The purpose of this study is to explore the spatial weaknesses of the traditional hedonic approach, to propose an alternative hedonic approach to overcome the problems, and to analysis the price of real estate in Eastern Area of Busan metropolitan city which contains Buk-Gu, Dong-Gu, Jung-Gu, Seo-Gu, Saha-Gu, Sasang-Gu, and BusanJin-Gu. This approach is the multilevel modeling, in which spatial differences among individual properties are reflected on the basis of a hierarchical classification of the spatial subareas. It accommodates heteroscedasticity within the model and at the same time deals with the problem of spatial heterogeneity. In addition, it has capability to deal with spatial autocorrelation to some degree. The results show that even though real estates have same properties, their location prices are very different owing to spatial variation; 1) While Bujeon-Dong, Jungang-Dong, and Yangjung-Dong area have high location price, Gamcheon-Dong, Nambumin-Dong, and Chungmu-Dong area have relatively low location price in the study area. Especially, the location price of Bujeon-Dong area is highest and that of Nambumin-Dong area is lowest. 유기금속화학증착공정을 이용한 코발트 전구체 비교평가 연구

The comparison valuation of the two types of cobalt precursors was conducted in MOCVD (Metal Organic Chemical Vapor Deposition) process. The precursors that are Co(acac)3 (acac : acethylacetonate) and CoCp2 (Cp : cyclopentadieyl) precursor were used. Deposition experiment using two types of the precursors were conducted as a function of various substrates(Si, SiO2(500 ), TiN(1000 )) and process conditions(deposition temperatures and working pressures). Morphology of surface and cross section of cobalt films deposited were measured by the FESEM (Field Emission Scanning Electron Microscope). In this experiment, the changes of the deposition characteristics by considering the difference in ligand of the precursors were confir 유기금속화학증착공정을 통하여 두 종류의 코발트 전구체를 비교 평가하였다. 사용된 전구체는 Co(acac)3 (acac : acethylacetonate) 와 CoCp2 (Cp : cyclopentadieyl) 전구체이다. 두 종류의 전구체를 이용하여 다양한 기판과 공정조건별로 증착 실험을 실시하였다. 증착된 코발트 박막의 표면 및 단면 모폴로지는 전자현미경 (field emission scanning electron microscope) 을 이용하여 측정하였다. 본 실험을 통해 전구 체 리간드 차이에 따른 증착특성변화를 확인할 수 있었다.
