노인여성 신제활동 프로그램이 자기효능감과 사회적 지지에 미치는 영향

This study aims to examine changes of self-efficacy and social support in women aged 65 and older participating in 12-week physical activity. The subjects were 60 elderly women in D Welfare Center located in Gwangju Metropolitan City who had no physical activity. The experimental group(n=30) and the control group(n=30) were composed for study design. The study period was 12 weeks from March to May, 2014 and physical activity was applied for 60 minutes, twice per week. The questionnaire scale was a pre- and post questionnaire survey. SPSS 21.0 was applied for data analysis. Also, frequency analysis and t-test(for pre- and post difference within the group) was used. Finally, the following conclusion was drawn through the above methodology and procedure. First, there was a significant difference in general self-efficacy between groups. Second, there was a significant difference in exercise self-efficacy between groups. Third, there was a significant difference in social support between groups. In conclusion, the 12-week physical program showed positive changes in general self-efficacy, exercise self-efficacy, and social support in elderly women.
Emotion Development Therapy가 스트레스 완화에 미치는 영향

스트레스는 현대 사회의 가장 큰 관심 분야로서 만병의 원인이라고 여겨지고 있다. 이러한 스트레스는 뇌파에서도 특이한 영향을 미치는데 특히, 알파파의 감소가 일어난다는 점이다. 본 연구에서는 초등학교 교사의 스트레스에 관하여 E.D.T이 뇌파중 알파파에 긍정적 영향을 미치는지 알아보기 위함에 있다. 기법의 적용은, 주 2회 10분간 2주 동안 실시하여 다음과 같은 결론을 돌출하였다. E.D.T(Emotion Development Therapy)을 적용전과 적용후의 뇌파를 비교하면 절대 알파파 증가 변화에 유의한 효과가 있었고(P=0.040), 상대 알파파 증가 변화에도 유의한 효과가 있었다(P=0.014). 절대 베타파 감소 변화에 유의한 효과가 없었으며(P=0.979), 상대 베타파감소 변화에는 유의한 효과가 있었다(P=0.015). 절대 감마파 변화에 유의한 효과가 없었고(P=0.651), 상대 감마파 변화에도 유의한 효과가 없었다(P=0.258). E.D.T적용이 초등학교 교사의 뇌파에 안정을 의미하는 알파파의 증가와 베타파의 감소를 보였으며, 유의한 효과는 없었으나 감마파 감소에 일부 도움이 있는 것으로 사료된다. 위와 같은 결과를 통하여 E.D.T(Emotion Development Therapy)이 스트레스에 있어서 관련된 뇌파인 알파파에 개선에 유의한 효과가 있으므로 초등학교 교사의 스트레스 관리에 적극적 활용의 필요성을 제기한다. The stress of modern society as the biggest areas of interest are being considered to be the cause of all disease. These stresses affect the brain, particularly in the unusual, the reduction of alpha-wave is that it happens. In this study, elementary school teachers about the stress of alfa-wave E.D.T(Emotion Development Therapy) to evaluate whether the positive impact is on. Application of the 10 minutes 2 times a week carried out two weeks with the following conclusions were protruding. E.D.T applied to compare before and after application of the EEG changes in the absolute increase in alfa-wave had no significant effect. (P = 0.040). E.D.T applied before and after applying the comparison of the EEG had no significant effect on the relative increase in alpha-wave (P = 0.014). E.D.T applied to compare before and after application of the EEG changes in the absolute decrease in beta-waves were no statistically significant effect (P = 0.979). E.D.Tapplied to compare before and after application of the EEG changes in the relative decrease in beta-wave had a significant effect (P = 0.015). Through these results, EDT alternative medicine technique stress in alfa-wave because of the significant effects in improving elementary school teachers on stress management and emphasizes the necessity of actively used.
