The modern Chinese word ‘zheme(这么)/name(那么)’ has been classified as ‘pro-form’ in many grammar books. The part of speech was said to be classified by syntactic function, but the all the words that contain ‘this(zhe)/that(na)’ which mean ‘instruction’ has been incorporated into ‘pro-form’ category. Therefore, to consider the part of speech of ‘zheme/name’ in this study, we examined the word class of ‘zheme/name’ and its semantic definition presented in the current grammar books, and comprehensively considered what the part of speech of ‘zheme/name’ are by looking into their respective characteristics in terms of syntax and semantic. As a result, it was shown that the part of speech of ‘zheme/name’ should be presented as follows. (1) ‘zheme/name’, which refers to degree, modifies predicates and has subjectivity. So it would be classified as an adverb; (2) ‘zheme/name’,which refers to manners, is syntactically an adverb and it has a function with indicative meaning. so it would be classified as an indicative adverb; (3) ‘zheme/name’, which determines quantity, is an adverb, because it is syntactically an adverb and has only mood that emphasizes quantity; (4) ‘zheme/name’, which modifies quantitative noun phrases, should be classified as an indicative adjective. It is believed that this new part of speech of ‘zheme/name’ considering syntactic functions and meanings can help construct accurate sentences.

Look for definition and characters of information and data, CDS/ISIS which is one of the total system in information processing are introduced. Explain the main function, characters and advantages of CDS/ISIS and forethermore try to encourage of the function of current ISIS. We need program for Korean language are available.

본 연구는 이용자가 필요로 하는 과학기술정보를 찾기까지 학술지 목록 데이터베이스, 학술지기사 데이터베이스, 원문 데이터베이스를 각기 개별적으로 검색하는 기존의 방식에서 벗어나 통합검색을 지원하는 학술지 원 클릭 서비스 체제를 구현하고자 수행되었다. 데이터베이스 간, 그리고 DB와 전자 저널을 통합하여 학술지 원 클릭 서비스 체제를 구현함으로써 이용자는 학술지 브라우징, 학술지 검색, 학술지 기사검색, 전자 저널 보기, Alert 서비스, My Favorite Journal및 Keyword 등록관리, 원문복사신청을 단일 인터페이스 상에서 이용할 수 있다. 이용자는 학술지 OPAC을 통하여 모든 정보원을 검색하고 학술지 원문까지 입수할 수 있다. In traditional environment, user must search each journal OPAC, bibliographic DB, and full-text DB and E-Journal separately until user finds scientific and technology informations that he needs. The purpose of this study is to build one-click service system of Journals that supports integrating search. This system provides various functions, such as, journal browsing, journal search, article search, alert function, my library, document delivery service by integrating databases and electronic journals. Users search all information sources through journal OPAC and acquire journal full-text by single interface.

기술개발 성과 확산을 위한 E-marketpalce 구축

소비자나 고객들의 니즈 변화 및 필요한 요소 기술들은 갈수록 다양하고 복잡해지고 있다. 따라서 기업의 폐쇄적 혁신 시스템이 Open Innovation으로 급격하게 변화하고 있으며, 국내 몇 몇 대기업을 중심으로 이러한 변화에 적극적인 동참을 시도하고 있다. 이러한 변화가 국내 중소․벤처 기업에게 있어 세계적으로 도약할 새로운 기회임에도 NIH, NSH 신드롬 등 내부의 관성 및 Open Innovation 기반 환경이 아직 갖추어지지 않아 새로운 변화에 동참하지 못하고 있는 실정이다. 또한, 최신 기술의 짧은 수명주기는 엄청난 개발비를 필요로 하며, 막대한 예산을 낭비할 결과를 초래할 수도 있으므로, 연구개발 및 사업화에 체계적이고 통합적으로 접근이 요구된다. 최신 기술의 기술성, 사업성 및 시장성에 대한 정확한 분석을 수행하여 가치를 평가하고, 이를 근거로 해당기술의 성공가능성 및 사업성 우위를 파악할 수 있는 시스템적인 R&D 지원 서비스를 위한 시스템이 필요하다. 그러므로, 거래의 대상이 되는 기술, 특허 등 R&D 와 산업간 매핑이 적용된 가치평가와 기술, 산업간 지식흐름을 고려하여 제시된 판매, 도입 기술간 거래의 적정성을 제시하고자 한다. 결과적으로 이를 통한 e-Market Place로서의 시스템으로 소개하고, 개방형 이노베이션을 널리 확산하고자 한다.

온라인 기술이전정보의 통합 콘텐츠 관리체제 구축에 관한 연구

The aim of online technology transfer market is not just to offer meeting place for technology seller and technology buyer, but to save cost and time in technology transfer by providing information on technology transfer. Providing timely information in technology transfer is important. As such integrated management system of the technology transfer information is required for efficient management of information on technology transfer. The existing online technology transfer sites provide simple technology information and can not check and update information from technology seller or buyer. This paper present an example of integrated management system of the technology transfer information which provides technology seller and buyer timely information. 온라인 기술이전시장은 단순한 기술 수요자와 공급자가 만나는 자리일 뿐만 아니라 기술이전 관련 정보를 제공함으로써 기술이전에 있어서 그 시간적, 물리적 비용을 줄이는 데 그 존재의 이유가 있다. 기술이전시 정보제공에는 시의성이 중요한 요인으로 작용하므로 이를 효율적으로 관리하기 위한 콘텐츠 통합관리 시스템이 요구된다. 종래의 온라인 기술이전정보 제공 사이트는 단순한 기술정보의 제공과 수시로 발생하는 기술판 매자나 수요자의 갱신상황을 반영하지 못하고 있다. 이에 본 연구에서는 기술수요자나 기술공급자에게 보다 시의적절한 정보를 제공할 수 있는 방안을 제시하기 위하여 온라인 기술이전정보 통합 시스템에 대한 구현의 예를 제시하고자 한다.
