이익의 실학과 사실/가치 이원성

이 글의 주된 목적은 이익의 실학이 ‘사실의 세계’에 실증적 검증에 근거한 통관점적 시각을 견지하는 반면, ‘가치의 세계’에 초월적 근거를 설정함으로써 사실적 통찰과 열망이 뒤섞인 ‘분열된 세계’를 상정하고 있음을 보이는 것이다. 이익은 국가적 위기상황에서 지나치게 의리명분만을 강조하는 주자학자들의 비현실적 대응 태도와 교조적인 학문 태도를 강력히 비판하고, 경험과 실증에 근거한 통관점적 시각을 제안했다. 나아가 그의 개방적 학문 태도는 ‘형세’를 국가관, 역사관의 중요 요소로 부각시킴으로써 ‘맥락 의존적’ 가치 척도를 제시하는 데까지 이르렀다. 이러한 이익의 경험적 사유는 ‘사실의 세계’에 대한 실제적 탐색의 결과라는 점에서 그 자신이 지향했던 ‘수기’와 ‘경세’의 양 날개를 실현할 수 있는 핵심적 토대를 제공했으며, 탈형이상학적 담론의 가능성을 여는 결정적 계기를 마련했다. 하지만 ‘가치의 세계’에 성리학의 형이상학적 가정을 ‘의심 없이’ 수용함으로써 실증성에 토대를 둔 이익 자신의 통관점적 지향은 역동적 힘을 갖춘 보편의 ‘리’에 의해 재규정되는 ‘닫힌 탐색’의 한계를 지니게 되었다. 결국 이익의 실증적 탐구는 능동적으로 대응하는 초월적 가치에 통제되는 모습으로 그려지게 되었고, 그것이 함축하는 위험은 ‘강력한 객관주의’다. 이제 우리는 이러한 모습의 이익 사유를 ‘사실적 통찰과 열망이 뒤섞인 이원성의 철학’으로 규정할 수 있을 것이다. 사실과 가치의 이원적 토대를 가정하는 이익의 분열된 시선은 ‘경험적으로 책임 있는 철학’의 관점에서 새로운 접근의 필요성을 제기한다.

무용수업 관심도가 교육효과에 미치는 영향

The purpose of this study is to examine the influence which interest of students at the girls high schools in a dancing class exercise on the educational effcets. As an object of this study, the first and second students of humanities girls' high schools in A and C city chun-nam set up as a population, and a total of 813 samples were used except for 58 faithless samples. Therefore, the following conclusion: First, the variables of the dancing-class process, the desire for the dancing class, and the friendly feeling toward dancing teachers of high-school girls have a statisically significant effect on the physical education(p<.001). Second, the varialces of the dancing-class and the desire for the dancing class, of high-school girls have a significant effect on the social educational effects(p<.001). Third, the variables of the desire for the dancing class, the friendly feeling toward dancing teaches, the dancing-class process, and a good feeling about dancing facilities, of high-school girls have a significant effect on mental educational effects(p<.001).

국악공연의 관람선호경향 분석에 따른 활성화 방안 연구

The purpose of this study was to examine the influence of the selection factors of Korean traditional music on reintention intention in college students. Also, the mediating effect of the spectating value was verified on the selection factors of Korean traditional music. The survey was conducted from April 20, 2019 to June 30, 2019. The empirical analysis was conducted by factor analysis, reliability analysis, correlation analysis, multiple regression analysis, and mediating effect analysis. The research results are as follows. First, the correlation with re-inspection was performance hall, character, spectating value, price, work, and service. Second, the most influential relative influence on re-inspection was the performance hall. Third, the spectating value had a mediating effect on the performance hall, people, and services. It is hoped that these studies will continue to seek ways to establish Korean traditional performing arts and approach. 본 연구는 대학생을 대상으로 국악공연선택 요인이 재관람의도에 미치는 영향과 국악공연선택 요인에 대하여 관람가치의 매개효과를 검증하였다. 연구방법과 관련하여 설문조사는 2019년 4월 20일부터 2019년 6월 30일까지 조사를 하였다. 실증분석은 요인분석, 신뢰도분석, 상관관계분석, 다중회귀분석, 매개효과분석을 실시하였다. 연구결과는 다음과 같다. 첫째, 재관람의도와 상관관계가 있는 것은 공연장, 인물, 관람가치, 가격, 작품, 서비스로 나타났다. 둘째, 재관람의도에 대하여 상대적 영향력이 제일 높은 것은 공연장으로 나타났다. 셋째, 재관람의도에 대하여 관람가치는 공연장, 인물, 서비스에게 매개효과가 있는 것으로 나타났다. 이러한 연구를 통하여 국악공연예술 정착과 접근 방안이 지속적으로 모색되길 기대한다.

