        방과 후 배드민턴 프로그램 참여가 비만 남자중학생의 건강관련체력 및 혈중 골대사지표에 미치는 영향

        This study was conducted among the students attending D school located in B area, who included 17 individuals - 8 in the exercise group and 9 in the control group that did not participate in the program. As for the exercise frequency, they participated in the program 3 times a week for 12 weeks(60 minutes per day). The results are as follows: 1. As for the physical strength, the exercise group showed significant difference(p<.01) over time while the control group showed no difference. Significant difference was found in the analysis between groups(p<.01). As for endurance, the exercise group showed significant difference(p<.001) over time while the control group showed no difference. Significant difference was found in the analysis between groups(p<.01). As for flexibility, the exercise group showed Significant difference(p<.05) over time while the control group showed no difference. Significant difference was found in the analysis between groups(p<.05). As for cardiovascular endurance, the exercise group showed significant difference(p<.05) over time while the control group showed no difference. Significant difference was found in the analysis between groups(p<.01). 2. As for the blood bone metabolic index OC, the exercise group showed significant difference(p<.001) over time while the control group showed no difference. Significant difference was found in the analysis between groups(p<.05). As for ALP, the exercise group showed significant difference(p<.001) over time while the control group showed no difference. Significant difference was found in the analysis between groups(p<.01).

        라켓스포츠 프로그램 참여가 비만 남자 중학생의 신체조성 및 식이관련 호르몬에 미치는 영향

        The purpose of this study is to The Effects of a Rackets Sport Program on Overweight Male Middle School Students’ Body Composition and Appetite Related Hormones. The subjects were students from D School located in B region, and total 16 students were divided into 8 for the exercise group and another 8 for the control group. The sport program provided was badminton exercise, and it was conducted for 60 minutes, 3 times a week, for total 12 weeks. The items measured were their body composition (body fat percentage, fat-free mass) and leptin. For data analysis, SPSS Ver. 20.0 was utilized, and to verify the interactive effect of each group and period and difference between groups and periods, two-way repeated measures ANOVA were employed. And the researcher has gained the following results: according to the results of verifying interactive effect between groups and periods in body fat percentage, there was significant difference in periods (p〈.01), groups (p〈.05), and groups and periods (p〈.001). And according to the results of verifying the interactive effect of each group and period on fat-free mass, there was significant difference in periods (p〈.01) and groups (p〈.05), but there was no difference in groups and periods. According to the results of verifying interactive effects between groups and periods regarding leptin, there was significant difference in periods (p〈.05), groups (p〈.05), and groups and periods (p〈.01), and there ghrelin was no difference in groups and periods.

        배드민턴 동호인의 주기별 훈련이 면역기능 및 스트레스 호르몬에 미치는 영향

        The purpose of this study was to analyze the effects of badminton on immune, stress hormones in men’s badminton participants according to the training period. The subjects for the study were 12 healthy men composed of the badminton exercise group (n=6), and the control group (n=6). The variables of immune, stress hormones, were measured 4 times in all the subjects before the start of the exercise program and after at the end of the preparatory period(2 week), competition period(2 weeks), and recovery period(1 week). The findings of this study were as follows; there were significant decreased in IgA, IgG in competition period of exercise group, but no differences in control group. Epinephrine had significantly increased in badminton training in competition period for exercise group, but there was significant lydecreased in before training and recovery period. There was significant difference in epinephrine and norepinephrine levels for two groups in competition period.

        Used ball System을 적용한 배드민턴 선수의 연습량이 젖산 및 암모니아에 미치는 영향

        This research is object on the amount of practice badminton players that effects lactate and ammonia. Target on the 1st year to 3rd year college student (9) to estimate lactate and ammonia. experimental procedure were progress 1st inning(100 times), 2nd inning(200 times), 3rd inning(300 times), and separate blood check as 1st inning(become stable), 2nd inning(motion immediately after), 3rd inning(30 minutes rest), 4th inning(60 mins rest). 1. The result of lactate is lst inning(100 times) and 3rd inning (300 times) were arranged as 1st, 4th, and 3rd,2nd times, and 2nd inning was arranged 1st, 4th and 3rd, 2nd times. The result interactions is difference between time and G×T. 2. The result of ammonia is 1st inning(100 times) and 2nd inning were same distinction in 2nd time, and 3rd inning was different between 1st, 4th and 3rd, 2nd times. The result interaction is difference between time and G×T.

        배드민턴 선수의 종목별에 따른 체격 및 체력에 미치는 영향분석

        This study has been conducted to analyze and find out the “impact of the type of badminton games on players" physique and physical strength”. The research subjects include 23 badminton players from B · K region registered in the Korea Badminton Association, including seven single match players, eight doubles match players and eight mixed-doubles match players who have recently participated in fall badminton championships. The measurement items have been comprised of physique examination (standing height, body weight, arm length, leg length, chest girth, thigh girth, lower leg girth) and physical strength examination (muscle strength, muscle endurance, flexibility, quickness, agility, general endurance). The average(M) and standard deviation(SD ) have been obtained by processing the measurements data using SPSS Ver 22.0 and the one-way ANOVA and Duncan have been adopted for verification of difference between groups and for follow-up analysis, respectively with the statistical significance level of (α)=.05. Research results in terms of verification of difference in physique and physical strength among different groups show that there is a more statistically significant difference in lower leg girth (p<.01) among those in single match group than in doubles match and mixed-doubles match groups and that that is more statistically significant difference in standing height (p<.01) among those in single match group than in doubles match and mixed-doubles match groups.

