Various urban transport policies have an effect on urban transit riderships. This study reports variations of metropolitan subway travel patterns affected by an enormous change in bus routes and transfer discount policy between subway and bus mode conducted by Seoul city in July 1st of 2004. In an effort to see the difference between the before and the after policies, two datasets are prepared. Firstly, on a daily bassis, an origin-destination trip table of May of 2004 is used. Secondly, on a daily bassis, an origin-destination trip table of August-September of 2004 is used as a counter measure. Even if seasonal variation was not considered, there were increasing riderships of about 0.25 million on a daily basis. Subway line 2 and 7 have an important role in changes. The effects of system changes, however, largely varied on location and subway line numbers.

Hemangioma is the most common benign tumor in neonatal and infant stage. In the head and neck region, the lesion mostly occurs in the masseter, trapezoidal or sternocleidomastoid muscle. Due to its rarity and non-specific symptoms, it is difficult to diagnose precisely. Intramuscular hemangioma can be misdiagnosed as sialolithiasis of the parotid gland. There are several treatment options for hemangiomas such as sclerotherapy, radiotherapy, embolization, and surgery. Of all these, definitive surgical resection is considered most effective in preventing future recurrence. Here we report a case of intramuscular hemangioma that was detected in the patient’s right masseter muscle which was initially misdiagnosed as parotid sialolithiasis and was consequently managed with surgical resection.

모드 기여도 해석을 이용한 스퀼 저감을 위한 연구

There are various noises generated by friction. Especially, reducing the disc brake squeal noise is an important technical issue in the automotive industry. Eliminating squeal noise generated during braking is an important task for the improvement of vehicle passenger comfort. Recent studies on brake squeal caused by a self-excited vibration phenomenon in brake systems focused on reducing the squeal occurrence by changing the dynamic characteristics of brake components. In this study, SMPF analyzes the contribution from each system normal mode to the system unstable mode. SMPF can help identify the big contributing modes from each component. The least modification was proposed from the sensitivities to reduce the squeal noise. To verify this proposal, a reasonable finite element model was generated by correlating component and assembly modal tests. In processing correlation with component modal test, MAC was used as a reference value for mode shape correlation.

모바일, Web 3.0시대를 맞이한 국내 정보통신기술(ICT; Information Communication Technology) 기업들은 급변하는 경영환경 속에서 기업의 생존과 발전을 위하여 창의성경영 및 지식경영을 실행하고 있다. 창의성에 대한 많은 연구가 진행되어왔지만 국내 ICT기업이 처한 직무에 대한 스트레스 및 직무소진, 구성원들이 갖는 신뢰와 지식공유, 개인 창의성을 종합적으로 분석한 실증 연구는 부족한 실정이다. 이에 본 연구에서는 (1)직무스트레스가 직무소진에 미치는 영향과 (2)직무소진, 조직신뢰, 구성원신뢰가 지식공유에 미치는 영향, (3)조직신뢰, 구성원신뢰, 지식공유가 개인 창의성에 미치는 영향, (4)직무스트레스가 지식공유와 개인 창의성간의 관계에 미치는 조절효과를 분석하고자 하였다. 이를 위하여 국내 ICT기업에 종사하는 구성원들에게 설문을 배포한 후 332개의 데이터에 대하여 PLS분석을 실시하였다. 분석결과는 가설1부터 가설8까지 모든 가설이 유의하게 지지되었으며, 마지막으로 결론부문에 시사점 및 연구의 한계에 대하여 기술하였다.

Hungarian Algorithm을 이용한 다 개체 추적에 관한 연구

본 논문은 여러 개체의 생물체 궤적을 효과적으로 추적하기 위해 Hungarian Algorithm을 이용한다. 생물체 궤적 정보와 생물체의 좌표 정보로 Weighted bipartite graph를 구성한다. weight는 궤적 정보와 좌표 정보의 거리, 속도, 각도를 비교하여 계산한다. 구성된 graph를 Hungarian Algorithm로 계산하여 가장 효율적인 matching이 이루어지도록 한다. 실제 생물체를 관찰하고 얻어진 데이터를 이용하여 실험을 하고, 제안한 방법의 효율성을 검증한다.

Review and Analyses of International Standards and Implications for Implementing Korean Hydrogen Charging Station in UAE

Recently, a hydrogen charging station-related memorandum of understanding (MOU) was signed between Korea Transport Institute and United Arab Emirates (UAE) Ministry of Transport in Abu Dhabi, creating a foundation for exporting green hydrogen charging stations and hydrogen powered public transit buses developed with Korean technology to Abu Dhabi. Reliable construction and operation of the charging stations require a thorough review on associated standards and legal requirements. In particular, it is essential to analyze currently effective standards related to hydrogen production, hydrogen vehicle charging, and hydrogen charging stations. This paper specifically focuses on comparative analysis of hydrogen-related standards in the UAE and the Republic of Korea. Similar to UAE, Korean hydrogen charging station-related standards follow International Organization for Standardization (ISO) standards. From real-life experiences in developing and operating charging stations, even more essence of ISO standards have been adopted in Korean standards than UAE. In particular, ISO standards related to fire prevention are additionally included in Korea. This paper also suggests procedural and administrative strategies for enabling application of Korean hydrogen charging station-related standards in UAE.

