        4라운드 골프가 대학골프선수의 체력 변인, 집중력과 동적균형능력에 미치는 영향

        [Purpose] The purpose of this study was to analyze the effect of the fourth round of golf in the summer on the fitness variables, attention, and posture control in collegiate golfers. [Method] The subjects who participated in this study consisted of 8 male golfers with 0 handicaps registered with the Korea Golf Association. The pre-test before the round was made up of fitness variables (weight, power, muscle strength, flexibility), attention and posture control, and the same test was 4 times after each round. [Result] As a result of the study, among the fitness variables, weight, power, and muscle strength decreased by the round, and flexibility was not difference but there was also a significant difference in attention. In addition, in the case of posture control, there was a significant decrease in the distance to reach the anterior, postero-lateral and postero-medial. [Conclusion] Continuous rounds in the summer have a negative effect on physical fitness, concentration, and posture control, so continuous physical training will be needed to control the best condition.

        근감소 및 염증 예방을 위한 운동과 인터루킨(IL-interleukin)의 역할

        The purpose of this study was myokine product and role with physical activity and literature review. There is accumulating epidemiological evidence that a physically active life plays an independent role in the protection against type 2 diabetes, cardiovascular disease, colon cancer, dementia and even depression. And myokine has been regarded an important factor of exercise training and brain growth factor for the prevention of Alzheimier's disease. During exercise the release of anti-inflammatory myokine from contracting muscle controled the metabolic response, and IL-4, IL-6, IL-7, IL-10, and IL-15 controled muscle hypertrophy, myogenesis and angiogenenesis. IL-6 promoted the lipid metabolism through AMPK activation. IL-1Ra, IL-10 and sTNF-R inhibited TNF-α as the pro-inflammatory cytokine. IL-15 increased the releasing volume from contracting muscle, and promoted the anabolic factor of muscle growth. IL-7 and IL-8 activated the angiogenesis through the more activation of C-X-C receptor signal transmission. 이 연구의 목적은 신체활동이 마이오카인 발현에 미치는 영향을 보고자 문헌고찰을 하였다. 신체적인 활동은 제2형 당뇨, 심혈관질환, 대장암, 치매 및 우울증과 같은 질환을 예방하는 역할을 하고 있다. 그리고 마이오카인(myokine)은 운동 훈련에 의해 분비되는 호르몬으로 뇌성장이나 알츠하이머 같은 질환 예방에 도움을 준다. 운동수행과정에서 수축하는 근육으로부터 분비되는 항염증 마이오카인의 생성과 대사 조절에 필요한 분비 활성화가 건강증진에 중요한 요인으로 보고 있다. 인체 골격근에서 분비되는 마이오카인 가운데 IL-4, IL-6, IL-7, IL-8, IL-15 등은 근육비대(hypertrophy)와 세포(myogenesis) 및 혈관생성 (angiogenesis) 등의 조절에 관여한다. IL-6는 AMPK 활성화로 인한 대사중 지방 산화를 촉진시키는 작용을 하고, IL-1Ra, IL-10 과 sTNF-R 는 염증성 싸이토카인 TNF-α의 분비를 억제한다. IL-15는 저항 운동시 근수축을 통한 발현량이 증가하어 근육 성장의 중요 합성요인으로 작용한다. 한편 IL-7 및 IL-8도 신호 전달 수용체 C-X-C를 통해 혈관신생을 촉진시킨다.

