지식재산 컨설턴트역량이 컨설팅 성과에 미치는 영향에 관한 연구 : 컨설팅사 브랜드인지도 매개효과를 중심으로

This study empirically analyzed the direct impact between intellectual property consultant competency and consulting performance and the mediating effect of intellectual property consultant competency, and targeted 251 venture companies that received intellectual property business consulting services. Intellectual property consultant competency (basic ability, job ability) had a positive (+) effect on both brand awareness and consulting performance(intellectual property performance, consulting satisfaction) of consulting companies. In the mediating effect on brand awareness of consulting companies, job competency was completely mediated by consulting performance, basic competency was completely mediated by intellectual property performance, and consulting satisfaction was partially mediated. Based on the results of this study, management implications can be presented as follows. Dividing into theoretical and practical aspects, the theoretical aspects have actually proved the importance of the role of consulting companies as well as consultant competencies in the field of intellectual property management consulting. In order to maximize the performance of intellectual property management consulting, the consulting firm will need continuous investment and efforts to develop and communicate with its customers and develop its own technology transfer and commercialization methodology. 코로나 판데믹 이후 기업이 직면하는 다양한 환경의 변화 속에서 지식재산 산업은 기업이 절대 소홀히 할 수 없는 핵심 전략으로 확고히 구축되고 있으며, 지식재산서비스산업은 지식재산 강국을 실현할 수 있는 성장 가능성이 높은 산업으로 부상하고 있다. 본 연구의 목적은 지식재산서비스산업 중 지식재산경영컨설팅 분야에서 컨설팅사 브랜드인지도가 지식재산 컨설턴트역량과 컨설팅 성과를 증대시키는 매개효과를 검증하고 지식재산 컨설턴트역량이 컨설팅사 브랜드인지도를 증대시키는 촉매제 역할을 하고 있으며, 컨설팅 성과에 통계적으로 유의미한 영향을 미치고 있음을 규명하고자 하였다. 연구목적을 달성하기 위해 4개 가설을 수립하였고 지식재산경영컨설팅을 받은 251개 기업을 대상으로 다중회귀분석을 이용하여 실증 분석하였다. 분석 결과 지식재산 컨설턴트역량(기본역량, 직무역량)은 컨설팅사 브랜드인지도와 컨설팅 성과(지식재산 성과, 컨설팅 만족도) 모두 정(+)의 영향을 미쳤다. 또한 컨설팅사의 브랜드인지도에 대한 매개효과에서는 직무역량은 컨설팅 성과에 모두 완전 매개 하였고, 기본역량은 지식재산 성과에는 완전 매개, 컨설팅 만족도에는 부분 매개효과가 있는 것으로 확인되었다. 결론적으로 지식재산경영컨설팅 분야에서 컨설턴트역량뿐만 아니라 컨설팅사 브랜드인지도의 중요성을 증명하였고, 국책 사업으로서 지식재산경영컨설팅 지원사업 육성의 필요성과 정부 지원의 당위성을 간접적으로 입증하였다. 본 연구의 주요 시사점으로 지식재산경영컨설팅 성과를 극대화하기 위해서는 컨설팅사에서의 우수 인재 양성 및 확보에 대한 지속적인 투자와 노력이 필요할 뿐만 아니라, 컨설팅사의 명성, 인지도, 경험과 노하우 등의 축적을 통한 컨설팅사의 브랜드인지도를 높이기 위한 기업고객 관리 활동이 지속적으로 필요할 것이다. 나아가 컨설팅사는 해당 분야의 전문성을 바탕으로 독자적인 기술이전 및 사업화의 방법론 등을 개발하여 프로젝트 추진 시 활용하고 기업고객과 끊임없는 커뮤니케이션 및 프로젝트 개선 활동 노력이 필요할 것이다.

