        지체장애인의 신체활동 참여 효과에 대한 메타분석

        본 연구는 신체활동 참여가 지체장애인에게 미치는 효과를 종합적으로 분석하여 전체 효과크기와 조절변수를 알아보는데 목적이 있다. 이를 위해 2000년부터 2020년 현재까지 학위논문 및 국내학술지에 등재된 총 25편의 논문을 선정하여 158개의 개별 효과크기를 산출하였고, 이에 따른 메타분석 연구결과는 다음과 같다. 첫째, 무선효과모형으로 분석한 전체 효과크기는 1.16으로 높은 효과크기를 나타내 신체활동 참여는 지체장애인의 신체적․인지적․정의적 영역에 긍정적 영향을 주는 것을 알 수 있었다. 둘째, 신체활동이 범주에 따라 미치는 효과크기는 인지적, 정의적, 심동적 영역 순으로 나타났다. 하지만 인지적 영역은 사례수가 2개로 해석에 주의해야 한다. 셋째, 지체장애인의 신체활동 참여의 전체 효과크기의 이질성은 I2 = 65.7%로 중간 정도의 이질성을 나타냈다. 이에 참여시간, 실험기간, 참여인원, 종목을 조절변 수로 선정하여 살펴본 결과 모든 변수에서 이질한 것으로 나타났다. 이 연구의 결과를 종합하면 신체활동 참여는 지체장애 인에게 큰 효과의 긍정적 영향을 주고, 10명 이하의 지체장애인을 대상으로 12주간 60분 미만의 골형 구기 종목을 인지적 영역의 발달을 위해 적용한다면 가장 큰 효과를 나타낼 것이라고 해석할 수 있다. The purpose of this study is to comprehensively analyze the effects of physical activity participation on people with physical disabled and to identify the moderator variables that affect the total effect size. To this end, 158 effect sizes were calculated from a total of 25 studies consisting of thesis and national journal articles published in recent(2000∼2020), and the results of the study were as follows. First, the total effect size analyzed by the random effect model showed a high effect size of 1.16, indicating that participation in physical activities positively affects the physical, cognitive, and affective areas of the people with physical disabled. Second, the size of the effects of physical activities according to the categories was in the order of cognitive domain, affective domain, and psychomotor domain. However, the number of cases in the cognitive domain is two, pay attention on the interpretation. Third, the heterogenity of physical activity for people with physical disabilities is I2 = 65.7, indicating middle degree heterogeneity. Thus, it was found that the participation time, the duration of the experiment, the number of participants, and the events were selected as modulating variable, and the results were heterogenous in all variables. Combining the results of this study, it can be interpreted that participation in physical activities will have a positive effect on people with physical disabilities and will have the greatest effect if a ball game with less than 60 minutes per 12 weeks are applied for the development of cognitive domain for those with physical disabilities.

        시각장애인의 건강체력 향상을 위한 운동 프로그램 분석

        The purpose of this study was to provide basic data which related with exercise program for people with visual impairment and analyze the health-related physical fitness factors by each ones. To achieve the goal, paper research was conducted at KERIS and EBSCOhost. Total 17 papers were selected which was related to both Physical Activity for people with visually impaired and exercise program. Two researches were related with exercise with muscle strength and muscle endurance. Multi-exercises and horseback riding was involved in this program. For cardiovascular endurance exercise program, five researches were selected. Most of exercise which was involved is aerobic exercise. For flexibility, total four researches were selected. Muti-mixed exercise and balance exercise and gymnastic exercise were involved in this field. For body composition, total eight researches were selected. This field has various kinds of exercise program such as multi-mixed exercise, aerobic exercise, indoor rowing, goal ball exercise and jump rope exercise. In conclusion, well designed exercise program which considered the traits of people with visual impairment should be needed and it also be advertised well for them.

        뇌성마비장애인의 건강체력 향상을 위한 운동 프로그램 분석

        The purpose of this study was to provide basic data which related with exercise program for people with cerebral palsy and analyze the health-related physical fitness factors by each ones. To achieve the purpose of study, paper study was conducted at KISS and EBSCOhost. Total 38 studies were selected which was related to both physical activity for people with cerebral palsy and exercise program. Twenty studies were related with exercise with muscle strength and muscle endurance. Treadmill and Aquatic training were involved in this program. For cardiovascular endurance exercise program, six studies were selected. Most of exercise which was involved is arm ergometer. For flexibility, total five studies were selected. Passive Range of Motion(PROM) Program and Aquatic exercise were involved in this field. For body composition, total six studies were selected. This field has various kinds of exercise program such as aquatic exercise, aerobic exercise, treadmill program. In conclusion, well designed exercise program which considered the traits of people with cerebral palsy should be needed and it also be advertised well for them.