소셜미디어 속성에 따른 무용교육의 교사태도 관계성 연구

본 연구는 무용교육에서 소셜미디어 교육의 긍정적 속성과 부정적 속성이 교사태도에 미치는 영향관계를 살펴 보고, 소셜미디어 교육과 교사태도의 관계에서 교수효능감과 교수몰입이 어떠한 역할을 하는지 살펴보고자 하 였다. 2019년 5월 1일부터 6월 30일까지 G광역시와 J도에서 무용을 지도하는 교사를 대상으로 설문조사를 실시하였고, 검증된 222부의 설문지를 조사에 사용하였다. 자료처리를 위해 빈도분석, 기술통계분석, 탐색적요 인분석, 신뢰도분석, 다중회귀분석, 3단계 매개회귀분석으로 자료를 분석하였다. 연구 결과는 첫째, 소셜미디어 의 교육적 속성 중에서 교육적가치성, 관계부담성, 활용부담성, 학습효과성이 교사태도에 영향이 있는 것으로 나타났다. 둘째, 교육적가치성과 교사태도에 대하여 교수효능감 및 교수몰입은 부분매개효과가 있는 것으로 나 타났다. 셋째, 활용부담성과 교사태도에 대하여 교수효능감 및 교수몰입은 부분매개효과가 있는 것으로 나타났 다. 이러한 연구를 통하여 최적화된 무용교육 체계가 수립되어 학습자에게 제공되길 기대한다. This study examined the relationship between positive and negative attributes of teacher education in teacher education in dance education. And, the role of teaching efficacy and teaching commitment was examined. The survey was conducted from May 1 to June 30, 2018 to teachers who teach dance in G Metropolitan City and J-do. Then, the verified 222 questionnaires were used for the survey. For data processing, the data were analyzed by frequency analysis, descriptive statistical analysis, exploratory factor analysis, reliability analysis, multiple regression analysis, and 3-step mediated regression analysis. The results of the study were as follows: First, among educational attributes of social media, educational value, relationship burden, utilization burden, and learning effectiveness had an influence on teacher attitude. Second, the teaching efficacy and the teaching commitment had a partial mediating effect on educational value and teacher attitude. Third, the teaching efficacy and teaching commitment had a partial mediating effect on utilization burden and teacher attitude. It is expected that an optimized dance education system will be established and provided to learners through these studies.

무용전공자의 진로성숙도와 자아존중감에 대한 자기주도학습의 효과에 관한 연구

본 연구는 무용전공자의 자기주도학습을 통하여 무용의 전문성 확보와 진로에 대한 가치관을 정립할 수 있도록 진로성숙도와 자아존중감을 높일 수 있는 방안을 연구하고자 하였다. 또한 무용전공, 학습기간, 입상경력에 따라 분류하여 자기주도학습을 교정함으로써 진로성숙도와 자아존중감에 대한 차이와 영향력에 대해 어떠한 효과가 있는지를 검증하고자 하였다. 본 연구의 자료를 검증하기 위하여 상관관계분석과 공분산분석(ANCOVA)을 실시 하여 각 변수 간의 영향을 검증하였다. 첫 번째로 자기주도학습이 진로성숙도에 대한 매개역할에 대해 연구 한 결과 자기주도학습이 무용전공에 따른 진로성숙도에 대해 유의하지 않으며 매개역할을 하지 않았다. 학습기간에 따른 진로성숙도에 대해 매개역할을 하였으며, 무용대회 입상경력에 따른 진로성숙도에 대해서도 매개역할을 하 였다. 두 번째로 자기주도학습이 자아존중감에 대한 매개역할에 대해 연구 한 결과 자기주도학습이 무용전공에 따른 자아존중감에 대해 유의하지 않으며 매개역할을 하지 않았다. 학습기간에 따른 자아존중감에 대해 매개역할 을 하였으며, 무용대회 입상경력에 따른 자아존중감에 대해서도 매개역할을 하는 것으로 나타났다. Through self-directed learning of dance education majors to study the relationship between career maturity and self-esteem for future career was research related to the impact on the environment to improve the efficiency and creativity of dance education. In summary, the results are as follows. The first self-directed learning is the result of research into mediating role for the career maturity as self-directed learning is not statistically significant for the career maturity of the dance major was not a mediating role. The parameters were statistically significant role in career maturity level for the duration of the study. Second self-directed learning is self-directed learning self-esteem as a result of the research on the intermediary does not have a statistically significant for the self-esteem of the dance major was not a mediating role. It was a mediating role in the level of statistical significance for the self-esteem of the study period.

