        동의보감(東醫寶鑑) 중(中) 청피(靑皮)가 주약(主藥)으로 배오(配伍)된 방제(方劑)의 활용(活用)에 대한 고찰(考察)

        This report was studied 72 cases studies related to the use of Pericarpium Citri Reticulatae Virdie mainly blended prescriptions from Dongeuibogam. The following conclusion were reached through investigations on the prescriptions that use Pericarpium Citri Reticulatae Virdie as a key ingredient. Prescriptions that Pericarpium Citri Reticulatae Virdie was taken as a monarch drug are utilized for 25 therapeutic purposes, for example, abdominal mass, children disease, malaria and abdominal dropsy. In particular, 13.9% of prescriptions appear in the chapter of abdominal mass, and 12.5% of those appear in the chapter of children. Prescriptions that utilize Pericarpium Citri Reticulatae Virdie as the main ingredient are used in the treatment of abdominal mass, abdominal dropsy, scrotal hernia and malaria. Pericarpium Citri Reticulatae Virdie is used in pathogenic factors such as cold and used in pathology related to the spleen system. The dosage of Pericarpium Citri Reticulatae Virdie is 1bun(about 0.375 gram) to 4jeon(about 15 gram), however 5bun(about 1.875 gram) to 8bun(about 3 gram) has been taken the most for clinical application. Yukmisamleunghwan and Hyungbongjeonwon are the most useful base prescriptions which use the Pericarpium Citri Reticulatae Virdie as the main ingredient.

        Selenium 공급방법이 수경재배 토마토의 생장과 Se 흡수에 미치는 영향

        토마토 ‘모모타로’를 공시하여 셀레늄 10㎎ㆍL?¹의 관주 및 엽면시비 등의 단용 및 혼용처리가 수경재배 토마토의 생육 및 과실 내 셀레늄 축적 함량에 미치는 영향을 구명하였다. 토마토 종자를 50공 트레이에 파종하여 70일 동안 육묘한 후 유묘를 코코피트 슬라이브를 이용한 수경재배 시스템에 정식하였다. 양액은 일본원예시험장 배양액 표준처방으로 조성하였으며, pH 5.8~6.2와 EC 2.3 ㎎ㆍL?¹ 등으로 조절하여 공급하였다. 셀레늄은 무기태 SeO₂와 sugar fatty acid ester에 킬레이트화 한 유기태 셀레늄을 10 ㎎ㆍL?¹으로 조성하여 관주, 엽면시비, 관주와 엽면시비를 병행하여 처리하였다. 초장, 엽수, 엽면적 및 엽록소 등의 토마토 생장반응은 셀레늄의 엽면시비, 그리고 엽면시비와 관주를 병행한 처리구에서 현저히 증가하였다. 과실 내 셀레늄 축적 함량은 킬레이트화 한 유기태 셀레늄을 엽면시비와 관주를 병행하여 처리한 경우에 0.302 ㎎ㆍL?¹으로 가장 높았다. 무기태와 유기태 셀레늄의 엽면시비와 관주 등의 단용 처리 보다는 혼용 처리가 전반적인 과실 생장과 체내 셀레늄 축적에 효과적이었다. 무기태 설레늄(SeO₂) 보다는 sugar fatty acid ester에 킬레이트화한 유기태 셀레늄 처리가 셀레늄을 함유한 기능성 토마토의 수경재배에 더 효과적이었다. This study was conducted to clarify the effects of supplying methods of selenium on the growth and Se uptake of hydroponically grown tomato plants. Tomato seeds (Lycopersicum esculentum Mill. cv. Momotaro T-93, Daki Seed Co.) were sown in plug tray with fifty holes, and raised for sixty days. Tomato seedlings transplanted to coco fiber slabs were supplied with the nutrient solutions adjusted to EC 2.3 dSㆍm?¹ and pH 5.8~6.2 recommended by the Japanese Horticultural Experiment Station. Selenium forms used were inorganic SeO₂ (here in after referred to Se) and organic selenium chelated with sugar fatty acid ester (here in after referred to chelated-Se). 10 ppm selenium solutions were treated to tomato plants with foliar applications, drenching, and foliar application plus drenching. Growth characteristics in terms of plant height, number of leaves, leaf area and chlorophyll content were significantly increased in the plot of foliar application of Se, and in the plot of foliar application plus drenching of chelated-Se than other plots, respectively. Transported contents of selenium into the tomato fruits were highest as 0.302 ppm in the plot of foliar application plus drenching of chelated-Se. Also, it had tended to be higher in the plot of foliar application plus drenching than in the plots of foliar application or drenching in both of Se and chelated-Se. Foliar application and drenching of organic chelated-Se were effective to produce the functional tomato fruits.

