      • LED 후미등 및 초고속 카메라를 이용한 차량간 통신알고리즘

        We propose an efficient vehicle-to-vehicle communication algorithm that uses LED rear lamp as a transmitter and the high-speed camera as a receiver. Visible light communication is a wireless communication method using luminance, transmitting vehicle information data by emitting light. In this paper, LED transmitter is modulated by using 8-pulse position modulation scheme and the high-speed camera is used as a receiver for demodulating the signals by using image processing techniques. We performed examination of the transmission speed according to the our communication system. The actual proof experiment of the proposed system was conducted under the laboratory conditions.

        심박변이도 지표에 나타난 자율신경 상태와 우울, 불안 및 분노 설문검사 척도 간의 상관성 평가

        Objectives: This study aims to evaluate the relationship between HRV indices and scores of emotional questionnaires and to find out the effective way to assess patients emotional and physical condition. Methods: We selected 144 patients who had both HRV data and BDI, STAL and STAXI scores on the chart among outpatients from July 2006 to December 2010. The relationship between the scores rated from the questionnaires and HRV indices are analyzed. And the HRV indices of patients included in the top 30 percent group and the bottom 30% group are compared. Results: 1. There were no significant correlations between HRV indices and scores of BDI, STAI and trait anger of STAXI. 2. SDNN and TP of HRV significantly decreased with higher state anger scores of STAXI. The top 30 percent group of state anger had lower SDNN, TP, LF, HF and HRV-index and higher pNN50 than bottom 30 percent group. 3. RMSSD of HRV significantly decreased with higher anger-in scores of STAXI. The top 30 percent group of anger-in had lower RMSSD than the bottom 30 percent group. Conclusions: HRV can be used to evaluate emotional and physical changes related to state anger and inappropriate anger expression.

        공간주권(Territoriality)이 주도적행동에 미치는 영향에 관한 연구

        본 연구에서는 공간을 점유하고 지키려는 성향인 공간주권에 대하여 연구해 보고자 하였다. 실제 조직 내에는 공간주권이 존재하며, 이러한 공간주권을 잘 이용한다면 동기요인으로서 조직에 긍정적인 영향을 줄 수 있다. 이에 구체적으로 본 연구에서는 공간주권과 조직구성원의 주도적행동의 인과관계 및 자기효능감의 매개효과를 규명하였다. 연구목적을 달성하기 위해 공간주권이 나타날 수 있는 제한된 공간에서 2명 이상 근무하고 있는 직장인을 대상으로 설문을 진행하였다. 총 201개의 자료를 토대로 SPSS 21.0 통계 프로그램을 통하여 가설을 검증하였다. 실증 분석의 결과는 다음과 같다. 첫째, 공간주권의 유형 중 방어는 주도적행동에 긍정적인 영향을 미치는 것으로 확인되었으며, 둘째, 자기효능감은 방어와 주도적행동을 매개하는 것으로 나타났다. 본 논문에서 다루는 공간주권은 심리적 주인의식에 비해 관찰이 용이하여 조직 내에서 쉽게 적용할 수 있다. 또한 국내 경영학에서 거의 다루지 않았던 새로운 주제이며, 관련하여 향후 그 연구의 확장 가능성이 넓다는 점에서 의미가 있다. The purpose of this study is to examine the effects of territoriality on proactive behavior, and the moderate effect of self-efficacy. 'Territoriality' is a tendency or a behavioral expression to keep the space which someone feels psychological ownership(Brown et al., 2005). Usually, someone can display their territoriality through marking or defending behaviors. For example, decorating their desk with their families is one of them, and it shows that the desk is his/her territory. Also, a password to prevent others accessing to computer file is a defending behavior and strongly keep others from infringing(Brown, 2014). Territoriality is inherent and inevitable, and one can easily find it even in the workplace. In this research, it will focus on proactive behavior in among various organization effectiveness factors that territoriality affects. Because, in this turbulent environment, it is necessary and needed employee's behavior for organizations to survive. Therefore, the study argue with 2 hypotheses. First, territoriality may give a positive effect on proactive behavior. Second, self-efficacy may mediate the relationship between territoriality and proactive behavior. Two hundred one answers were collected using the online survey program and executed the descriptive statistics using SPSS 21.0. The results and the implications are as follows. First, as a result of the practical analysis on territoriality and proactive behavior, only defense has a positive effect on it. This suggests that managers should give a education to the employees to express their defensing behavior not annoying the other co-workers. Second, the finding suggest that self-efficacy moderate the relationship of defense and proactive behavior. Based on this, the research suggests that managers can intervene and stimulate the self-efficacy when they observe the territorial defense situation.
