We have witnessed that in confucianism love of parents is equated to love of country, and belief that the twin concepts of loyalty and filial piety can not be separated has helped foster a spirit of nationalism in the confucian cultural milieu, especially in the Korean tradition. "Chung(忠)" is love of country. Love of country means love not only territory also love members of a nation, these mean territorial integrity, Program for land development for the prosperity and welfare of a nation. dear smoke pollution air pollution water pollution, in order to keep healthy surroundings of country. Love symbols of country, for example national Anthem national flag, and national flower. Have a pride as Koreans and keep the rules. The most important thing is to do our best for country. Now is the time we have to renew the concept of Loyalty for the 21centry.

A research for the optimal design of microwave absorbing material featuring for the broadband has been conducted to apply to warship. A multilayered structure was suggested using wave absorbing layers and resistance layer to perform high performance in broadband frequencies. For the optimization of the wave absorbing characteristics, the thickness and permittivities of the absorbing layers as well as the surface resistance of the resistant layer were determined using genetic algorithm. The data base of permittivities related to the density of the dielectric materials and loss materials was obtained by the experiments for the dielectric constants of the absorbing layers, furthermore, the results were numerically expressed and used for the optimization.

본 연구에서는 지역사회 통합돌봄 선도사업 추진과정에서 확인된 문제점을 비판적으로 검토하고, 서로 다른 재원과 전달체계를 가진 보건의료와 사회서비스를 어떻게 사람중심 관점을 반영한 통합돌봄 모형으로 발전시킬 수 있을지를 제안하고자 하였다. 국내외 문헌고찰, 다학제 전문가 포럼 자료의 내용분석을 통해 기존체계 운영구조분석, 노인돌봄체계의 한계점을 정리하였고, 반복적 추론을 활용하여 국내 현실에 적합한 새로운 통합돌봄모형을 제안하였다. 돌봄의 목표, 대상자, 중재 및 성과관리지표의 통합성, 장기요양예방계정 신설과 성과기반 총액계약제 도입, 사례관리 및 방문의료 전담기구의 신설, 보건복지위원회와 통합재가컨소시움 구축, 통합재가 연구개발지원사업과 간호사·사회복지사 신규 채용 확대, 빅데이터 기반 고위험군 분류시스템과 모바일 전자돌봄기록 플랫폼 구축 등 총 18가지 권고사항을 제안하였다. 본 연구를 통해 도출된 모형은 지역보건의료 및 사회복지 서비스를 연계·통합하는데 도움을 줄 수 있으며, 궁극적으로 지역사회 노인의 장기요양 진입을 예방하고 시설입소를 방지하는 성과를 가져올 수 있을 것으로 기대한다.

This paper proposes the efficient system for automatic design of FSS(Frequency Selective Surface) with periodic pattern and frequency characteristics specified by operator. The proposed system derives optimal design parameters through tool for analysis of FSS with arbitrary pattern, DB(Data Base) implemented from limited simulation and measurement data of FSS, and GA(Genetic Algorithm) for optimizing design parameters. FSS analysis tool consists of two analysis tools. One is the simulator for analysis of monolayer FSS that using moment method, another is the tool with approximated analysis method of FSS with dielectric layer. Given pattern configuration and characteristics specified by operators, the DB system searches the best matching FSS, and provides initial genes to GA from the searched parameters, which drastically reduces running time of GA for finding the FSS design parameters. In this paper, the proposed design system is verified through simulation and measurement about FSS with various patterns.

An experimental study is presented for the contact property of the interactions between road wheel and track link in order to identify the dynamic characteristics of the high mobility tracked vehicle along the verical direction with loading conditions. The revolving rubber molded track link and road wheels are subjected to the high impulsive contact forces from the ground, and the traction forces from the engine which lead to the tension, compression, and torsional load as the operational conditions and environments. The mechanical characteristics of the track links interconnected by rubber bushings and pins so as to simulate the dynamic analysis of a high mobility multibody tracked vehicle by using empirical methods are also presented. In this investigation, the dynamic and static effects of stiffness and damping coefficients are taken into consideration of the vertical, radial and torsional interations between double pin track links and road wheels. The static and dynamic loadings, and frequency response of these coefficients of track links of high mobility tracked vehicle are represented, respectively.<br/>

In this paper, track tension estimation methods are developed for tracked vehicles which are subject to various maneuvering tasks such as longitudinal driving on sloping and/or rough roads. The information of the track tension is very important for the tracked vehicles because the track tension is closely related to the maneuverability and the durability of the tracked vehicles. A modified 3 DOF dynamics model is derived for the tracked vehicles and is utilized for estimating the tractive force and track tension for the longitudinal driving case. The tension estimation performance of the proposed methods is verified through the simulation of the Multi-body Dynamics tool. The simulation results demonstrate the effectiveness of the proposed method under various maneuvering tasks of the tracked vehicles.
