In this study, a new, relatively simple fabrication method for forming a mesoporous $Al(OH)_3$ film on Al substrates was demonstrated. This method, i.e., alkali surface modification, was simply comprised of dipping the substrate in a $5\times10^{-3}$ M NaOH solution at $80^{\circ}C$ for one minute and then immersing it in boiling water for 30 minutes. After alkali surface modification, a mesoporous $Al(OH)_3$ film was formed on the Al substrate, and its chemical state and crystal structure were confirmed by XPS and TEM. According to the results of the XPS analysis, the flake-like morphology after the alkali surface modification was mainly composed of $Al(OH)_3$, with a small amount of $Al_2O_3$. The mesoporous $Al(OH)_3$ layer was composed of three regions: an amorphousrich region, a region of mixed amorphous and crystal domains, and a crystalline-rich region near the $Al(OH)_3$ layer surface. It was confirmed that the stabilization process in the alkali surface modification strongly influenced the crystallization of the mesoporous $Al(OH)_3$ layer.

To improve the filtration efficiency of porous materials used in filters, an extensive specific surface area is required to serve as a site for adsorption of impurities. In this paper, a method for creating a hybridized porous alloy using a powder metallurgical technique to build macropores in an Al-4 wt.% Cu alloy and subsequent surface modification for a microporous surface with a considerably increased specific surface area is suggested. The macropore structure was controlled by granulation, compacting pressure, and sintering; the micropore structure was obtained by a surface modification using a dilute NaOH solution. The specific surface area of surface-modified specimen increased about 10 times compare to as-sintered specimen that comprised of the macropore structure. Also, the surface-modified specimens showed a remarkable increase in micropores larger than 10 nm. Such a hybridized porous structure has potential for application in water and air purification filters, as well as membrane pre-treatment and catalysis.
혈구탐식성림프조직구증의 저용량 Etoposide 치료 후 발생한 치료관련급성단구성백혈병 1예

저자들은 혈구탐식성림프조직구증(Hemophagocytic lympho-histiocytosis, HLH)의 저용량 Etoposide 치료 후 발생한 치료관련 급성골수성백혈병 1예를 보고하고자 한다. 62세 여자 환자가저용량의 Etoposide (총용량 300 mg/m2)를 포함하는 HLH-94프로토콜에 의해 치료를 받고, 31개월 후 전신쇠약감과 상기도감염증상을 주소로 내원하였다. 말초혈액도말 검사와 골수 검사를통해서 급성단구성백혈병으로 진단받았다. 골수형성이상증후군의증거는 없었으며, 염색체 검사에서도 이상소견을 보이지 않았다. 감 사본 증례의 사진을 제공하는데 도움을 주신 전남대학교 화순병원 진단검사의학과 김수현 교수님께 감사 드립니다.
연예 매니지먼트 기업의 브랜드 이미지 개선 방안에 관한 연구

수년 전부터 연예인의 노예 계약, 성상납, 스폰서 등에 관한 사건이 잇달아 터지면서 연예 매니지먼트에 대해 부정적인 이미지가 만들어지고 있다. 본 연구는 연예 매니지먼트의 문제점을 발견하고 이를 개선할 수 있는 방안을 제시하고자 하였다. 이를 위해 연예 매니지먼트 기업의 매니저 및 종사자들을 대상으로 실증 분석을 하였으며 설문 문항은 선행연구와 FGI를 통해 도출하였다. 실증분석 결과, 중요도의 영역별로 결과를 살펴보면, 회사의 소속감(4.24)이 가장 중요하게 나타났으며, 연예인의 전속 계약금 및 계약서(3.66), 매니저의 업무(3.61), 매니지먼트사의 영업(3.47), 연예인의 수급과 활동 규제사항(3.31), 기타(3.27)의 순으로 뒤를 이었다. 가장 개선이 시급한 것으로 나타난 회사를 운영하는데 있어서 기본이 되어야 할 ‘직원의 복지문제’와 ‘회사의 자본 문제’가 가장 큰 문제점이 나타 나고 있다는 것을 알 수 있었다. 연예인들의 현 소속사와의 재계약 문제, 매니저의 전문화, 매니저의 복지문제, 매니저의 직업윤리 확립, 매니지먼트사의 외부 투자유치, 매니지먼트사의 부가사업, 연예인의 회사에 대한 소속감 등이 중요도에 비해서 실행도가 낮은 것으로 나타났다. 따라서 이를 개선해야만 연예 매니지먼트 기업이 건전하고 건강하게 발전할 수 있을 것이다. 연예산업 실무에서 이런 문제점을 해결하기 위해서는 매니지먼트 업계의 노력 뿐만 아니라 정부의 제도적 뒷받침도 있어야 하겠지만 일단 본 연구에서 발견된 사항부터 개선해 나간다면 한국 연예 매니지먼트도 한 단계 도약할 수 있을 것이라고 사료된다. This study applied Importance Performance Analysis (IPA) introduced by Martilla&James(1977) to give advice for entertainment management companies to be free from conventional problems. 30 questions were made from the literature review and FGI. The empirical results, look at the results by the importance of the area, the company's sense of belonging (4.24) showed the most significant, Celebrity's exclusive deposit and contract (3.66), the manager of the business (3.61), management's sales (3.47), limits the supply of entertainers and activities (3.31), other (3.27) was followed in the order. Appeared to be the most urgent improvements to the base operating company to be 'employees' welfare' and 'the company's capital problem' appears that the biggest problem was found. The result of IPA shows that enhancement of 'recontract between the entertainers and the management companies', 'expertise of managers', 'welfare of managers', 'work morality of managers', 'investment promotion', 'added business', and 'sense of belonging of entertainers' is in priority. Entertainment industry in order to solve these problems in practice management industry as well as the efforts of the government, but one must also have the institutional support was found in this study and take details from improve Korea Entertainment Management also will be able to step it up is considered.
Phosphorus removal from wastewater by ionic exchange using a surface-modified Al alloy filter

In this study, a cost-effective and eco-friendly route for removal of phosphate in wastewater was demonstrated using an Al alloy foam filter with a mesoporous aluminum hydroxide (Al(OH3) film. The mesoporous Al(OH)3 film on which the ion exchange and adsorption of phosphate occur was generated using a simple alkali surface modification process. For higher phosphate removal by the surfacemodified Al alloy foam filter, the number of filters was increased up to 20, which achieved 90% phosphate removal within a very short contact time. As a recycling process, a second alkali surface modification was applied to the used filter after phosphate adsorption. It clearly indicated that the used filter can be recycled via a second alkali surface modification due to the ion exchange mechanism. It was shown that an alkali surface-modified Al alloy foam filter is a powerful candidate for phosphate removal in water treatment facilities.
