1. The purposes of the study. This study from hypothesis that a number of physically handicapped students who are in general middle and high schoolsnot school for bodydefected students often causes(or bring about)inadaptability in the physical activities(or the abilities of sport). The final purpose of this study is to established rational methods of teaching in the physical activities for them after we review the actual conditions and the remarked characteristics of them. For the purpose of this study, 165persons among the physicallyhandicapped students who attend 20coeducationalmiddle and high schools in Seoul, are selected as the object of this study. The acquired results through the enquetes for human nature an written inquires distributed to the selected students are as following. 2. Results. (1)The physicallyhandicapped student have not notable peculiarities in their characters.(2)It is possible to teach the physicallyhandicapped students sports, as the most of them can not feel physical pain.(3)Most of the physicallyhandicapped students observe anther normal student’s plays during the sports time, yet they want to enjoy sports to the full extent of their powers in such sports as they can.(4)They thirst for active solitations and good guidance under physical educators.(5)They are full of complaints about the academic records to assess their abilities of sports.

In this paper, a Bluetooth communication system with multi-connetivity is designed based on the Arduino. The system consists of an Arduino board, a Bluetooth communication module, and terminology codes. The implemented master system is able to connect to a plurality of slave modules and communicate each other. The master system calls slaves one by one, and then, control the slave operation. From the experiment results, the implemented Bluetooth master system controls three slaves such as an LET lamp, an LCD display, and a moter speed.
MRA상 뇌동맥류가 의심되는 환자에서 PC를 사용한 삼차원 용적묘사기법의 유용성

Purpose: To evaluate usefulness of volume rendering technique using 3D visualization software on PC in patients with suspected intracranial aneurysm on brain MRA. Materials and Methods: We analyzed prospectively 21 patients with suspected aneurysms on the routine MIP images which were obtained 15°increment along axial and sagittal plane, among 135 patients in whom brain MRA was done due to stroke symptoms for recent 5 months. The locations were the anterior communicating artery (A-com) in 8 patients, the posterior communicating artery (P-com) in 3, the ICA bifurcation in 5, the MCA bifurcation in 4, and the basilar tip in one. Male to female ratio was 14:7 and mean age was 62 years. MRA source images were sent to PC through LAN, and the existence of aneurysm was evaluated with volume rendering technique using 3D visualization software on PC. The presence or absence of aneurysm on MIP and volume rendering images was decided by the consensus of two radiologists. Results: We found the aneurysms with volume rendering technique, from 1 patient among 8 patients with suspected aneurysm at A-com and also 1 patient among 3 patients with suspected aneurysm at P-com on routine MIP images. Confirmative angiography and interventional procedures were done in these 2 patients. The causes for mimicking the aneurysm on MIP were flow displacement artifact in 9, normal P-com infundibulum in 2, and overlapped or narrowed vessels in 8 patients, and among them confirmative angiography was done in 2 patients. Conclusion: Volume rendering technique using visualization software on PC is useful to scrutinize the suspected aneurysm on routine MIP images and to avoid further invasive angiography. 목적: 두개내 자기공명혈관조영술(MRA)을 시행한 환자 중 뇌동맥류가 의심되는 환자에서 일반 PC상에서 삼차원 영상소프트웨어를 이용한 용적묘사(volume rendering)기법의 유용성에 대해 알아보고자 하였다. 대상과 방법: 전향적 방법으로 시행하였으며 최근 5개월간 뇌졸증을 의심하여 3D TOF기법으로 MRA를 시행한 135명 중 축상면과 사상면을 따라 15도씩 증가하여 얻은 통상적 최대강도투사(MIP) 영상에서 뇌동맥류가 의심되었던 21명을 대상으로 하였다. 부위별로는 전교통부 8명, 후교통부 3명, 내경동맥 분기점 5명, 중대뇌동맥 분기점 4명, 그리고 뇌저동맥 첨단부위가 1명이었다. 남녀비는 14:7였으며, 평균연령은 62세였다. 이들 21명에 대하여 MRA 원천영상(source image)을 LAN으로 연결된 PC상에서 삼차원 영상소프트웨어를 이용한 삼차원 용적묘사기법으로 뇌동맥류의 유무를 알아보았다. MIP영상과 삼차원 용적묘사에서 뇌동맥류의 유무는 2명의 방사선과 전문의가 합의하에 판정하였다. 결과: MIP 영상에서 전교통동맥류를 의심하였던 8명중 1명, 그리고 후교통동맥류를 의심하였던 3명중 1명에서 삼차원 용적묘사기법으로 동맥류를 확인할 수 있었다. 이 2명에 대하여는 뇌혈관조영술을 시행하였다. 나머지 19명에서는 삼차원 용적묘사기법을 이용하여 9명에서는 혈류 전위 인공음영(flow displacement artifact), 2명에서는 후교통동맥 누두부(infundibulum), 그리고 나머지 8명에서는 겹쳐진 정상혈관이나 좁아진 혈관에 의한 가성병변임을 확인할 수 있었다. 이중 2명에서만 추가적으로 뇌혈관조영술을 시행하여 이를 확인하였다. 결론: 삼차원 영상소프트웨어를 이용한 일반 PC를 사용한 용적묘사기법은 MRA를 시행한 환자 중 뇌동맥류가 의심되는 환자에 있어서 이를 확인하는데 도움을 주며, 침습적인 검사인 뇌혈관조영술을 피할 수 있어 유용한 방법이라 생각된다.

소아에서 발생하는 슬와 낭종은 증상이 없는 경우가 대부분이며 합병증을 유발하는 경우도 찾아보기 어렵다. 저자는 관절 내 병변이 동반되지 않은 슬와 낭종을 가진 한 명의 소아에서 경골 신경과 슬와 동맥 압박이 관찰되어 조기 감압술과 증식치료를 이용하여 치료하였고, 이를 문헌 고찰과 함께 보고하고자 한다. In General, popliteal cyst found in children does not present a symptom and also it rarely causes a complication. The researcher observed an entrapment of tibial nerve and popliteal artery in a child with popliteal cyst without intra-articular lesion, and treated it by using early decompression and prolotherapy, which is presented in this study with literature review.
