        Background: Evidence-based practice (EBP) integrates the clinical expertise, the latest and best scientific research evidence, as well as the patient’s unique values and situations to make clinical decisions. It was conducted to identify and suggest improvement in the best physical therapy method for enhancing EBP clinical performance among physical therapists. Methods: This study surveyed 216 physical therapists using the Internet platform. Of the 216 questionnaires, 209 questionnaires were analyzed after excluding those judged to be inappropriate for analysis. The questionnaire comprised 5 items, socio-demographic characteristics; 9 items, attitude toward EBP; 6 items, barrier to EBP. PASW statistics 18.0 was used for the survey analysis. Independent t-test and One-way ANOVA were used to find out the differences in attutude and barrier. Results: The results of this study showed that physical therapists’ attitude toward EBP was highly positive. Major barriers to EBP clinical performance include "Insufficient time", “Insufficient foreign language skills," and "Inability to apply research findings to individual patients”. Conclusion: Although most people recognize the importance of EBP, it is difficult to perform in clinical practice. It is necessary to emphasize the importance and benefits of EBP, and to establish a systematic education system.

        창호의 유효투과율을 고려한 제로에너지 태양열 주택의 난방부하 분석에 관한 연구

        To reduce the building energy consumption, the major advanced nations are conducting actively many researches on so called a "self-sufficient building(or other words zero energy building)" which can support its required energy by itself. Given this background, KIER(Korea Institute of Energy Research) built full size test-bed of the zero energy solar house in early 2001, and has studied on the self-sufficient heating load up to now. We analyse the sensitivity between the heating load and the solar radiation gain according to the change the effective transmittance of windows. The authors classified 9 cases by solar transmittance of glass. The results demonstrate the solar radiation amount is 0.466 MWh from the eastern zone of Fl.,1(the first floor), 0.332 MWh from Fl.,2(the second floor), 1.194 MWh form the southern zone of F1., and 0.822 MWh from the southern zone of Fl.,2 on the case 1(each cases are classified by window types). On the case 9, the solar radiation amount is 3.127 MWh, 2.662 MWh, 8.799 MWh and 6.078 MWh from the same condition. For the Fl.,1, the amount of Heat Load that is saved per year ranged 10.5 to 48 %, and the reduction was anywhere from 0.2 to 17.9% for Fl.,2.

        Background: The purpose of this study is to present the ethical thinking among health care workers through the promotion of ethical awarness. This study first identifies the consciousness of students and clinicians about ethics of physical therapists, identifies the status of ethical education in universities and clinicians, and materializes the ethical questions. Methods: The subjects of this study were 220 students in the physical therapists and physical therapists students from June 28th, 2019 to April 27th, 2020, enrolled in the physical therapist department, extracted from universities in Gyeonggi-do. A survey was conducted. Results: Combining the results of the above study, it was found that data on difference in ethical beliefs between physical therapists and physical therapy students. Conclusion: Ethical beliefs are a necessary competency for physical therapists, and it is necessary to suggests that more active follow-up research on medical ethics should be conducted in the future in order for physical therapists to be recognized as professional health care workers.

        For self-driving, measuring the distance of forward object is used to several area such as preventing rear-end collisions. Currently, LiDAR in self-drving cars measure distance with high accuracy, but it is difficult to commercialize due to the high cost. In this paper, we propose an algorithm for estimating depth at a low cost using a monocular camera. The algorithm use the video of a monocular camera as input to YOLO V3 Network and use the object detection result data to calculate the pixel unit distance. We define the proportional expression using pixel unit and calculate the depth to object by inverse perspective mapping. The depth estimated by a monocular camera is similar to the distance measured by LiDAR in a specific road section.

        Leader-Follower 농업용 Tracked Vehicle 개발

        This paper proposes a design for a Leader-Follower tracked vehicle and its system architecture. The System consists of 3 parts: Perception, Navigation, and Control. Perception system is configured using a 1-channel LiDAR(light detection and ranging) and camera. By the use of these, Tracked vehicle recognizes the color of clothes who needs to be followed in various unstructured agricultural environments. Navigation system has been developed based on the concept of the Leader-Follower and the method of geometric path tracking (as studied in the robotics field). The vehicle can follow the Leader and be controlled by convergence of skid steering and pure pursuit (instead of using a complicated vehicle dynamics or land modeling process). The ultimate goal of this paper is explain the convergence process through formula and β compensation coefficient for steer is proposed for the formula. The β coefficient can compensate for the rotational ability of the vehicle without compensate modeling process. The influence of the β coefficient is investigated with actual tracked vehicle experiments.

        인지무선 주파수 분배 과정에서 옥션게임을 이용한 최적 가격 및 옥션 주기 결정 방법

        인지무선(cognitive radio)기술은 특정 주파수에 대해 권한을 가진 주 사용자가 자신의 주파수를 사용하지 않을 때 생기는 유휴 대역을 특정 주파수에 대해 권한이 없는 부 사용자가 사용할 수 있도록 하는 기술이다. 본 논문에서는 인지무선 네트워크에 옥션 게임 이론을 적용시켜, 주파수 가격과 옥션 주기를 동시에 고려한 주 사용자의 이득을 최대화 할 수 있도록 하는 알고리즘을 제안한다. 부 사용자들이 제시한 주파수양의 비율에 따라 주 사용자의 주파수를 분배하는 옥션이 반복적으로 진행되면서 주 사용자는 최적의 주파수 가격을 찾게 되며, 찾아진 주파수가격 정보와 본 논문에서 새로 제시한 주 사용자의 효용함수를 이용해 최적의 옥션 주기를 찾게 된다. 동시에 주 사용자는 찾아진 최적의 옥션 주기에 맞는 주파수 가격을 최종적으로 결정하게 된다. Cognitive radio technology gives secondary users chances that they can use specific spectrum of the primary user when the primary user doesn"t use it. This paper proposes the algorithm that maximizes the benefit of the primary user considering spectrum price and auction period by using the auction game theory. According to the ratio of spectrum that secondary users bid, primary user allocates spectrum to secondary users. In the process of repeated auction, the primary user gets to find the optimal price of spectrum. Using the price and the proposed utility function of primary user, we derive the optimal auction period. At the same time, the primary user finally determines the price of spectrum appropriate for the optimal period.