비용종의 비만세포 및 호산구

목적 : 비용종 조직내에 침윤되어 있는 비만세포와 호산구를 전자현미경으로 관찰하여 그 미세구조의 변화와 의의를 규명하고자 하였다. 대상 및 방법 : 환자로부터 절제한 비용종 10례를 광학 및 전자현미경으로 검색하였다. 결과 : 비용종 조직내의 비만세포는 전형적 비만세포, 과립의 내용물이 없는 탈과립세포, 전자밀도가 균일하고 중등도인 미성숙 비만세포로 분류되었다. 또한 소포상의 조면소포체가 풍부하였으며 조면소포체내에 전자밀도가 중등도인 내용물로 충만된 과립형성의 초기에 해당하는 비만세포도 있었다. 호중구는 상피조직 가까이에 분포하였고 세포질에는 결정체 모양의 심을 가진 과립이 풍부하였으며 탈과립현상은 드물었다. 비용중의 모세혈관은 양은 내피세포와 기저막이 정상인 모세혈관, 비후된 내피세포와 한층 혹은 여러층의 기저막으로 된 모세혈관, 얇은 내피세포와 불연속적인 기저막으로 된 모세혈관 및 유창내피세포로 된 모세혈관으로 구분되었다. 결과 및 결론 : 이상의 소견으로 보아 비용중의 원인은 알러지와 관계있음이 인정되며 비용종의 특징인 비점막 부종은 비만세포의 작용과 모세혈관의 미세구조의 변화에 의해 일어나는 것으로 추정한다. In order to investigate pathogenesis of nasal polyp, ten cases of the nasal polyps were examined by electron mictoscopy. Characteristic findings appeared in the mast cells and capillaries. There were three types of mast cells. These were usual mast cells having dense-cored granules, degranulated cells, and immature cells having homogeneous and moderate-dense granules. There were other peculiar cells showing cytoplasm-filled vesicular RER containing moderate-density of contents. These cells seemed to precursor of the mast cells. The capillaries were varying in ultrastructure. The most were nomal capillaries composed of thin endothelial cells and surrounding continuous basement membranes. However, newly formed ones composed of thickened endothelial cells and single or multiple layered basement membranes, capillaries with discontinuous basement membranes, and fenestrated capillaries apperared. According to the above findings, these are strongly suggested that the nasal polyp is closely related to allergy in pathogenesis, and that marked edema of the polyp is partially caused by activity of the mast cells and structural variation of the capillaries.

지식재산경영컨설팅 서비스품질이 지식재산활동을 매개로 하여 지식재산성과에 미치는 영향에 관한 연구

This study empirically analyzed the direct effects between intellectual property management consulting services quality and intellectual property performance, and the mediation effects of intellectual property activity, targeting 298 venture enterprises which received intellectual property management consulting services. First, all variables of intellectual property management consulting services quality affected the intellectual property performance. Second, intellectual property activity mediated between intellectual property management consulting services quality and intellectual property performance. Third, intellectual property protection activity among intellectual property activity enhanced the effects of intellectual property performance in relation to intellectual property management consulting services quality. In conclusion, venture enterprises need to have arrangements for intellectual property management consulting methodology and work process to maximize the effects of intellectual property management consulting services appropriate to them. In addition, they need to have omnidirectional efforts for intellectual property activity in order to establish more fundamental and more effective intellectual property infrastructure and enhance capacity. 본 연구는 지식재산경영컨설팅 서비스를 받은 벤처기업 298곳을 대상으로지식재산경영컨설팅 서비스품질과 지식재산성과 간의 직접효과와 지식재산활동의매개효과를 실증 분석하였다. 분석 결과 첫째, 지식재산경영컨설팅 서비스품질의모든 변수는 지식재산성과에 영향을 미치고 있었다. 둘째, 지식재산활동은 지식재산경영컨설팅 서비스품질과 지식재산성과 간의 관계를 매개하고 있었다. 특히, 서비스품질 중 부가적 혜택과 물리적 환경이 지식재산성과 간의 관계에서 완전매개하였다. 셋째, 지식재산활동 중 지식재산보호활동이 지식재산경영컨설팅 서비스품질과의 관계를 통하여 지식재산성과에 효과를 높였다. 이것은 보호활동이 특허 출원 전 후 광범위한 분야에서 진행되므로, 향후 벤처기업에서 지식재산성과를 높이기 위해서는 기본적인 특허 실무에 충실하고, 전담조직, 시스템 구축 등 꾸준한노력이 필요하다는 것을 의미한다. 결론적으로 벤처기업에 맞는 지식재산경영컨설팅 서비스 효과를 극대화하기 위해서는 지식재산경영 컨설팅 방법론 및 업무프로세스 마련이 필요하며, 보다 근본적이고 효율적인 지식재산 인프라 구축 및 역량강화를 위해서는 기업 스스로의 전 방위적인 지식재산활동 노력이 필요하다.

