        불완전 균류 Aureobasdium pullulans으로 납을 제거하기 위한 인자들과 흡착모델

        발효산업에 많이 사용되는 A. pullulans를 사용하여 독성 중금속인 납에 대한 제거량을 살펴보았다. 용액 중의 중금속을 제거할 때 A. pullulans가 다른 중금속에 비해 납에 대한 선택성이 우수하였으며 $40^{\circ}C$에서 최대 흡착량을 나타내었으며 또한 최적 pH가 9일 경우에 흡착량이 증가하였다. 초기납의 농도가 96 mg/l 인 경우에 단위 미생물당 흡착량이 120mg/g로 짧은 시간내에 많은 양의 납을 제거함을 알 수 있었다. 그리고 약 200 mg Pb/g cell dry weight 정도가 최대 납 흡착량인 것으로 나타났다. 그리고 미생물의 보존기간에 따라 세포외 고분자물질의 분비가 증가하여 납 흡착량을 증가시켰으며, Freundlich 모델에 잘 적용되었다. 그리고 살아있는 상태가 사멸된 상태에서 평형흡착량은 약 2배 정도 흡착능이 우수함을 알 수 있었으며, 그에 따라서 초기 흡착속도도 살아있는 상태가 사멸된 상태보다 훨씬 빠른 것을 알 수 있었다. An alternative method to remove and recover heavy metals is biosorption based on metal-sequestering properties of natural or biological origin. In this study, the effects of factors such as temperature, pH, initial concentration of lead, and initial amount of biomass on biosorption of lead using Aureobasdium pullulans were investigated. A. pullulans has an excellent selectivity to remove lead than other heavy metals such as cadmium, chromium, nickel in pure and mixed solution. The optimum temperature of biosorption with A. pullulans was $40^{\circ}C$ and the amount of removal increased at high pH. The higher initial lead concentration or the lower cell dry weight, the higher amount of lead was adsorbed. The adsorption isotherm of lead was accorded with Freundlich model. The adsorption capacity and initial adsorption rate of living A. pullulans were about twice higher than that of dead one.

        N/A We report a 37 year-old-female patient with papillary thyroid cancer treated by surgery who demonstrated residual thyroid and bilateral breast uptake on a diagnostic I-131 whole body scan. She had an extrathyroidal extension needing I-131 ablative therapy. Her galactorrhea was investigated and treated with low doses of bromocriptine prior to I-131 therapy. Her galactorrhea was due to the decreased secretion of PIF induced by empty sella.

        ‘트랜스미디어 스토리텔링’ 기반의 방송콘텐츠 제작 과정 연구

        본 연구는 ‘트랜스미디어 스토리텔링’ 기반의 방송 콘텐츠 제작 과정을 살펴보는 연구다. ‘트랜스미디어 스토리텔링’이란 헨리 젠킨스(Henry Jenkins)에 따르면 하나의 이야기를 체계적으로 구분해 다양한 매체에 적용하는 것으로, 원 이야기를 독자들에게 다양하고 조화로운 향유 경험을 제공하는 방법이다. 이 연구를 위해 연구자는 먼저 ‘트랜스미디어 스토리텔링’을 이론적으로 고찰한 다음, ‘트랜스미디어 스토리텔링’ 사례로 만들어진 정치예능형 시사방송인 ‘YTN 안드로메다 프로젝트’를 연구대상으로 하여 그로 구현된 방송결과물과 제작모형 그리고 트랜스미디어 스토리텔링 스키마 등을 도출하기로 했다. 또 도출된 제작모형과 스키마는 인접 방송매체들로 확장시킬 수 있는 가능성을 모색함으로써, 최근 방송사들이 겪고 있는 레거시 미디어와 뉴 미디어 매체 사이의 신-구 플랫폼 간 반목을 ‘트랜스 미디어 스토리텔링’ 방송제작 방식으로 변증(辨證)해 봄으로 공진화(Co-evolution) 가능성을 탐구하고자 했다. The purpose of this study is to look into the 'transmedia storytelling' based video content production process. According to Henry Jenkins, transmedia storytelling is defined as a process to share a various, harmonized, and pleasing experience by systematically dividing a story and developing it into different kinds of media. Such a process effectively provides a strong experience that puts the audience together in one story who are scattered due to the development of electronic communication technology in the age of multimedia. The conductor of this study firstly study the 'transmedia storytelling' theoretically and analyzes 'Andromeda Project', which is recently produced based on 'transmedia storytelling', by per season in terms of the purpose, production method, etc. and seeks the possibility to extend to an adjacent field of production by drawing a series of production models, schema, etc. By doing so, the conductor seeks for a measure to reasonably and logically co-evolve the legacy media and the new media platform, which is a rising issue of conflict within broadcasting companies, through the production method of 'transmedia storytelling'.