        성장기의 스포츠 프로그램 활동이 비만 남학생의 건강체력요인 및 성장호르몬에 미치는 영향

        The purpose of this research was to analyze the effects of health related physical fitness and growth hormone through the sports program(7 in badminton, 7 in basketball, and 7 in jump rope group) in 21 middle school obese boys in B city. For this purpose, the boys conducted 60 minutes per a day, three times a week for 12 weeks on the sports programs. The results were as follows; muscular strength was significantly increased in basketball group, muscular endurance was significantly increased in badminton, basketball, and jump rope groups, flexibility was significantly increased in jump rope group, and cardiovascular endurance and growth hormone were significantly increased in badminton, basketball, and jump rope groups. Therefore, the regular sports program participation in growth period middle school boys has positive effects on health related physical fitness and growth hormone.

        운동종목에 따른 비만 남자중학생의 신체조성 및 혈중지질에 미치는 영향

        The purpose of this research is to discover the body composition and blood lipids of overweight middle school boys who participated in different events of sports. The research subjects were students from G school in B city in a total number of 21, seven of which participated in basketball, seven in jumping rope and seven in badminton. Tire training period was twelve weeks, three times a week for a session of 60 minutes, and items measured include body composition(body fat ratio and fat-free body mass) and blood lipids(TG, T-C, HDL-C and LDL-C). The data was analyzed through SPSS Ver 22.0, and the homogeneity of variables between different groups was verified using one-way ANOVA. The post-hoc analysis was conducted with Duncan testing while the differences between before and after within each group were verified with paired t-test. The research results revealed that the body fat rate were different between basketball and badminton, and fat-free body mass recorded differently between all three basketball, jumping rope and badminton. The differences between each group were greater in badminton than basketball and jumping rope. Also, TG out of blood lipids varied between all events of sports while T-C showed differences only in badminton. HDL-C was different in basketball and badminton while LDL-C was different in all events. The differences before and after between groups were absent.

        중년남성의 생활체육프로그램 참여가 건강관련체력 및 혈중 남성관련호르몬에 미치는 영향

        This study is undertaken for the health-related fitness and male related hormone in blood after implementing exercises on middle-aged men. Subjects for the study were residents in B City with a total of 12 persons (6 persons for exercise group and 6 persons for control group). The frequency and period of exercise was implemented three times a week with 50 minutes (5 minutes of preparatory exercise, 40 minutes of main exercise and 5 minutes of wrap-up exercise) per session for a total of 8 weeks and the exercise intensity was 40~50% HRR in 1~4 weeks and 51~60% HRR in 5~8 weeks. As a result of the examination for each group, the research result indicates that the health-related fitness showed noticeable difference in muscle strength / muscle endurance / flexibility for the exercise group where there was no noticeable difference in the control group. And, as a result of average examination for each group, there was a noticeable difference in muscle strength / muscle endurance, and as a result of examination for each group, there was a noticeable difference in male related hormone for the exercise group.

        규칙적인 수영(Crawl) 운동이 남자대학생의 신체조성, 혈중지질 및 면역기능에 미치는 영향

        The purpose of this study was to analyze the effects of the 12 weeks swimming exercise program on body composition, blood lipid and Immune Function in male students, to present the basic scientific informations for developing the effective training prescription programs in order to improve the swimming performance. The subjects recruited for this study were male physical education students(n=22), and were divided into two groups : swimming exercise group(n=12) and comparison group(n=10). Swimming exercise program consisted of warm up(10 min.), main exercise(60-70% HRR during 1-6 weeks, 40min., 71-80% HRR during 7-12 weeks, 40min.), cool down(10min.), 3 times a week during 12 weeks. Body composition, blood lipid and were analyzed before and after Swimming exercise program. The change of body composition after 12 weeks swimming exercise. %fat significantly decreased in swimming exercise group with significant difference between group. and significantly increased in comparison group. The change of blood lipid after 12 weeks swimming exercise. T-C significantly decreased in swimming exercise group with significant difference between group. TG significantly decreased in swimming exercise group with no significant difference between group. and T-C significantly increased in comparison group. The change of Immune Function after 12 weeks swimming exercise. IgG significantly decreased in swimming exercise group with significant difference between group. IgM was not significantly changed in swimming exercise group with significant difference between group.

        생활체육센터 프로그램이 참가자의 신체조성 및 혈중 코티졸 농도에 미치는 영향

        This study has been undertaken regarding the influence of the living sports center program on the body build up and blood cortisol density of participants. For data processing, Subjects for the study were residents in B city P center members with a total of 12 persons (6 persons for exercise group and 7 persons for control group). SPSS 21.0 statistics was used to calculate the mean (M) and standard deviation (SD), and the analysis is made for each group and period, verification of difference for group and period. The noticeable level (α) on all statistics figures is set for .05. The frequency and period of exercise was implemented 4 times a week with 50 minutes (10 minutes of preparatory exercise, 40 minutes of main exercise and 10 minutes of wrap-up exercise) per session for a total of 8 weeks and the exercise intensity was 40~50% HRR in 1~4 weeks and 51~60% HRR in 5~8 weeks. Under this study outcome, the body fat rate showed noticeable difference in period and group, and the difference was not shown in period and group. The bodily fat volume showed noticeable difference in period, and group, period and group did not show noticeable difference. The cortisol showed noticeable difference in period, period and group and noticeable difference was now shown in group.
