.99, 過共晶組成(18%Si)이 3.01(×10-5m2/sec)이다. 2. Cu, P, Na로 개량처리 하였을 때 共晶組成이내에서는 Cu의 경우에 열확산계수가 가장 적었으나, 과공정조성에서는 Cu의 경우가 가장 높았다. After pure Al, Al-6% Si(hypoeutectic composition), Al-12% Si(eutectic comp.) and Al-18% Si(hypereutectic comp.) among Al-Si alloys were treated refinement with addition of Cu(0.5%), P(0.5%) or Na(0.5%), their thermal diffusivities were measured by flash method. And then their microstructures and thermal diffusivities were investigated. The results obtained are as follows. 1. According as sillicon contents in Al-Si alloys increase, the thermal diffusivities decreases, but it increases slightly at eutectic composition(Al-12% Si alloy), if its density and heat capacity are constant, the thermal diffusivities are 8.47(pure Al), 3.24(6% Si), 3.99(12% Si) and 3.01(18% Si) (X10-5m/sec) respectively. 2. When the refinement treated with Cu, P, and Na, the effects of thermal diffusivities of alloys with Cu treated is the lowest under eutectic composition, but its effects is the best at hypereutectc composition.

본 연구는 298.2 K에서 acetone-ethanol, acetone-water, 그리고 ethanol-water 이성분계의 혼합엔탈피와 acetone-ethanol-water 삼성분계의 혼합엔탈피를 실험에 의하여 측정하였다. 또한 Wilson식과 NRTL식을 이용하여 이성분계 혼합엔탈피 데이터로부터 얻은 매개변수를 이용하여 삼성분계 혼합엔탈피를 예측하였다. 본 실험에서 얻은 실험치와 각 모델로부터 예측된 추산치를 서로 비교하여 본 결과 2개의 매개변수를 갖은 용액모델로서 혼합엔탈피를 잘 예측할 수 있음을 알았다. The enthalpies of mixing for the binary systems of acetone-ethanol, acetone-water and ethanol-water and for the corresponding ternary liquid system of acetone-ethanol-water were measured at 298.2 K. The ternary enthalpies of mixing were estimated from the results of three binary systems by the Wilson equation and the NRTL equation, and the predicted values were found to be in a good agreement with the experimental data.
CV黑鉛鑄鐵의 黑鉛型態 및 機械的 性質에 미치는 Ni첨가 효과에 관한 연구

In this study, an easy production method of CV (Compacted/vermicular) graphite cast iron with small addition of a Ni which is known as the element of the graphitization was investigated. And so, the effects of fading (holding) time and of Ni addition after the treatments with spheroidizer (Fe-Si-Mg-Ca-Al-Ti-Ce) were also investigated. The results obtained are as follows. 1. According as Ni contents in CV molten cast iron increase, the graphite No. and CV radio were increased. And so, graphite form and the distribution of the graphite were homogenized. 2. When the addition treated with Ni, the tensile strength were increased, and the effect of fading time were decreased.

Many efforts are made to achieve satisfactory cosmetic and functional result in the repair of cleft lip. However, repair may be complicated in many cases by distortion of the vermilion border, obliteration of the normal contour of the philtrum, and eclabium in spite of many methods used in these days. To achieve better results in cleft lip repair, thorough understandings of the relationship between the surface morphology of the upper and lower lip and the underlying musculature is necessary but reports about this topic is rare. So, our studies were performed on the full-thickness upper lips containing both philtral ridge up to columelar base and lower lip, 4 post-mortem specimens of 2 females and 2 males aged from 16 to 42, using serial histological sections taken in the transverse and vertical planes under light microscopy. Thorough understanding of the anatomical relationships is established and on the basis of our findings, we can postulate some criteria to create a normal and natural philtrum in a patient with a cleft lip, it would be necessary to restore the normal deep muscle attachments and superficial dermal attachments of the orbicularis muscle, to close the lip without tension, to restore thickness of the philtral ridge, and to minimise nonelastic scar tissue.
