        In this paper, we describe the system that detects a person in images, The scope of the developed system uses a stationary camera and outputs the outline of the person operating under an indoor environment. Generally, the development of a person detecting system is a very hard work, because a person is deformable with occlusion. The traditional person detecting system is not efficient when person model is changed after model having been created. Unlike many systems for detecting people. Our system makes no use of static person model. We suggest the learning model method, which learns a person model in running time, by components. Our system is capable of simultaneously detecting multiple people and it has only an invariant basic model.

        성능/교전 효과도의 상호 분석이 가능한 전투 개체 기반의 모델링 방법론 - 제1부 : 개념 모델 설계

        This paper proposes a flexible and highly reusable modeling methodology for a next-generation combat entity which enables joint analysis of performance/engagement effectiveness. According to the scope of the proposed work, the paper is divided into two parts; Part 1 focuses on a conceptual model design, whereas Part 2 proposes detailed model specification and implementation. In Part 1, we, first, classify the combat entity model as combat logic and battlefield function sub-models for joint analysis. Based on the sub-models, we propose two dimensional model partition method, which creates six groups of a single combat entity model by two dimensions: three-activity and two-abstraction. This grouping enables us to reconfigure the combat entity model by sharing the same interface within the group, and the same interface becomes the fundamental basis of the flexible model composition. Furthermore, the proposed method provides a model structure that effectively reflects the real world and maximizes the multi-level reusability of a combat entity model. As a case study, we construct a model design for anti-surface ship warfare. The case study proves enhancement of model reusability in the process of scenario expansion from pattern running to wire guided torpedo operations.

        저비용항공사 브랜드 경험이 고객만족에 미치는 영향 연구

        This study aims to analyze the effect of the brand experience of low cost carriers on customer satisfaction. Based on the four sub-factors of Brakus et al. (2009), the brand experience was composed of sensory, affective, cognition, and behavior, and was intended to be treated as an overall experience. This study was selected for low cost carrier users in Korea with boarding experience within the last year. A survey was conducted for about two weeks from November 29 to December 11, 2021. A total of 195 copies of the questionnaire were distributed, and a total sample size 186 were used for the final analysis, excluding 9 copies of insincere and partial non-response. Convenience sampling by data collection was used for analysis using the SPSS 25.0 statistics program. Frequency analysis, reliability and validity analysis, exploratory factor analysis, and multiple regression analysis were performed. Only sensory, affective, and behavioral factors were partially adopted for the effect of passenger experience using low cost carriers on customer satisfaction. As a result of this study, low cost carriers provided practical implications for the need for factors that can induce customer interest and curiosity. In addition, academic implications were presented in that it conducted a study on the brand experience of low cost carriers.

        MATLAB/Simulink를 이용한 DEVS 모델의 시뮬레이션 환경 구축

        DEVS 형식론은 이산 사건 시스템을 계층적이고 모듈러하게 표현할 수 있다. MATLAB/Simulink는 연속 시스템과 이산 시간 시스템을 모델링하고 시뮬레이션을 수행하는 데 널리 쓰인다. 본 논문은 MATLAB/Simulink 환경에서 DEVS 형식론을 구현하는 방법론을 제안한다. 본 논문에서 제안하는 방법론을 이용하여MATLAB/Simulink에서 제공하는 다양한 공학 방정식과 알고리즘을 사용할 수 있다. 또한 동일한 시뮬레이션 환경에서 연속 시스템과 이산 사건 시스템이 혼합된 하이브리드 시스템에 대한 시뮬레이션을 수행할 수 있다. 이를 위해 본 논문은 Simulink-DEVS 모델과 이 모델을 시뮬레이션을 수행하는 데 필요한 시간 진행 알고리즘을 제안한다. 특히 시간 진행 알고리즘은 시스템의 유형에 상관없이 적절한 시간 진행을 수행한다. 두 가지 실험 결과를 통해 본 논문에서 제안하는 방법론의 효용성을 입증한다. The DEVS (Discrete Event Systems Specification) formalism supports specification of discrete event models in a hierarchical modular manner. MATLAB/Simulink is widely used for modeling, simulating and analyzing continuous and discrete time systems. This paper proposes a realization of the DEVS formalism in MATLAB/ Simulink. The proposed design enables to use a great amount of mathematical packages and functions included in MATLAB /Simulink. The design is also employed as real time simulation and hybrid system simulation which is a mixture of continuous systems and discrete event systems. The paper introduces Simulink-DEVS model, in which a simulation algorithm is embedded. The model consists of a Simulink-atomic model and a Simulink-coupled model. In addition, the time advance algorithm to simulate the model is suggested. The algorithm handles the time synchronization and the accommodation of different concepts specific to continuous and discrete event models. Two experimental results are presented for a pure discrete event model and a hybrid model.