        암의 조기검진 ; 유방암의 조기검진

        In Korea, there are over 13,000 new breast cancer cases diagnosed annually. Early screening is crucial in reducing breast cancer mortality. Mammography is known to be the standard method of early screening for breast cancer. With increased awareness of the signs and symptoms of breast cancer and the use of screening mammograms, breast cancers are increasingly being diagnosed at earlier stages. Korean national health screening program recommends women aged 40 years or older should receive mammography every 1~2 years with breast self examination and clinical breast examination. And breast sonography and MRI have been added in screening. The screening guidelines for the breast cancer are continually changing. These guidelines are modified according to risk factors. Here, we investigated what are current evidence-based screening methods for breast cancer. (Korean J Med 79:237-240, 2010)

        만성 두부외상 환자에서 99mTc - HMPAO Brain SPECT의 임상적 유용성

        N/A Minima1 deterioration of cerebral perfusion or microanatomical changes were undetectable on conventional Brain CT or MRI. So evaluation of focal functional changes of the brain parenchyme is essential in chronic head injury patients, who did not show focal anatomical changes on these radiological studies. However, the patients who had longstanding neurologic sequelae following head injury, there had been no available imaging modalities for evaluating these patients precisely. Therefore we tried to detect the focal functional changes on the brain parenchyme using Tc-99m-HMPAO Brain SPECT on the patients of chronic head injuries. Twenty three patients who had suffered from headache, memory dysfunction, personality change and insomnia lasting more than six months following head injury were included in our cases, which showed no anatomical abnormalities on Brain CT or MRI. At first they underwent psychological test whether the symptoms were organic or not. Also we were able to evaluate the cerebral perfusion changes with Tc-99m-HMPAO Brain SPECT in 22 patients among the 23, which five patients were focal and 17 patients were nonfocally diffuse perfusion changes. Thus we can predict the perfusion changes such as local vascular deterioration or functional defects using Tc-99m-HMPAO Brain SPECT in the patients who had suffered from post-traumatic sequelae, which changes were undetectable on Brain CT or MRI.

      • 한국 항만의 동북아지역내 국제물류거점화 방안

        Due to rapid globalization and the establishment of a free trade system, economic development has made progress. In particular, Northeast Asia, the 3rd largest trade region in terms of trade volume, has significantly increased cargo volume. This has resulted in stiff competition between countries in the region. Most countries in this area have expanded and internationalized their port infrastructures to become hub portsin maritime transport. The Korean government has attempted to take advantage of Busan and Gwangyang's geographic locations and develop those ports, which are located in the main trunk-shipping route, as logistics hubs. Under these circumstances, there are various opportunities and challenges for Busan and Gwangyang ports to become international logistics hub. First of all, they need to establish networks linking them with regions in Northeast Asia. They should take advantage of their geographical advantagesand provide better port facilities and hinterland for the services desired. Furthermore, they should also provide an attractive investment environment for foreign investors and the vision for internationalization, followed by continued and reliable policy. The policy for the establishment of international logistics hubs in Korea must be recognized, not as an option but requirement, for survival.

        유튜브를 활용한 북한의 프로파간다 이미지 변화 연구 -Echo of Truth를 중심으로-

        이 연구는 유튜브 채널 ‘Echo of Truth’로 살펴본 북한의 프로파간다 이미지 변화 연구이다. 최근 여러 보도들에 따르면 북한의 프로파간다 이미지 전략이 ‘뉴미디어(유튜브)’ 활용과 ‘자연스러움(일상과 여성)’으로 변화했다고 보도되고 있다. 이에 본 연구자들은 북한의 프로파간다 이미지 변화를 연구하기 위해 프로파간다의 어원과 프로파간다 이미지를 이론적으로 고찰하고, 북한의 전통적인 선전선동 이미지 전략의 기틀이 되는 마오 쩌둥(Mao Zedong)의 ‘중국문예운동’과 김일성의 ‘조선화’ 및 그 표현방식을 살펴본 다음, 북한 ‘조선화’와 ‘우상화’의 상관관계를 살펴보고자 했다. 이를 기반으로 지난 2017년부터 운영 중인 북한의 유튜브 채널 ‘Echo of Truth’를 다각도로 조망해 ‘조선화’로 위시되었던 북한의 전통적인 프로파간다 이미지 전략과 그 차이점을 토픽랭크 알고리즘 분석을 통해 비교해 보았다. 그 결과 북한의 전통적인 프로파간다 이미지 전략은 ‘조선화’를 기반으로 한 김일성 및 그 일가의 ‘우상성(idolization)’ 이미지로 집적되는 사실을 확인할 수 있었고, 뉴미디어를 통한 새로운 프로파간다 이미지 전략은 북한의 풍경, 여성으로 요약되는 ‘일상성(everyday life)’ 이미지로 집적되는 사실을 도출할 수 있었다. 이를 통해 북한의 새로운 선동선전 이미지 전략이 뉴미디어를 활용한 자연스러운 전달로 변화했음을 양적으로 확인할 수 있었다. This study is a study on the change of the propaganda image of North Korea, as viewed through the YouTube channel “Echo of Truth”. According to recent reports, it is reported that North Korea's propaganda image strategy has changed to use “new media” (YouTube) and “natural” (daily life and women). Therefore, in order to study changes in the propaganda image of North Korea, the researchers theoretically reviewed the etymology of propaganda and the image of propaganda, and Mao Zedong's'Chinese literary movement' and Kim Il-sung, the basis of the traditional propaganda image strategy in North Korea. After examining the'Chosunhwa' of'Chosunhwa' and its expression method, I tried to examine the correlation between'Chosunhwa' and'Idolhwa' in North Korea. Based on this, I looked at the North Korean YouTube channel “Echo of Truth”, which has been operating since 2017, from various angles, and compared the difference with the traditional propaganda image strategy of North Korea, which was regarded as “Chosunhwa,” through topic rank algorithm analysis. As a result, it could be confirmed that the traditional propaganda image strategy of North Korea is concentrated in the image of Kim Il-sung and his family's 'idolization' based on 'Chosunhwa', and the new propaganda image strategy through new media is the North Korean landscape, It was possible to derive the fact that it was accumulated as an image of 'everyday life' that is summarized as a woman. Through this, it was possible to quantitatively confirm that the new strategy of propaganda in North Korea has changed to natural communication using new media.
