네트워크 토폴로지에 따른 CAN-FD 통신 영향성 분석

The most common communication interface for automotive electronic control devices is CAN (Controller Area Network). Sine CAN was first adopted to Daimler vehicles in 1991, all of automobile manufacturers use the CAN communication for in-vehicle networks. However, as the number of electronic control devices connected to the CAN network rapidly increases, the CAN protocol reaches the limit of technology. To overcome this limitation, Bosch introduced the new communication protocol, that is CAN-FD (Flexible Data-rate). In this paper, we analyze the characteristics and limitations of CAN-FD communication according to the topology under the in-vehicle wiring harness environment designed based on the existing classic CAN communication.

The low-flow grouting injection technique, the target construction method for this study, is a method of pouring mortar into the ground by non-emission replacement principle, which can be expected to increase the density of the ground, and, in some cases, be used as a base file using the strength of the high injection solids, along with low noise, low pollution, and high durability. To verify that the dynamic characteristics of the ground are improved by the low-flow injection technique, the test work was conducted on the site and physical tests were performed, and the quality of the improvement formed in the ground was verified through the indoor test on the core and core recovery rate was analyzed. The density logs test layer calculated the volume density of the ground layer by using the Compton scattering of gamma-rays, and the sonic logs was tested on the ground around the drill hole using a detector consisting of sonar and receiver devices inside the drill hole. As a result of the measurement of the change in physical properties (density and sonic logs) before and after grouting, both properties were basically increased after infusion of grout agent. However, the variation in density increase was greater than the increase in speed after grouting, and the ground density measurement method was thought to be effective in measuring the fill effect of the filler. Strength and core recovery rates were measured from specimens taken after the age of 28 days, and the results of the test results of the diffusion and strength test of the improved products were verified to satisfy the design criteria, thereby satisfying the seismic performance reinforcement. 본 연구의 대상 공법인 저유동성 그라우팅 주입공법은 모르타르를 주입재로 하여 비배출 치환원리에 의해 지중에 압입하는공법으로서 지반의 밀도 증대효과를 기대할 수 있고 저소음, 저공해, 내구성 확보와 함께 경우에 따라서는 높은 주입 고결체의강도를 이용한 기초파일로 사용할 수도 있다. 저유동성 주입공법으로 지반의 동적 특성이 향상됨을 확인하기 위하여 현장에서시험시공을 실시하고 물리시험을 수행하였으며 코어에 대한 실내시험을 통해 지중에 형성된 개량체 품질을 확인하고 코어회수율 분석을 수행하였다. 밀도검층은 감마선의 컴프턴 산란을 이용하여 지층의 체적 밀도를 산정하였고, 음파검층은 시추공내에서 음파발생 및 수신장치로 구성된 검층기를 이용하여 시추공 주변의 지반에 대해서 시험을 실시하였다. 그라우팅 전, 후 물성변화(밀도검층, 음파검층)를 측정한 결과, 기본적으로 두 물성 모두 그라우트제 주입 후 물성이 증가하여 측정되었다. 다만, 그라우팅 후 속도 증가보다 밀도 증가의 변화 폭이 컸으며, 지반 밀도 측정 방법이 주입재의 충진 효과를 측정하는데효과적이다. 재령 28일 후 채취한 시료로부터 강도 및 코어회수율을 측정하였으며, 시험결과 개량체의 확산 및 강도시험 결과가 설계기준을 만족시켜 내진성능보강을 만족한 것으로 확인하였다.

This paper present the unified gateway for in-vehicle network using LIN, CAN and FlexRay. The presented gateway uses MPC5567 MCU including LIN, CAN and Flexray communication controllers. In this paper, we propose the reliable gateway algorithm and architecture. Also, an embedded system for gateway is developed and gateway function is implemented. The proposed system is evaluated by several experiments under a HEV test-bench environment.
컴팩션 그라우팅 공법의 품질관리 시스템 개발 및 신뢰성 검증

본 연구에서는 연약지반의 개량 및 부등침하가 일어난 건물의 복원 등에 사용할 수 있는 컴팩션 그라우팅 공법을 소개하였다. 기존 컴팩션 그라우팅 공법에서 사용되는 펌프는 1공씩 주입하는 시스템으로 시공 효율성이 저하되고,아날로그 주입방식으로 현장 작업자가 수동으로 시공을 관리하여 일관된 품질관리가 어려웠다. 기존 시공에서의 문제점을 해결하기 위하여 펌프와 품질관리 시스템을 개발하였다. 품질관리 시스템은 주입재료의 자동 배합 시스템, 다중 동시 주입 펌프, 주입관리 모니터링 시스템으로 구성하였다. 현장 시험을 통해 품질관리 시스템의 성능을 검증하였고 컴팩션 그라우팅 공법의 시험시공 후 품질시험을 통하여 지반개량 성능을 확인하였다. 따라서 개발된 통합 품질관리 시스템을 활용한다면 시공 및 품질 확인이 어려운 현장에서 일관된 품질의 보장과 시공의 효율성 및 안정성을 향상시킬 수 있을 것으로 기대된다. This study introduced the compact grouting method that can be used for improving soft ground and restoring buildings with unequal subsidence. The pump used in the traditional compact grouting method is a system that injects one hole each, which reduces the construction efficiency, and the analog injection method manually manages the construction by field workers, making it difficult to manage consistent quality. Pump and quality control system were developed to solve problems in existing construction. Since field supervisor determines amount of injected materials by using analog equipment and controls manually, it is difficult to manage consistent quality of construction. Therefore, the quality control system was developed in order to solve that problem. The quality control system consists of automatic mixing system of injection materials, multiple simultaneous injection pumps, and injection management monitoring system. Performance of the quality control system was verified through on-site testing, and ground improvement performance was verified through quality testing after testing and testing of the compact grouting method. Therefore, it is expected that the integrated quality control system developed will improve the quality assurance and efficiency and stability of construction at sites where construction and quality verification are difficult.
