Establishment of a Contents Distribution Model on the Basis of UCI

Many enterprises have various business models with the distribution structure on the basis of UCI. However, this tries are performed locally. So, there are still many side-effects for other enterprises to share contents mutually. We propose a contents distribution model on the basis of UCI. We first research on contents syndicator and its requirements. And the we establish a standard model for contents distribution.

UCI is contributing to establishing and administrating CMS to improve the quality of contents efficiently and effectively. In these days, enterprises are also making a new try to manage copyrights of digital contents by use of DRM(Digital Right Management). UCI would be a good solution to solve this overburden. The objective of our research is to study on practical uses of various digital contents models on the basis of UCI. We introduce two business cases; one is publishment of digital contents and the other is DB service of digital contents.

일축 인장시험에서 대동맥 부위에 따른 기계적 물성 및 재료 정수 규명

일반적으로 생체 조직은 이방성 거동 특성을 지니고 있기 때문에 인장 거동을 조사할 때 하중 방향을 고려하는 것은 아주 중요하다. 재료 거동을 모사하는 구성방정식에서도 재료 정수를 도출하는 과정에서 같은 위치나 영역에서 얻어진 조직 샘플에 대해 길이방향과 원주방향의 하중 조건에서의 실험결과들이 요구된다. 하지만, 일반적인 일축 인장시험으로 이와 같은 조건의 실험을 수행하는 데는 한계가 있다. 따라서 본 연구에서는 일축 인장시험 결과를 토대로 한 재료 정수 도출의 어려움을 해결하기 위하여, 두 하중 방향의 실험 결과 짝짓기를 통해서 발생 가능한 모든 경우를 고려하여 재료 정수를 도출하는 방법론을 제안하고, 나아가 대동맥의 부위에 따라 변화하는 기계적 거동 및 재료 정수들을 분석하고자 한다. Because living tissue generally exhibits anisotropic behavior, the loading directions should be considered in tensile tests. Estimating material parameters of the constitutive model that describes the mechanical behavior of living tissues requires experimental results in both longitudinal and circumferential loading directions for a sample obtained from the same region. However, obtaining such results in uniaxial tensile tests can be challenging. To address this, we propose a new methodology to estimate material parameters under uniaxial loading conditions by considering all possible matched pairs of data from the circumferential loading and the longitudinal loading. In addition, we examine the mechanical behavior of the aorta and material parameters according to the aortic region.

개인의 네트워크 위치가 지식공유 의도에 미치는 영향에 관한 탐색적 연구

본 연구에서는 세 개의 중심성 변수(연결중심성, 근접중심성, 그리고 매개중심성)를 이용하여 네트워크 내에서의 개별 구성원들의 위치를 파악하고, 파악된 위치가 개별 구성원들의 팀 내·외 지식공유 의도에 어떤 영향을 미치는지를 탐색하였다. 연구 결과, 팀 내 지식공유 의도에 있어서 연결중심성과 근접중심성은 통계적으로 유의한 영향을 미치나, 매개중심성은 통계적으로 유의한 영향을 미치지 못하는 것으로 분석되었다. 반면 팀 외 지식공유에 있어서는 연결중심성과 매개중심성이 통계적으로 유의한 영향을 미쳤으나, 근접중심성은 유의한 영향을 미치지 못하는 것으로 분석되었다. 연결중심성이 높은 구성원들은 네트워크 내의 허브 역할을 하고 있기 때문에, 그들은 그 위치를 유지하고자 팀 내 뿐만 아니라 팀 외 지식공유에도 적극적인 자세를 취하는 것으로 나타났다. 근접중심성이 높은 구성원들은 네트워크 내의 다른 구성원들과 폭넓은 관계를 가지고 있기 때문에 팀 외 지식공유보다는 팀 내 지식공유에 적극적인 자세를 취하는 것으로 입증되었고, 매개중심성이 높은 구성원들은 네트워크 내보다는 네트워크 외부에서 중요한 역할을 하기 때문에 팀 외 지식공유에 적극적인 자세를 취하는 것으로 입증되었다. 네트워크 내에서의 관계를 통하여 자연적으로 형성되어진 위치는 개별 구성원들의 지식공유 의도에 영향을 미치는 것을 실증적으로 검증하였다. We explore the impact of individuals’network position toward knowledge sharing intention. In order to identify network positions, we utilize three centrality measures (degree/closeness/betweenness) of individual network participants. The research findings show that the individual network positions significantly affect knowledge sharing intentions. Since an individual with high degree centrality might be the leader or the hub, one makes considerable effort to maintain the network position by actively participating in intra-team and inter-team knowledge sharing, A participant who can quickly interact with many other participants within a team (high closeness centrality) is more interested in intra-team knowledge sharing than inter-team knowledge sharing. Unlike degree centrality and closeness centrality, the betweenness centrality provides a participant with diverse resources located in multiple sub-groups. Although an individual with high betweenness centrality is not at the center of the networks, one plays a crucial role in disseminating and regulating information. Therefore, the individual is likely to have more positive intention toward inter-team knowledge sharing than intra-team knowledge sharing.

해외기업 인수합병 시 정보시스템 통합 방법론에 관한 사례연구

Recently, Mergers and Acquisitions (M&A) have become increasingly popular in the last few decades, and overseas’ M&A are particularly increasing to sharpen corporate competitiveness on a global scale. Previous studies showed that one of the main reasons attributes to failures of mergers was the lack of attention to merging information systems. In recent years, both academy and industry have more focused on Post-Merger Integration (PMI) and the integration of information systems (IS) between two companies is one of the critical success factors of corporate. This paper focused on Post-Merger IT (Information Technology) Integration Methodology of Cross-Border M&A. We followed a single-site qualitative case study method in order to investigate the type of phenomenon in M&A’s natural setting. Moreover, we examined a typical energy and power company case in order-based industry, so that other industry players may have different results to determine post-merger IT integration method and scope.

A Roadmap for Developing Digital Content Distribution Infrastructure

Unlike physical products, the distribution of digital content has involved many participants in all distribution phases from providers to consumers. The longer the distribution channel for services is, or the more participants that take part in it, the more the added value of the content increases. Consequently, the customer usefulness has been maximized. In order to enhance the values of digital content, it is utterly urgent to implement a service infrastructure that could be shared by all participants along the distribution path. Digital content is distributed from a creator to a final user through complex value chain stages. All the participants along the value chain exchange information about copyrights, marketing, and contents themselves, through the distribution channel. Recently, the more the distributed Information Technology environment has been widely used, the more the necessity of an identifier for digital content has been increased. In this paper, we examine the current status of the Korean distribution market of digital content, identify necessary distribution services of digital content, and establish a systematic roadmap to implement these services.