        Nintendo Wii 복싱게임이 지적장애 학생의 건강체력에 미치는 영향

        본 연구의 목적은 Nintendo Wii 복싱 게임을 지적장애 학생들에게 적용하여, 그들의 건강 체력을 향상시키는 것이다. 상기 목적 달성을 위해 W학교의 18명을 선정하였고, 무작위로 9명의 실험집단과 9명의 통제집단으로 나누었다. 통제집단에는 중재가 들어가지 않았으며, 실험집단에는 8주간 주 3회, 회당 60분간 Nintendo Wii 복싱 프로그램을 실시하였다. 지적장애학생의 건강체력측정을 위해 PAPS-D가 사용되었고, 집단간의 차이를 검증하기 위해 독립표본 t-test가, 집단간 사전사후 차이를 검증하기 위해 독립표본 t-test가 실시되었으며 통계적 유의수준은 p<.05로 설정하였다. 연구결과, 8주간 Nintendo Wii 복싱게임 프로그램은 지적장애 학생의 건강체력요소 중 심폐지구력, 근력, 순발력, 유연성, 신체조성영역의 능력을 향상시킨다는 것으로 보고되었다. Nintendo Wii 게임을 효과적으로 체육현장에 적용하기 위해서는 더욱 다양하고 세부적인 프로그램이 필요하며, 지적장애 학생에게 체육수업을 진행하고 있는 특수체육교사들에게 체감형 스포츠게임에 대한 적극적인 홍보가 필요할 것이다. The purpose of this study is to improve students’ health related physical fitness level and investigate the effects of an Boxing program using Nintendo Wii program. To achieve this goal, eighteen students were selected in this experiment and randomly divided into experiment group (EG, N=9) and control group (CG, N=9). Experiment group performed 8-week Nintendo Wii boxing game program, which is composed of 40 mintutes/day, 3 days/ week. Control group did not participated in any other exercises. To measure the students’ health-related physical fitness level, PAPS-D was used. Paired t-test and independent t-test were conducted to compare the differences between two groups. Statistical significance level was set at p<.05. The results are as followed. There was statistical significant improving in physical fitness level including muscle strength, cardiovascular endurance, agility, body composition, and flexibility. Additionally, the effects of Nintendo Wii game should advertise for Adapted P.E teachers. Also, specific program will be needed to effective apply at the physical activityfields.

        2020년 도쿄패럴림픽 대비 장애인 국가대표 선수들의 경기력 향상을 위한 체력지원 방안

        본 연구의 목적은 장애인 국가대표 선수들이 최고의 경기력을 발휘할 수 있도록 체력지원 방안에 대한 자료를 제공하는 것이며, 이를 토대로 2020년 도쿄패럴림픽에서 우리나라가 Top 10에 진입하는 것이다. 이러한 목적을 달성 하기 위하여 K기관에서 장애인 국가대표 선수들의 체력을 지원하는 전문가 4명과 국내에서 특수체육을 전공하고 국외 에서 스포츠의학을 전공하고 있는 전문가 1명을 대상으로 연구를 실시하였다. 자료수집 및 분석은 연구 참여자들과 심 층면담을 통하여 자료를 수집하였으며, 반구조화된 면접법(semistructured interview)와 비구조화된 면접법 (unstructured interview)을 혼합하여 심층면담을 실시하였다. 수집된 자료는 녹음한 내용을 전사(transcription)하 였으며, 자료의 분석은 질적 연구 방법 중 하나인 귀납적 범주분석을 사용하여 영역별로 자료를 분류하였다. 분석 내용 과 과정에 대한 진실성과 타당성을 확보하기 위하여 삼각검증법(triangulation)을 활용하여 최종 결론을 도출하였다. 수집된 자료의 심층면담 분석 결과 최종적으로 4개의 핵심 주제어가 도출되었다. 2020년 도쿄패럴림픽 대비 장애인 국 가대표 선수들의 경기력 향상을 위한체력지원 방안의 핵심주제어는 첫째, 장애인 스포츠 종목 의 이해, 둘째, 선수 장애 유형 및 특성의 이해, 셋째, 기초체력 및 전문체력 측정, 넷째, 선수 맞춤형 개별화 훈련 프로그램 지원으로 나타났다. The purpose of this study is to provide a basic data on physical fitness support for the Korea national athletes with disabilities to achieve their best performance. Based on this, Korea will enter the Top 10 in the Tokyo Paralympics in 2020. To accomplish this purpose, we conducted in-depth interview on four specialists who support the physical strength for the national players with disabilities in the K institution, and one specialist who studied sports medicine in united states and majored adapted physical activity in Korea. Data collection and analysis were conducted through in-depth interviews with the participants, and in-depth interviews were conducted by combining semi-structured interviews with unstructured interviews. The collected data were transcribed and the data were classified by using inductive category analysis which is one of qualitative research methods. The final conclusions were drawn using triangulation analysis to ensure the authenticity and validity. As a result of the in-depth interviews of the collected data, four key words were finally derived The main key words of the plan for physical fitness support for performance improvement of the Korean national athletes with disabilities in the Tokyo Paralympics 2020 are as followed. First, understanding the disability sports, second, understanding the type and characteristics of the athlete 's disability, third, measuring basic physical fitness and professional physical fitness, and fourth, supporting the personalized and individualized training program for each athlete.