        광고시민운동 사례에 대한 비교 연구

        <동아일보>의 백지 광고 사태와 언론 소비자주권 국민캠페인(언소주) 불매운동이 광고시민운동 차원에서의 어떠한 차이가 있는지를 분석한 결과 <동아일보> 백지 광고 사태는 정치권력이 특정 언론사의 광고를 통제하여 언론의 자유를 억압하는 행위에 대해 집단 지성의 표현으로 개별소비자들이 자발적인으로 광고를 게재하여 문제 해결을 하고자 하는 광고시민운동이라고 할 수 있다. 이에 반하여 언소주 불매운동은 특정 언론사의 왜곡된 보도에 대해 진보 성향의 언소주가 유사 시민단체와 연대를 통해 네트워크를 구성하여 특정 신문에 대해 1차 구독중지 운동에서 출발하여, 이들 언론사에 광고하는 광고주의 제품에 대한 2차적 불매운동을 전개하는 새로운 방식의 광고시민운동이라고 할 수 있다. 이러한 광고시민운동은 공공재인 언론 제품에 대한 광고주의 공공적, 윤리적 소비를 강조하는 측면까지 접근하게 되었다. This study analyzes the difference between the blank space situation instead of advertisements of Dong-A Ilbo and the press consumer sovereignty national campaign on the part of the advertising citizenship movement. The blank space situation is that the political power controls the press and an expression of collective intelligence about suppressing freedom of press. And it is a kind of advertising civil movement for consumers to solve the problems as putting the advertising in the Dong-A Ilbo. On the other hand, the press consumer sovereignty national campaign is a movement to suspend subscriptions to distorted reports by the specific press company. Then it has spread to a boycott of corporate products that advertise to the press company. This is a new form of the advertising civic movement. The advertising civic movement has even approached advertisers with an emphasis on public and ethical consumption.

        메카넘휠을 적용한 구형바퀴로봇(볼-봇)의 주행제어

        In this paper, the travel control of the spherical wheeled robot with a mecanum wheel is impelemented. Four typical wheels or three omni wheels are used to consist of the ball-bot. the slip is occured when the typical wheels is used to the ball-bot. In order to reduce these slip, the spherical wheeled robot with macanum wheels is proposed. Through some experiments, we find that the proposed spherical wheeled robot with a mecanum wheel is superior to the conventional spherical wheeled robot with typical wheels.

        체인호텔의 시장지향성, 조직학습, 경쟁우위, 시장 감지능력 및 반응능력, 경영성과의 영향관계

        This study analyzed effects that market orientation of chain hotels influences to business performance through mediating variables of organizational learning, competitive advantage, and market sensing & responding capabilities. Fifteen research hypothesis based on the literature review were suggested, and 226 questionnaires were surveyed from the six deluxe chain hotels in Seoul. The empirical analysis was carried through the covariance structure modeling with LISREL(8.52), and three important facts were deduced as a result. First, chain hotel is required organization and task systematization related market orientation to dimension of total marketing in the future. Second, market orientation of chain hotel have to more emphasized for differentiation maintenance now and other differentiation in the future. Third, organizational learning of chain hotel plays very important role in the market-oriented management system, and it leads to competitive advantage and market sensing & responding capabilities, and it influence to elevation of business performance ultimately.

        여행사 브랜드자산이 경쟁전략과 경영성과에 미치는 영향

        This study analyzed effects that brand equity of travel agent influence to competitive strategy and business performance in the travel market. Four research hypothesis based on the literature review were suggested, and the empirical analysis was carried through the statistical method by SPSS(10.0), and three important facts were deduced as a result. First, the more brand equity of travel agent is valuable, the travel agent utilizes differentiation strategy among type of strategies. But though brand equity of travel agent is not valuable, the travel agent don`t utilize cost leadership strategy. Second, all composition factors in brand equity of travel agent that is formed as brand image, perceived quality, brand trust, brand loyalty influence to total business performance. Also They influence to consumer satisfaction, employee satisfaction, financial performance among total business performance. Third, only differentiation strategy by valuable brand equity of travel agent influences to business performance. But cost leadership strategy by not valuable brand equity of travel agent don`t influence to business performance. In conclusion, travel agent must to develop and manage about variables of composition factors in brand equity minutely, and to survey and analyze about influence relation among composition factors in brand equity continuously. As well as it is necessary to create brand loyalty through elevation of perceived quality about travel goods and service, and strengthening of brand trust about travel goods and company. For the more business performance, travel agent must to unfold market-oriented differentiation strategy.