기업 내 퍼실리테이터의 역할과 팀 창의성에 관한 연구 - 혁신지향문화와 팀 임파워먼트를 매개로

In research on the role of facilitators, studies on the effects of facilitators who conduct meetings and workshops within companies on innovation-oriented culture, team empowerment, and team creativity are insufficient. The purpose of this study is to verify the effect of the role of the facilitator (process management, change management) on innovation-oriented culture and team empowerment, and the effect on team creativity by mediating innovation-oriented culture and team empowerment. To this end, we surveyed members with experience in facilitating workshops at domestic companies and analyzed 299 collected data using SPSS 24 and Smart PLS 3.0. (+) had an effect. Second, innovation-oriented culture and team empowerment had a positive (+) effect on team creativity. Third, the role of the facilitator had a positive (+) effect on team creativity by mediating innovation-oriented culture and team empowerment. Through this study, the relationship between the role of the facilitator and other variables was explored and theoretically expanded, and practical implications for the role of the facilitator and enhancement of creativity required by the organization were presented.

중소기업 조직공정성과 IT지원이 혁신행동에 미치는 영향 연구 -지식활용 및 탐색 중심으로-

본 연구는 혁신적인 업무수행을 위한 행동에 영향을 미치는 요인을 찾기 위해 중소기업 직원들이 지각하는 조직공정성과 차별화된 IT지원이 지식활용 및 탐색을 통하여 혁신행동에 미치는 영향 관계를 살펴보고자 하였다. 중소기업 직원들을 대상으로 설문조사를 실시하였고, 최종 239부의 설문을 분석하여 SPSS 22.0과 PLS 3.0을 사용하여 연구가설을 검증하였다. 연구결과 조직공정성과 IT지원은 지식활용 및 탐색에 긍정적인 영향으로 나타났고, 지식활용 및 탐색은 혁신행동에 긍정적인 영향을 나타냈다. 본 연구를 통하여 조직공정성이 지식활용 및 지식탐색에 영향을 미치는 이론적 토대를 마련하였고, 중소기업의 혁신행동에 영향을 미치는 조직공정성과 IT지원이라는 두 변수의 종합적인 분석을 통하여 기업의 경쟁력을 높이는 이론적 및 실무적 시사점을 제시하고자 하였다. 향후 연구에서는 혁신행동으로 인한 성과부분과 관련한 다양한 변수를 활용한 연구가 필요하다. In order to find the factors that influence behaviors for innovative work performance, this study tried to examine the relationship between organizational justice perceived by SME employees and IT support for differentiation on innovative behavior through knowledge exploitation and exploration. A survey was conducted on employees of SME, and the research hypothesis was verified using SPSS 22.0 and PLS 3.0 by analyzing the final 239 copies. As a result of the study, organizational justice and IT support showed a positive effect on knowledge exploitation and exploration, and knowledge exploitation and exploration had a positive effect on innovation behavior. Through this study, the theoretical foundation for organizational justice to influence knowledge exploitation and main search was established and the theoretical and practical implications for enhancing the competitiveness of the enterprise were presented through a comprehensive analysis of the two variables, organizational justice and IT support, which affect the innovation behavior of SMEs. Future research will require to study the performance part due to innovative behavior using various variables.

경영자의 직무스트레스가 기업네트워크와 흡수역량을 통해 의사결정품질에 미치는 영향에 관한 연구

This study was intended to examine how the job stress of enterpriser affects decision quality when they make rational decision making, and to empirical analysis on whether decision quality can be enhanced through corporate network and absorption capacity. For this purpose, 356 survey data were collected from small business enterpriser and analyzed using SPSS v.25 and AMOS v.24. Studies have shown that among job stress, challenging stress has positive(+) influence on decision quality, disturbing stress has negative(-) influence on decision quality, and both corporate network and absorption capacity have positive(+) influence on decision quality. In addition, challenge stress and hindrance stress have been shown to have a positive(+) influence on decision quality through corporate network and absorption capacity. These findings confirmed that the challenge factors of job stress had a positive effect on decision quality, and confirmed that the corporate network and absorption capacity were important factors in enhancing decision-making products. As such, conclusions were discussed and implications and directions for follow-up studies were presented. 본 연구는 경영자가 합리적인 의사결정을 할 때 경영자의 직무스트레스가 의사결정품질에 어떠한 영향을 미치는 지를 알아보고, 기업네트워크와 흡수역량을 통해 의사결정품질을 높일 수 있는지에 대해 실증분석 하고자 하였다. 이를 위해 중소기업 경영자를 대상으로 356명의 설문 데이터를 수집하였고, SPSS v.25와 AMOS v.24를 활용하여 분석하였다. 연구결과 직무스트레스 중 도전적스트레스는 의사결정품질에 정(+)의 영향을 주었고, 방해적스트레스는 의사결정품질에 부(-)의 영향을 주었으며, 기업네트워크와 흡수역량은 모두 의사결정품질에 정(+)의 영향을 주었다. 또한, 도전적스트레스와 방해적스트레스는 기업네트워크와 흡수역량을 통해 의사결정품질에 정(+)의 영향을 주는 것으로 나타났다. 이와 같은 연구결과를 통해 직무스트레스의 도전요인이 의사결정품질에 긍정적 영향을 주는 것을 검증하였으며, 기업네트워크와 흡수역량이 의사결정품질을 높이는 중요한 요인임을 확인할 수 있었다. 이와같이 결론을 논의하고 시사점 및 후속연구의 방향을 제시하였다.