공연예술단체의 조직역량과 직무만족의 관계에서 과제환경과 과제특성의 구조적 관계 연구

The purpose of this study is to suggest the ways in which the values and services of the performing arts are continuously disseminated by deriving the structural relationships between organizational capacity, task environment, task characteristics, and job satisfaction of performing arts organizations. For this study, a questionnaire survey was conducted from May 1, 2018 to May 30, 2018 for 223 people working in performance groups in Gwangju and Chonnam provinces. Validity analysis and direct effect analysis were performed using the structural equation, and mediation effects were analyzed using bootstrap and Sobel test. The results of this study are as follows: First, there isa direct relationship between organizational capacity and job satisfaction, task environment, and task characteristics. In addition, there was a direct relationship between task characteristics and job satisfaction. Second, task characteristics showed mediating effects on organizational competence and job satisfaction. Through these researches, it was suggested that the performing arts group could strengthen the organizational capacity and provide the services for the spread and expansion of performing arts. 본 연구는 공연예술단체의 조직 역량, 과제 환경, 과제 특성, 직무 만족에 대한 구조적 관계를 도출하여 공연예술의 가치와 서비스가 지속적으로 보급되는 방안을 제시하는데 연구의 목적이 있다. 이러한 연구를 위해 광주, 전남 지역 공연단체에 근무하는 223명을 대상으로 2018년 5월 1일부터 5월 30일까지 설문조사를 실시하였다. 구조방정식을 이용하여 타당도분석, 직접효과분석을 실시하였고, 부트스트랩과 Sobel Test를 이용하여 매개효과분석을 실시하였다. 연구 결과는 첫째, 조직역량과 직무만족, 과제환경, 과제특성은 직접적인 영향 관계가 있는 것으로 나타났다. 또한, 과제 특성과 직무만족도 직접적인 영향 관계가 있는 것으로 나타났다. 둘째, 조직 역량과 직무 만족의 관계에서 과제 환경과 과제 특성은 이중매개효과가 없는 것으로 나타났다. 하지만, 조직 역량과 직무 만족의 관계에서 과제 특성은 매개 효과가있는 것으로 나타났다. 이러한 연구를통하여 공연예술단체가 조직 역량을 강화하여 공연 예술의 보급과 확대를 위해 서비스를 제공할 수 있는 방안을 제시하였다.

Effect of Service Quality, Facility Environment Satisfaction, and Social Media Characteristics on Dance Academy Re-registrationWhen Selecting a Dance SchoolYoung Seo Abstract: This study analyzed the effects of service quality, facility environment satisfaction, and social media characteristics on dance academy re-registration when dance majors choose a dance academy. As for the research method, a survey was conducted on 177 people from October to November 2022. First, the facility environment satisfaction, service quality, and social media characteristics of the dance academy had an effect on re-registration intention. Second, the satisfaction of the facility environment of the dance academy was influenced by the characteristics of social media. Third, facility environment satisfaction and service quality had an effect on re-registration intention via social media characteristics. It was suggested that dance academies need a marketing strategy to have differentiated competitiveness in line with the needs of dance education consumers and social changes.