        행정안전부의 감염병 재난 업무연속성을 위한 코로나19 대응정책의 주요 기능 분석

        본 연구의 목적은 대규모 감염병 재난이 발생할 경우를 대비해 코로나19에 대한 행정안전부의 대응정책을 분석하여 업무 연속성을 구축하기 위한 가이드라인을 제공하는 것이다. 이를 위해 국내 첫 확진자가발생한 ’20년 1월~’22년 12월까지의 정부 지원사항에 대한 시계열 자료를 수집하고 주요 대응정책의기능을 분석하였다. ① 코로나19 확진자와 국내 상황변화를 변곡점으로 구분(초기/중후반기)하고 대응정책을 분류하였고, ② 세계보건기구에서 발표한 전략적대비대응계획(SPRP)을 적용하여 국내 주요기능을재분류하였다. 분석결과, 국내 감염병 대응정책은 재난관리대책본부, 격리자관리, 지자체지원 및 시민생활안전, 백신접종지원으로 분류되었다. 이에 따른 세부 주요기능은 재난관리(A), 격리자관리(B,C/B,C,D,I), 지자체지원/시민생활안전(F,H/C,F,H), 백신접종지원(I,J)로 도출되었다. 본 연구를 통해 향후 감염병에 대한 행정안전부의 가이드라인 수립 및 신종감염병 중장기계획의 세부과제 정립에 기여하고자 한다. The purpose of this study is to provide the guidelines on securing the Continuity of Operation in case of large-scale epidemics, by analyzing measures on disaster responses. At first, we divided whole period into three phases, which are the early, the middle and the end of phase, through finding the turning points on the COVID-19’s spreads, and classified their major response measures. And then, we reclassified the essential roles and the responsibilities in Korea disaster management system, with comparing the SPRP. As results, the essential measures on epidemic responses of Korea disaster management system, were classified into the operation of disaster management headquaters, the management of the isolated, the supports to local governments and the publics for living stability subsidy and the vaccinations. The major roles were classified as follows; the disaster managements(A), the management of the isolated(B,C/B,C,D,I), the supports to the local governments and the publics(F,H/C,F,H), and the Vaccinations(I,J). The result of this study could be expected to be used for establishing the guidelines of MOIS.

        Preaching on the Eighth-Century Prophets: Preaching Eschatological Hope in the Prophetic Tradition and Ramnant Theology

        This research explores the homiletic characteristics of the eighth-century Old Testament prophets who criticized Jewish religious leaders that deceived the Israelites with the false hope. The prophetic voice, often avoided by preachers because of its severity, needs to be heard by the Church today. The significance of preaching on the prophets is highlighted in that the book is the earliest written prophetic text that initiates the prophetic tradition. Furthermore, the prophetic texts serve as a bridge between the Old and New Covenant that is renewd in Christ. The purpose of this study is to propose a homiletic guideline on the eighth-century prophets toward the 21st-century audeience in the light of the prophetic sequence. The Day of Yahweh was proclaimed by the prophets; however, that day was neither the Israelites expected nor what they desired. The day was to be a day of darkness and destruction. The prophets stood squarely in the tradition of Moses and pronounced Istaelite’s sin and warned God’s judgment. While they lamented nation’s demise, they looked forward to the final restoration. This research proposes homiletic methodologies preaching on the eighth-century prophets. The prophetic preachers should; 1) focus on evil beneath the surface of social problems; 2) seek reconciliation in transforming character; 3) preach eschatological “NO” and “YES”; 4) nurture the 21st century remnant to strive for hope. Then the sermonic model that contains homiletic suggestions will be offered.

        과거 재난사례분석을 통한 재난 의사결정 체크리스트 구성에 관한 연구

        연구목적: 본 연구는 재난유형별 체크리스트 작성을 통해 해당재난에 대한 적합한 대응체계 수립과 정 확하고 신속한 의사결정을 위한 방안을 제시하고자 한다. 연구방법: 체크리스트 요인 도출을 위하여 태 풍재난을 대상으로 과거 사례분석(태풍 루사(2002), 태풍 매미(2003), 태풍 차바(2016))을 진행하였다. 일반적인 현황(기후・기상)정보와 사례별 특징 등을 분석하여 체크리스트 요인 도출을 위한 그룹핑 (grouping)을 진행하였다. 연구결과: 사례조사를 통해 크게 국가단위(National level)와 지자체 단위 (county level)로 분류하였다. 국가단위의 항목으로는 기상예보, 태풍상륙여부, 태풍강도, 태풍반경, 중 심기압, 호우동반 여부, 이동속도, 이동경로 총 8개를 도출하였고, 지자체 단위에서는 지역특성을 반영 해야 항목들을 중심으로 과거 유사 태풍 유무(경로 등), 태풍상륙시점, 지역특성, 인구밀집 시기, 선행재 난 복구 여부, 최근 재난발생 이력, 2차 피해, 예・경보 시스템으로 총 8개 항목을 도출하였다. 결론: 재난 발생 시 본 연구에서 제안한 체크리스트를 활용・적용한다면 보다 신속한 의사결정이 이루어 질 것으로 판단된다. 또한, 재난발생시 재난실 무자들의 대응계획 수립에 기초자료로 활용될 수 있을 것이며 지역특성을 반영했기 때문에 좀 더 명확하고 신속한 재난 대비・대응이 될 수 있을 것으로 사료된다. Purpose: The purpose of this study is to create a checklist for each type of disaster and to suggest a method for establishing an appropriate response system and making accurate and rapid decisionmaking. Method: In order to derive checklist factors, previous case analyses (Tropical Storm Rusa (2002), Typhoon Maemi (2003), and Typhoon Chaba (2016) were conducted for typhoon disaster. Grouping was conducted to derive checklist factors by analyzing general status (climate and weather) information and characteristics by case. Result: The case study was divided into national level and county level. In terms of national unit, eight forecasts were included: weather forecast, typhoon landing status, typhoon intensity, typhoon radius, central pressure, heavy rain conditions, movement speed, and route. Local governments should reflect regional characteristics, focusing on the presence or absence of similar typhoons (paths) in the past, typhoon landing time, regional characteristics, population density, prior disaster recovery, recent disaster occurrence history, secondary damage, forecast warning system. A total of eight items were derived. Conclusion: In the event of a disaster, decision making will be faster if the checklist proposed in this study is used and applied. In addition, it can be used as the basic data for disaster planners' response plans in case of disasters, and it is expected to be a more clear and quick disaster preparedness and response because it reflects local characteristics.
