동영상 운동 분석 프로그램을 활용한 시범실험이 과학 분야에 대한 흥미에 미치는 영향
동영상 운동 분석 프로그램인 MOTION-KNUE를 활용한 시범실험이 과학 분야에 대한 학생들의 흥미에 어떤 영향을 미치는 지에 대해 알아보는 것이다. 연구를 위하여 울산광역시에 위치한 G고등학교 2학년 자연계열 학생들 160명을 대상으로 선정하였다. 160명 학생 중 40명은 통제집단, 120명은 실험집단으로 선정하였다. 이 중 실험집단의 역학을 배우지 않은 학생들에게 3주 동안 9차시를 동영상 운동 분석 프로그램을 이용한 시범 실험 수업을 진행하였다. 그리고 나머지 통제집단의 역학을 배우지 않은 학생들에게는 강의식 수업을 같은 시간 동안 진행하였다. 예비연구로는 동영상 운동 분석 프로그램으로 수업할 수 있는 역학 단원과 물리 Ⅰ 내용을 비교하여 수업할 내용을 선정하고, 수업 전과 후에 학생들에게 과학흥미도의 변화를 알아보기 위한 과학흥미도 검사지를 이용해 사전•사후 검사를 실시하여 검사결과를 분석하였다. 동영상 운동 분석 프로그램을 이용한 시범실험 수업은 실험 동영상을 통해 물체의 운동을 설명한 후 분석되는 자료를 통해 물체의 운동과 연관을 짓고, 물체의 운동에 대해 탐구 분석하고 보고서를 작성하는 과정으로 진행하였다. 연구결과로는 첫째, 동영상 운동 분석 프로그램을 활용한 시범실험 수업이 강의식 수업보다 학생들의 흥미에 효과적인 것으로 나타났다. 강의식 수업과 시범실험을 한 학생들의 흥미를 비교한 결과 유의미한 차이가 있는 것으로 나타났다. 둘째, 동영상을 활용한 시범실험 수업에서 수업에 참여한 학생들의 성별에 따라 유의미한 차이가 나타났으며 여학생들의 경우 흥미도에 더 큰 변화를 보였다. 셋째로 동영상을 활용한 시범실험 수업에서 선택과목 중 물리I을 선택한 학생의 과학 흥미도 분석에서 학생의 가치 인식면과 과학 인식면에서 유의미한 차이를 보였다. 이상의 결과로 고등학생들의 물리I 역학단원에서 동영상 운동 분석 프로그램을 활용한 시범실험 수업을 받은 학생들의 과학에 대한 흥미도가 증가하는 것을 볼 수 있었고, 이는 학교현장에서 학생들의 과학에 대한 흥미를 증가시키는 수업 형태의 한가지로 활용될 수 있을 것이다.

간이식 후 Tacrolimus 신독성을 최소화하기 위한 적정 농도에 관한 연구
Purpose: Calcineurin inhibitor (CNI)?induced nephrotoxicity is the main cause of renal dysfunction after liver transplantation (LT). The aims of this study were to investigate the temporal changes in kidney function after LT and to set the optimal tacrolimus level to minimize nephrotoxicity at various time points after LT. Methods: 37 patients who underwent LT at Ulsan University Hospital with preoperative estimated glomerular filtration rate (eGFR) ≥ 60 ml/min/1.73m2, immunosuppression including tacrolimus and follow-up of a minimum of 6 months were eligible. All these patients received tacrolimus, steroid and mycophenolate mofetil. 16 patients received induction therapy with Simulect. Steroid was withdrawn within 3 to 6 months after LT in all patients. Renal function was assessed with eGFR 2 weeks, 1, 3, 6 and 12 months after LT. Tacrolimus trough level was also measured at the same time and its mean level was calculated. To set the tacrolimus level minimizing nephrotoxicity, multivariate regression analysis was applied to identify mean tacrolimus level minimizing decrease in eGFR at those time periods. Age, sex, presence of diabetes or hypertension and use of Simulect were the covariates. Incidence of acute rejection and infection were compared between the tac-high and tac-low groups at 1 month using Fisher’s exact test. Results: The mean age was 51.6 years and 32 patients were male. Mean eGFR declined from 88.96 ± 27.11 ml/min/1.73m2 to 57 ml/min/1.73m2 by 3 months after LT. Renal function was kept stationary thereafter until 1 year after LT. On multivariate regression analysis, mean tacrolimus level minimizing decline in eGFR most significantly could be obtained. In 12 patients whose mean tacrolimus level was kept below 7.96 ng/ml, changes in eGFR (?eGFR) was only -0.29 ml/min/1.73m2, compared to -23.38 ml/min/1.73m2 in 25 patients whose level were kept above 7.96 ng/ml (p=0.0156). There was no significant difference in the incidence of acute rejection and infection between the two groups. Likewise, tacrolimus level minimizing decline in eGFR obtained through regression analysis were 8.17 ng/ml at 3 months, 7.74 ng/ml at 6 months, and 7.43 ng/ml at 1 year after LT (0.0385, 0.0195 and 0.0296, respectively). Conclusions: Kidney function declined until 3 months after LT but stationary thereafter until 1 year. Progression of renal dysfunction could be decelerated by optimizing tacrolimus level at various time points.

The purpose of this study is to find an efficient and interesting educational plan to improve speaking skills by utilizing role plays currently used in the educational field to achieve the goal of marriage migrant women beginner learners using Korean and living their daily lives. In this thesis, it can be largely divided into two research methods: theoretical review and practical analysis. The theoretical review aspect will mainly consist of literature research, and the practical analysis aspect will mainly consist of survey and textbook analysis research. In Chapter 3, a survey and analysis of Korean textbooks were conducted on beginner learners of marriage migrant women. The results of the survey were analyzed to find out the learner's learning needs. Most of all, learners were interested in effectively enhancing their speaking ability through easy and fun activities. (Refer to (7) in 3.1.3.) Also, we analyzed textbooks used in actual Korean language education to examine the aspects of role-playing activities. Through this, the problem was confirmed. (Refer to (9) in 3.2.3.) In Chapter 4, based on the theoretical background review and survey results of Chapters 2 and 3, and the analysis of textbooks, a Korean speaking education plan using practical role plays was prepared. The speaking class model of this paper was designed by clarifying the goals of Korean speaking education using role plays, examining and analyzing the theory of speaking class model using role plays of previous researchers. By setting the type and theme of role play activities according to the results of the textbook analysis and survey, a teaching plan was established to improve the speaking ability of marriage migrant women beginner learners using role play presented in (5)of 2.2.2. Using role play lessons can help beginner learners of marriage migrant women easily solve communication problems by using what they learn when they actually encounter such situations outside the classroom, and in particular, experiencing frequent situations in their daily lives through role plays can play a big role in adapting to Korean life.