지식재산경영컨설팅 역량이 지식재산 성과에 미치는 영향에 관한 연구 : 지식재산 활동의 매개효과

This study empirically analyzed the direct effects between intellectual property business consulting competency and intellectual property performance, and the mediation effects of intellectual property activity mediating between intellectual property business consulting competency and intellectual property performance, targeting 236 venture enterprises which had received intellectual property business consulting services. The consulting company competency had a positive(+) effect on intellectual property activity and performance, but the consultant competency had no effect. In addition, in the mediating effect on intellectual property activity, consulting company competency partially mediated creation and utilization activities, and fully mediated protection activity. However, the consultant competency had no mediating effect. Based on the finding of the study, management implication can be suggested as follows. For the purpose of maximizing the consulting capabilities suitable for the venture business, it is necessary to establish an intellectual property consulting methodology that meets the purposes of utilization by the company's growth stage, as well as securing and managing professional consultants with basic and job capabilities, such as converging customer requirements, performing consistent tasks, presenting alternatives through experience and expertise, and active business posture. In addition, complementary efforts are urgently needed, including building its own work process system, proposing alternatives based on experience and expertise, and strengthening the capabilities of consulting firms, including driving forces, teamwork, and communication with companies when implementing their businesses. 글로벌 기술패권시대, 경쟁력을 갖춘 선진기업들은 지속적인 경쟁우위 확보를 위해서 후발기업들은 새로운 도약의 기회를 확보하기 위해서 총성 없는 경쟁을 가속화하고 있다. 본 연구는 지식재산경영의 자문 도구로 활용되고 있는 지식재산경영컨설팅이 기업의 지식재산 활동을 증대시키는 촉매 역할임을 검증하였고, 벤처기업이 컨설팅 결과뿐만 아니라, 컨설팅사의 역량 요인을 적극 수용하고 지식재산 활동으로 내재화(內在化)할 때 지식재산 성과가 제고됨을 알 수 있었다. 연구목적을 달성하기 위해서 크게 4개 가설을 수립하고 지식재산경영컨설팅을 받은 236개 벤처기업을 대상으로 회귀분석을 이용하여 실증 분석하였다. 분석 결과 컨설팅사 역량은 지식재산 활동과 지식재산 성과에서 유의한 영향을 미치는 반면, 컨설턴트 역량은 지식재산 활동과 지식재산 성과에 유의한 영향을 미치지 않은 것으로 나타났다. 또한 지식재산 활동에 대한 매개효과에서는 컨설팅사 역량은 창출활동과 활용활동에서는 부분 매개효과가 있었고, 보호활동은 완전 매개효과가 있었다. 반면, 컨설턴트 역량은 아무런 매개효과가 없는 것으로 나타났다. 본 연구의 주요 시사점을 이론적 측면과 실무적 측면으로 나누어보면, 이론적 측면에서는 지식재산경영컨설팅 분야에서도 컨설팅사(특허법인, 민간기술거래기관, 기술사업화기관) 역량의 중요성을 실제 입증하였다. 실무적 측면에서는 지식재산경영컨설팅의 효과를 극대화하기 위해 전문 컨설턴트의 확보 및 관리뿐만 아니라, 고객사의 요구사항 수렴, 일관성 있는 업무 수행, 분야별 경험과 노하우 축적을 통한 대안 제시가 필요할 것이며, 기업 성장단계별 활용 목적에 맞는 지식재산경영컨설팅 방법론을 확립해야 할 것이다. 또한, 컨설팅사는 자체적인 업무 프로세스 체계 구축, 경험과 지식을 기반으로 대안을 제시하고 프로젝트 추진 시 추진력, 협업, 팀워크, 기업과의 커뮤니케이션 구축 등의 컨설팅사 역량을 제고시키는 상호보완적인 노력이 절실하게 필요할 것이다.