        시설 거주 남성노인의 체질량지수 수준에 따른 체구성, 심장 기능과 하지 등속성 근기능의 차이

        The purpose in this study was to identify the effect of BMI difference on body composition, cardiovascular, low extremity muscular functions in institutionalized elderly men over than 65 years. The sixty-two elderly women over 65 ages involved voluntary in this study. All of them were healthy status that have no problem with cardiorespiratory and muscular condition. They were separated normal(18.5-22.9kg/m2, n=25), overweight( 23-24.9 kg/m2, n=16), obesity group(over than 25kg/m2, n=21) by BMI. They measured body composition, cardiovascular, low extremity muscular function test. The data was analyzed by using descriptive statistics, one-way ANOVA, and Ducan post-hoc. The results are below; First, Obesity groups displayed increased Weight, Fat mass, %body fat, BMI factors compared to normal groups. Second, Obesity groups displayed increased rest heart rate, rest diastolic blood pressure compared to normal groups. as well as, Obesity groups displayed decreased peak systolic blood pressure compared to normal groups. Third, Obesity and overweight groups displayed decreased isokinetic strength of 60° and 180° compared to normal groups. In conclusion, The BMI differences observed among groups in their factors. The more BMI increases, the worse the obesity related fitness factors is in institutionalized elderly men.

        장기간의 운동이 시설거주 여성노인의 신체구성, 심혈관 건강 및 등속성 하지근력에 미치는 효과

        The purpose in this study was to examine the effect of 18 months exercise program has on body composition, cardiovascular health and isokinetic leg strength in older women living in residential aged care facilities. Nine healthy older women (> 65 yrs) without any overt clinical disease participated in the planed exercise program (2-3 d/wk, 60-70 min/d). Body composition, cardiovascular health, and isokinetic leg muscle strength were measured at pre-intervention, 6-month after intervention, 12-month after intervention, and 18-month after intervention with the same standard operating procedure. The data were analyzed by using descriptive statistics, one-way ANOVA with repeated measures, and Bonferroni post-hoc. In this study, the long-term exercise did not make any change in body weight and body mass index. However, body fat mass and percent body fat were significantly decreased and fat free mass was significantly increased. After the long-term exercise, resting heart rate and blood pressure did not change, but maximal heart rate was significantly increased. In terms of muscle strength, the long-term exercise significantly enhanced bilateral leg muscle strength at all offered isokinetic conditions (60°/sec, 180°/sec, and 240°/sec). To conclude, the long-term exercise intervention has a positive effect on body composition and leg muscle strength in older women living in residential aged care facilities.

        화재피해를 입은 콘크리트의 강도수준별 내화특성 피해 진단·평가에 관한 실험적 연구

        콘크리트는 고온에 의한 열화현상이 심각한 것으로 알려져 있으므로 화재피해 건축물에 대한 신속한 진단·평가가 요구된다. 특히, 열에 의한 중성화 깊이는 화재시 콘크리트 구조물의 수열상태를 유추할 수 있는 간단하지만 매우 중요한 인자로 평가되고 있으나 페놀프탈레인 용액에 의한 중성화 깊이 평가는 과소평가되어 정확한 수열온도의 추정이 요구된다. 본 연구에서는 화재피해를 입은 구조물의 열에 의한 중성화 깊이를 정량적으로 분석하고자 한다. 페놀프탈레인 용액에 의한 중성화 깊이 측정에 미량의 Ca(OH)₂일지라도 영향을 미쳐 더욱 정밀한 수열온도 추정이 요구된다. 섬유혼입공법 적용 고강도 콘크리트는 화재 후 PP섬유가 용융되어 생성된 공극으로 발생하는 내구성 피해에 대한 지속적인 연구 및 분석이 필요할 것으로 판단된다. Concrete is known to be seriously deteriorated by high temperature, so rapid diagnosis and evaluation of buildings damaged by fire are required. Especially, the depth of carbonation is considered to be a simple, but very important factor for predicting the hydrothermal state of concrete structures in case of fire. However, evaluation of carbonation depth by phenolphthalein solution is underestimated and accurate heated temperature estimation is required. In this study, we quantitatively analyze the depth of carbonation due to heat of structures damaged by fire. Even a trace amount of Ca(OH)₂ is influenced by the phenolphthalein solution to measure the depth of carbonation, and more accurate estimation of the heated temperature is required. It is necessary to continuously analyze the durability damage caused by the pores generated by melting the PP fiber after the fire.
