Natural dyeing is considered to be an alternative to chemical staining in terms of harmful VOC-free and environmentally-friendly ingredient. This study was concerned with an evaluation of color performance of naturally dyed- and painted veneer for cylindrical laminated veneer lumber etc. according to the used condition in terms of existence of light and heat in drying. From the results, the color changes by the color of dyed veneer and the type of paint are likely to be affected by fading condition of light or heat. In the future, long-term outdoor exposure test needs to be additionally followed in order to evaluate durable usability of colored veneers.

민간경비원은 특별한 법적 권한이 주어지지 않은 일반인과 동등한 법적 지위를 보유하고 있다. 그러나 민간경비산업 은 그동안 업무영역의 확대를 가져와 제한적이지만 일부 법적 권한을 보유할 시기가 되었다는 주장이 있다. 이 연구에 서는 일본 미국 등 주요국가의 경비원 법적 지위를 비교 분석하고 우리나라 민간경비원의 법적 지위에 관하여는 현행 법인 경비업법상의 경비원의 법적 지위를 분석함으로써 우리나라의 민간경비원 법적 지위의 문제점을 도출하고 그에 대한 대안을 제안하는데 목적이 있다.

The eco-friendly preservatives such as ACQ or CUAZ have been used in landscapearchitectural facilities these days. In this study, the decay efficacies of ACQ treatments wereevaluated according to domestic veneer species, concentration of ACQ, weathering test, adhesivetype, and fungus type. In case of veneer species, hinoki cypress and yellow poplar showedthe highest and lowest decay resistance, respectively. And the decay resistance appeared to begreater in plywoods bonded by resorcinol resin-bonded plywood and non-weathering treated plywoodthan polyurethane resin-bonded plywood and weathering treated plywood.

Recently drastic climate changes(e.g., extreme floods and droughts) are often taking place around the world. Even an increase in uncertainty, population, and mega cities has caused drastic changes in water recycle process. As in other countries, Korea has faced some issues relevant to water security. In response to these changes, Smart Water Grid(SWG) system combining the current water resources management with ICT (Information and Communications Technology) is considered as a new paradigm for the Korean water resources management. This study aims to explore and identify influential factors contributing to the SWG system's application to analyze the importance and role of those factors, and then to offer a policy suggestion for the successful application of the SWG system along with legislative improvements in Korea. In this study, we looked at different barriers related to the SWG application and also the complicated Korean water laws, enacted by different ministries and in order to efficiently apply the SWG system to the current Korean water resources management structures. This study employed qualitative research methods to analyze and identify the priorities of the tasks to be implemented by analyzing conditions for the SWG application, especially related to multi water sources and micro water grid, because legal and institutional measures can be more important to manage conflicts between different stakeholders once the SWG enters a phase of standardization and commercialization from its development stage.
혁신 클러스터 정책의 효과성 분석: 현실인가 신기루인가?

The main purpose of this research is to analyze the effectiveness of the innovative cluster policy the Korean government operated in 2005 and 2007, and to evaluate the competitiveness of the companies located in the clusters in order to suggest what the government should focus on. As a result of the location quotient analysis, there are a total of 69 competitive industries with a location quotient of 1 or higher in the analyzed region, and the regional average is 6.3. The region with the most competition is the Banwol-Sihwa cluster with 10, while the least is the Jeonnam cluster with only 1. The range of industries which is found as competitive industry is very different from what the government has known as competitive industry. As the result of DEA (Data Envelope Analysis), it was found that 18 out of 31 industries analyzed in the 11 regions had a lower level of production efficiency than the same industry in the same region or nationwide. In the LQ analysis, homogeneous industries found in two or more regions were analyzed by DEA as 10 industries in 11 regions. As a result, the DEA index is increasing, most of which is proportional to that of LQ. However, some regions, namely Gwangju, Busan, Daegu, and Jeonnam, showed lower production efficiency in competing industries than regions with lower LQ indexes than these regions. 본 연구는 2005년과 2007년 산업자원부(이하 “산업부”)에서 추진한 혁신 클러스터 사업의 효과를 보다 과학적으로 분석하고 향후 정책이 어떤 부분을 주목하여 추진되어야 하는지를 제시하기 위해 입주기업들의 경쟁력을 평가하는 것을 주된 목적으로 한다. 분석결과 입지계수 분석에서는 11개 분석대상 지역에서 LQ지수 1 이상인 산업 총 69개, 평균 6.3개가 도출되었고, LQ지수 1 이상 산업이 가장 많은 지역은 반월시화(10)이고, 가장 적은 지역은 전남(1)으로 나타났다. 입지계수 분석에서 발견된 특화산업들은 산업부에서 인식하고 있는 특화산업과 상당한 차이를 보였다. 자료포락분석에서는 11개 분석대상 지역의 31개의 분석대상 산업분류 중 18개 업종, 58.1%가 같은 광역단위 지역 혹은 전국 기준 동종의 업종 생산 효율성보다 낮은 수준을 보였다. 둘 이상의 분석대상 지역에서 동종의 산업분류에 대해 특화 산업으로 확인한 11개 지역 10개 업종의 DEA 비교분석 결과는 각 산업분류가 갖는 생산 효율성 값은 LQ지수와 정비례의 관계를 나타내고 있으나, 생산효율성이 특히 낮았던 일부지역(광주, 부산, 대구, 전남)에서는 각 산업이 갖는 특화정도(LQ지수)에 비해 다른 분석대상 지역의 동종 업종보다 낮은 수준의 생산 효율성 값을 나타내고 있다.