중소벤처기업 지식재산 경영활성화 방안에 관한 연구: 한국과 일본의 지식재산경영컨설팅 사례 비교

[연구목적]본 연구는 지식재산경영컨설팅을 매개로 하여 한국 및 일본의 지식재산경영컨설팅의 사례들을 분석함으로써, 중소벤처기업에 맞는 유형별 경영활성화 방안을 제시하고자 하였다. 특히, 사례분석을 통해 경영컨설팅이 기업의 경영활성화에 미치는 관계를 설명하고 유형별 컨설팅 프로세스를 정립하여 지식재산경영컨설팅의 발전전략을 수립하는데 그 목적이 있다. [연구방법]연구대상은 한국 및 일본의 지식재산경영컨설팅 사례집 및 문헌들에 있는 기업 중 계속 성장하고 높은 시장점유율을 보유한 중소벤처기업들을 조사하였으며, 이에 따른 세부항목을 연구하여 컨설팅 프로세스를 수립하였다. [연구결과]지식재산경영컨설팅 사례분석에 대한 경영활성화 방안 결과를 수익 개선 관점, 경쟁력 강화 관점, 성장 동력 확보 관점, 컨설팅 서비스 활성화 관점에서 도출하였다. [연구의 시사점]제시한 내용을 토대로 정부에서도 중소벤처기업 지식재산 컨설팅 지원의 당위성을 입증하고, 향후 중소벤처기업의 경영컨설팅 확대를 위한 중요한 자료로써 활용될 수 있을 것으로 판단된다. [Purpose]The purpose of this study was to analyze the cases of intellectual property management consulting in Korea and Japan through the medium of intellectual property management consulting, and to suggest measures for promoting management by type for small and medium venture businesses. In particular, the purpose of the study is to establish the development strategy of intellectual property management consulting by explaining the relationship between management consulting and establishing type-specific consulting processes through case analysis. [Methodology]The research targets investigated small and medium-sized venture companies with continuous growth and high market share among the companies in the case books and literature of intellectual property management consulting in Korea and Japan, and established a consulting process by studying the details accordingly. [Findings]The results of the management revitalization plan for the case analysis of intellectual property management consulting were derived from the perspective of profit improvement, the view of strengthening competitiveness, the view of securing growth engines, and the view of activating consulting services. [Implications]Based on the proposed content, the government will prove the legitimacy of supporting intellectual property consulting for small and medium-sized venture companies and will be used as important data for expanding management consulting for small and medium-sized venture companies in the future.

스위치드 릴럭턴스 발전기의 최대출력 턴온각 제어

본 연구는 스위치드 릴럭턴스 발전기의 턴온각 제어로 통한 최대출력 방법을 제안하였다. 턴온각은 스위치드 릴럭턴스 발전기의 높은 효율로 작동하기 위해 매우 중요한 매개 변수이다. 릴럭턴스 발전기가 작동시키면 여자전류가 높아지면서 전류가 증가하고 전원의 출력이 증가한다. 그래서 턴온각은 전원의 출력에 중요한 요소이다. 본 논문에서 12/16 스위칭 릴럭턴스 발전기로 실험을 했고, 다양한 턴온 각도 조건에서 파형을 조사를 했다.

Surgical Excision Followed by Pulsed Dye Laser Sessions for the Successful Treatment of Glomangiomatosis on the Left Flank: A Case Report and Literature Review

Glomus tumors are benign neoplasms that are usually found in the subungual area, and are painful upon palpation. The typical treatment of choice is surgical excision. In rare cases, glomus tumors are observed as large-sized clusters, and are classified as atypical tumors known as glomangiomatosis. While surgical excision is the accepted standard of care, this proves difficult because of the tumors’ large size and satellite lesions. We present the successful treatment of asymptomatic glomangiomatosis is situated on the left flank area by a combination of surgical excision and pulsed dye laser, which minimized the risk of scar formation.
