배기 매니폴드는 엔진에서 배출되는 배기가스에 노출된다. 차량이 주행과 정지를 반복함에 따라서 배출되는 배기가스로 인해 배기 매니폴드가 가열과 냉각이 반복된다. 이에 따라서 배기 매니폴드는 열팽창과 수축의 반복으로 인해 크랙이 발생하는 등의 문제가 발생한다. 또한 제품의 보증기간을 만족하기 위해 여러 가지 성능 시험과 해석이 필요하다. 따라서 개발 단계에서 설계에 적용하기 위한 유동해석, 구조해석, 열응력해석, 피로해석이 반드시 필요하게 된다. 본 연구에서는 제품 개발에 적용이 가능하도록 일련의 해석프로세스를 개발하였다. 정확한 열피로 해석을 위해서 유동해석을 통해 예측된 결과를 구조용 해석 모델에 상사시킴을 통해서 열피로 해석을 진행했다. 본 연구에서는 유동해석과 구조 해석의 결과가 상호 연결되어 일련의 해석 프로세스를 성공적으로 구현하였다. 열피로 해석 프로세스 정립을 통하여 기존의 설계 변경 및 개선을 통한 시행착오를 줄이고 시제품의 제작비용의 감소와 제작 기간의 단축 효과 등을 확인하였다.

The purification performance of vehicle exhaust catalytic converter has been gradually enhanced due to exhaust gas regulation. Also, Exhaust catalytic system is affected by high temperature and external vibration. Catalyst heat-shield is used to prevent thermal damage around the catalyst. Recently, two-ply heat shields of welding type have been applied to automotive exhaust catalytic converter. This paper shows modeling approaches dealing with two-ply heat shield for catalytic converter. Developed modeling method was applied to vibration and thermal analysis. For the verification of the usage of the new model, Analysis results using FEM(Finite Element Method) were compared with test results, it showed a good agreement between numerical and experimental results
중국 인터넷쇼핑몰에서 구매의도에 대한 신뢰의 매개효과에 관한 연구

Recently, the growth of the Internet shopping malls around the world has been increasingly accelerated based on the great advances of IT. Nevertheless, in China the Internet shopping malls have not rewed up relatively. Therefore, this paper has a purpose to discover the factors influencing the vigor of the shopping malls in China and mechanisms on interrelationships among the factors, focusing on customers' trust. To analyze the Chinese Internet shopping mall market from a wider perspective, our research model includes the antecedents from the aspects of shopping mall quality, customer characteristics, environmental features through reorganizing comprehensively various factors considered in the previous studies, and uses customer trust as an intermediate factor and purchasing intention as a dependent factor. It is expected that the implications of this study can help Chinese government agencies related to Internet shopping malls and managers for them make decisions on their policies and strategies effectively.

The growth-strain method was applied to cutout optimization in laminated composite plates. Since the growth-strain method optimizes a shape by generating the bulk strain to make the distributed parameter uniform, the distributed parameter was chosen as Tsai-Hill value. In this study, of particular interest is to see whether the growth-strain method developed for shape optimization in isotropic media would work for laminated composite plates. In volume control of the growth-strain method, it makes Tsai-Hill value at each element uniform in laminated composite plates under the predetermined volume. The shapes optimized by Tsai-Hill fracture index were compared with those of the initial shapes for the various load conditions and predetermined volumes of laminated composite plates. As a result, it was verified that volume control of the growth-strain method worked very well for cutout optimization in laminated composite plates.

Transmission loss of automotive muffler was measured and predicted by CAE, GT-Power which is based 1-dimension equation. Two load method to find 4-pole parameters of transfer matrix was used and basic characteristics of simple elements-straight pipe, expansion chamber, extended type, absorption material and perforated pipe was investigated. Simultaneously with it, CAE analysis by CT-Power was performed and compared with test result. It was found that the two load method is appropriated to measure TL of automotive muffler and CAE analysis also has reliability compared with test result. Finally, TL of a number of complete automotive mufflers measured and compared with analysis result. The possibility of two load method and CAE analysis to measure or predict TL performance of muffler was verified.

The exhaust system of the vehicle has an influence on driver`s feeling directly and indirectly. This characteristic of exhaust system enables sound to be more sportive and the magnitude of sound to be controlled in a vehicle. In recent, A finite element method(FEM) is used in the noise development of the a automotive exhaust system to reduced the time and cost. In this study, to develop a Helmholtz Resonator type of Automotive exhaust system, the structural finite element code, Optistruct was used for radiated noise analysis. First comparisons of natural frequencies between finite element method and experimental result were done to prove effectiveness of the FEM model. Radiated noise from the resonator can be controlled by changing natural frequency inside of the resonator. Also input data required for the radiated noise analysis was obtained through vibration test. Finally, acoustic analysis results using FEM were compared with the test results, it was confirmed that its reliability.
