Objects : The study was performed to examine the psychotrophic drugs used in psychiatric out-patients in which neutropenia developed and current state of consultation and to confirm the importance of complete blood count and differential count(CBC/DC). Subjects and Methods : The subjects were 60 patients of our university hospital in which neutropenia developed in out-patient department(OPD) of psychiatry during recent three years. The absolute neutrophil counts of patient were below 2,000/mm3 Results : The reasons why exam was performed were mainly to follow-up exam during medications. Mood stabilizers such as carbamazepine, phenytoin, sodium valproate were identified to cause neutropenia in the group using multiple drugs, and clozapine was highly related in the group using single drug. But many kinds of drugs were related with neutropenia. We have not checked well enough the CBC/DC and have not consulted well to hematologist in OPD of neuropsychiatry. Conclusions : It is important to find neutropenia in the psychiatric out-patients using psychotropic drugs. We had better check CBC/DC routinely and consult to hematologist.

Integration of satellites with diverse missions, such as broadcast-communication, earth, meteorologicaland marine observations, and navigation, is vulnerable. The problems of the currently constructed ground station network were analyzed by constructing the test environment. Based on this, we designed a network that was capable of operating multiple satellites by one ground station. In addition, we proposed an interface and network configuration method with domestic and foreign ground stations. The network linking the domestic and foreign ground stations was composed of KREONET (Korea Research Environment Open Network) and GLORIAD (Global Ring Network for Advanced Application Development) of the KISTI(Korea Institute of Science and Technology Information). The internal network consists of VPN (Virtual Private Network), DMZ(De-Militarized Zone), and 1-way USB and so forth. By constructing the network by using the proposed method, harmful data, such as virus inflow and infection, can be blocked. 방송·통신, 지구관측, 기상관측, 해양관측, 그리고 항행 등 서로 다른 임무를 가지고 있는 위성들을 통합 운영하는 것은 보안에 취약하다. 현재 구성된 지상국 네트워크의 문제점은 시험 환경을 구축하여 분석하였다. 이를 바탕으로 하나의 지상국에 의해서 여려 개의 위성을 운영할 수 있는 네트워크를 설계하였다. 또한, 국내외 지상국과의 인터페이스 및 네트워크 구성방안을 제안하였다. 국내외 지상국과 연동하는 네트워크는 국가과학기술연구망과 글로벌과학기술협업연구망으로 구성하였다. 내부 네트워크는 방화벽, 가상사설망, DMZ, 1-way USB 등으로 구성하였다. 제안된 방법으로 네트워크를 구축하면 바이러스 유입 및 감염 등 유해 데이터를 차단할 수 있다.

원격탐사 위성은 대부분 저궤도 지구관측 위성으로 태양 동기의 궤도를 유지하면서 위성에 탑재된 각종 카메라 및 측정센서를 이용하여 획득한 데이터를 지상으로 전송하며, 지상에서는 처리 후 결과물을 이용하여 자연자해 및 감시, 지질 및 환경 조사 등의 다양한 용도에 활용되고 있다. 특히 아리랑위성은 한반도 지역에서 발생할 수 있는 대규모의 자연 재해를 감시하고, 자원의 이용 실태를 파악할 수 있으며, 지리 정보 시스템에 활용 가능한 고해상도 지구 관측 영상을 제공하고 있다. 이러한 임무를 완수하기 위하여 GPS 신호를 이용한 위성과 지상관제장비의 시각동기를 수행하고 있다. 외부 요인으로 시각동기를 수행하지 못할 경우 저궤도위성의 상태데이터 모니터링과 데이터의 시간 상관성을 분석을 분석할 수 없게 만드는 주요요인이 될 수 있다. 위치가 고정된 지상국의 경우 지향성 안테나를 이용하여 1기의 GPS 위성의 신호를 수신한다면 지상장비의 시각동기원으로 사용할 수 있을 것이다. 이에 STK를 이용한 GPS 위성과 파라볼릭 안테나의 초기조건을 선정하여 연구를 수행한 결과 링크버짓을 만족하기 때문에 시각동기원으로 사용할 수 있음을 확인하였다. Most of the Earth observation satellites are remote sensing satellites in low Earth sun-synchronous orbit and send data obtained from various sensors and cameras mounted on the craft to utilize them in a wide range of applications such as monitoring natural disasters and geological and environmental research. In particular, KOMPSAT satellite can monitor large-scale natural disasters and identify the utilization of natural resources and high-resolution Earth observation images that can be utilized in geographic information systems can also be provided. In order to fulfil this mission, it is essential that time synchronization between satellite and ground system has accomplished GPS signal. But external interference have triggered the problem of time synchronization and interfered with an satellite telemetry monitoring and an analysis of satellite telemetry. Directional antenna system is possible to track one of GPS satellites which is used for position and time synchronization and it is possible to receive time reference using GPS signal at fixed ground station. Up to this point, this paper has discussed link budget, time reference using GPS signal, and parameter of GPS satellites and parabolic antenna system with STK program.

The national satellite operation network, which supports multiple satellites, was designated as a Critical Information Infrastructure (CII) in 2017. The network was designed independently from the control network and the information network to enhance physical security. Planning is underway to establish a bidirectional data interface between networks. The data transmission system allows data flow only to the physical layer and the data link layer; hence, only one file can be transferred at any one time. This means that when large amounts of data are being transmitted, no other data can be sent simultaneously in urgent situations. Thus, this paper discusses the design of flexible packets for the transmission of data between networks in an environment where physical security has been enhanced through network separation and based on this, presents a method for transmitting data effectively.

Today the company adopts to use all business management at the network base such as internet, intranet and so on for the speed of business. Especially from a new remote access and user coming issue of the rights which an IP spoofing attack using a situation that is almost impossible to detect. Therefore, for a new remote access and authentication of business continuity issues are directly related to the company's reputation. Today's diverse, this paper attempts to connect from a remote access from the attack of the normal user rights issues related to real-time access to a database application for the illegal and decided to make an active response. In addition, normal and abnormal user false positive/negative rate of detection users to connect remotely, reducing the continuity and reliability are guaranteed.