        드롭 랜딩 시 팔의 위치에 따른 발레 무용수들의 하지분절 충격흡수 전략 차이

        Purpose: The purpose of this study is to investigate the difference through analysis of kinematic and kinetics variables to determine how ballet dancers absorb the impact on the human body during drop landing to minimize injury. Method: Twelve female ballerinas in their twenties (age: 21.83±1.85 years, height: 161.82±4.86cm, weight: 51.47±6.55kg, experience: 9.67±2.77 years old) who were familiar with jumping and landing movements were studied. To analyze the motion of the lower extremity for the drop landing motion, a 3D motion analysis was performed using 18 infrared cameras (Qualaisys7+, SWE), and the ground reaction force was obtained using a ground reaction force measuring device (Kistler 9287BA). Results: The results of this study are as follows. 1) There was a statistically significant difference in the maximum and minimum angles of the hip joint during single-leg drop landing according to the position of the arm (p<.05). 2) There was a statistically significant difference in the range of motion of the hip joint during single-leg drop landing according to the position of the arm (p<.05). 3) There was a statistically significant difference in ankle angular velocity during single-leg drop landing according to the position of the arm (p<.05). 4) There was no statistically significant difference in the amount of change in the moment of the lower extremity joint during single-leg drop landing according to the position of the arm (p>.05). 5) There was no statistically significant difference in the maximum ground reaction force value during single-leg drop landing according to the position of the arm (p>.05). Conclusion: Therefore, as a result of this study, there was no difference in both feet during one drop landing depending on the position of the arm, and it seems that the ballet dancer makes a stable landing by increasing the flexion movement of the hip joint.

        시각장애 청소년 지도자의 피지컬 리터러시 의미 탐색

        이 연구의 목적은 시각장애 청소년 지도자들의 피지컬 리터러시에 대한 인식과 의미를 탐구하고 기초자료을 제시하는데 있다. 2023년 11월부터 12월까지 진행된 이 연구에서는 목적표집을 통해 선정된 7명의 경험 많은 지도자들을 대상으로 반구조화된 질문지를 기반으로 한 심층 면담을 실시하였다. 이를 통해 수집된 자료는 전사와 반복 읽기를 통해 분석되었으며, 연구 결과의 타당성과 신뢰성은 삼각 검증법을 사용하여 확인하였다. 연구 결과는 지도자들이 인지하는 체육수업의 어려움, 신체적 제약, 동기유발 방법, 학생들의 이해도 등 다양한 측면을 포함하였다. 특히, 피지컬 리터러시의 역량은 신체적, 심리적, 인지적, 사회적 영역에서의 제약과 한계를 드러내며, 이는 개인마다 다르게 나타났다. 이 연구는 시각장애 청소년의 피지컬 리터러시를 강화하기 위해 환경적, 인적 지원 및 행정적 지원체계의 개선, 그리고 체육수업 환경의 변화가 필요함을 시사한다. 결론적으로, 이 연구는 시각장애 청소년의 체육수업과 피지컬 리터러시 발전을 위한 중요한 기초 자료를 제공한다. The purpose of this study is to explore the perception and significance of physical literacy among leaders of visually impaired adolescents and to present basic data. Conducted from November to December 2023, the study involved in-depth interviews based on semi-structured questionnaires with seven experienced leaders selected through purposive sampling. The collected data was analyzed through transcription and repeated readings, and the validity and reliability of the research results were verified using triangulation. The findings reveal various aspects, including the leaders' recognition of the difficulties in physical education classes, physical constraints, motivational methods, and students' level of understanding. Notably, the competencies of physical literacy manifested constraints and limitations in physical, psychological, cognitive, and social domains, varying individually. This study suggests that enhancing the physical literacy of visually impaired adolescents requires improvements in environmental and personal support, administrative support systems, and changes in the physical education environment. In conclusion, this research provides essential foundational data for the advancement of physical education and physical literacy for visually impaired adolescents.

        국내 재활승마 지도자의 자질 및 활성화 방안에 대한 연구

        The purpose of this study is that is currently analyzing the qualities of hippotherpy leaders, identifying problems and looking for ways to activate for fostering a more deeper expertise of hippotherpy leaders. Furthermore, providing the appropriate basis for criteria of National Certification is the purpose. Method of study is that semistructured and unstructured interview carried out by mixing one-to-one meetings. By on-site visits, participant observation was conducted. Conclusions are as follows: First, the most important qualities of hippotherpy leader were understanding to saying, disability, physical education and attention. Second, hippotherpy infrastructure shortage and communication problem were showed up as difficulty of hippotherpy coaching. Third, hippotherpy leader`s problem was the qualities of hippotherpy leader. Fourth, activating way to domestic hippotherpy leader was government support.

        장애 청소년을 위한 피지컬 리터러시의 개념 탐색

        The purpose of this study was to explore and present the concept of physical literacy for adolescents with disabilities. Based on the existing concept of physical literacy(Whitehead, 2001), efforts were made to expand it to a concept more suitable for adolescents with disabilities and to derive a more universal and specific level. To this end, content analysis was conducted on the data from literature reviews and in-depth interviews with professionals. The results are as follows. Physical literacy of adolescents with disabilities is the physical, psychological, cognitive, and social competencies/elements necessary for adolescents with disabilities to participate in physical activities throughout their lives. Further it means the overall competency that appears through interaction with the contextual elements of individuals with disabilities. Physical competence includes very basic movements to sophisticated and specialized sport skills, and psychological competence includes confidence, motivation, and self-efficacy that can affect physical activity participation. Cognitive competency includes knowledge, understanding, value recognition, and responsibility for physical activity, and social skills and ethical awareness required for participation in physical activity were derived from social competency. The contextual factor has two sub-elements (personal and environmental factor) in which the physical literacy of adolescents with disabilities can be the result of interaction with these factors. 본 연구는 장애 청소년을 위한 피지컬 리터러시의 개념을 탐색하여 제시하는데 목적이 있다. 기존 피지컬 리터러시의 개념(Whitehead, 2001)을 장애 청소년에게 보다 적합하게 수정하고 구체적이며 유니버셜한 개념으로 도출될 수 있도록 노력하였다. 이를 위해 문헌 검토와 전문가 심층 면접 등을 거쳐 내용 분석을 진행하였으며, 분석 결과는 다음과 같다. 장애 청소년의 피지컬 리터러시는 장애 청소년이 평생에 걸쳐 신체활동에 참여하는데 필요한 신체적, 심리적, 인지적, 사회적 역량/요소이며 이는 개인의 맥락적 요소와 상호작용하여 나타나는 총체적인 역량을 의미한다. 신체적 역량에는 아주 기초적인 움직임에서부터 세련되고 전문적인 운동 기술이 포함되며, 심리적 역량에는 신체활동 참여에 영향을 미칠 수 있는 자신감, 동기, 자기 효능감이 있다. 인지적 역량에는 신체활동에 대한 지식, 이해, 가치 인식, 책임감 등이 있으며, 사회적 역량에는 신체활동 참여를 위해서 필요한 사회성 기술과 윤리 의식 등이 도출되었다. 맥락적 요소는 두 가지 하위 요소(개인적 요소, 환경적 요소)를 가지며 장애 청소년의 피지컬 리터러시는 이러한 요소들과 상호작용의 결과라고 할 수 있다.
