직업적 작업치료서비스과정에서 직업평가의 개입을 통하여 장애인 및 환자의 직업재활욕구에 대한 역할 증대에 도움을 얻고자 하며, 직업평가 전문요원 즉 작업치료사·직업평가사의 역할과 기능을 알아보는 일은 의의 있다 하겠다. 본 연구의 구체적 목적은 첫째, 직업적 작업치료서비스(직업평가)과정을 탐색해보고 둘째, 직업평가요원 가운데 작업치료사·직업평가사의 역할과 기능에 대해 살펴보고 셋째, 직업평가사의 양성과 교육에 관해 알아보고 본 연구에서 작업치료서비스에서 직업평가의 개입은 환자나 장애인의 재활의 질을 높일 수 있을 것이라는 결론에 도달하기 위해서 직업평가사의 바람직한 양성방안을 제시하는 바이다.

사용자-객체 상호작용을 위한 복잡 배경에서의 객체 인식

사용자-객체 상호작용을 위해서는 영상 내 객체의 종류와 위치를 정확하게 파악하여 사용자가 객체에 관련된 행동을 취할 경우, 그에 맞는 상호작용을 수행해야 한다. 이러한 객체인식에 널리 사용되는 지역 불변 특징량 기반의 방법론은 복잡한 배경이나 균일 물체에 대하여 잘못된 매칭으로 인식률이 저하된다. 본고에서는 이를 해결하기 위해, 컬러와 깊이 근접도 기반 깊이 계층을 나누고, 복잡 배경으로부터 생기는 잘못된 특징점 대응을 최소화 하기 위해 각 깊이 계층과 인식 물체 영상간의 특징점 대응을 수행한다. 또한, 각 깊이 계층영역에서 색상 히스토그램 재투영으로 객체의 위치를 추정하고 추정 영역과 인식 물체 영상간의 생상 및 깊이 유사도를 판단한다. 최종적으로, 복잡 배경 효과를 최소화한 특징점 대응의 수, 색상 및 컬러 유사도를 고려하여 신뢰도를 측정하여 객체를 인식하게 되며, 이를통해 복잡한 배경에서도 사용자와 객체간의 유연한 상호작용이 가능해진다.

탄력밴드를 이용한 고유수용성신경근촉진법의 안정화 운동이 몸통 및 엉덩부위 근 활성도에 미치는 영향

This study attempted to investigate body and hip muscle activities, using resistance band against 12 adult men. For this, one leg-supported pose in bridge position, skater-patterned bridge pose, bird-dog exercise in quadruped position and skater-patterned exercise pose trainings were performed. Specifically, the maximum voluntary isometric contraction (MVIC) of internal abdominal oblique, external abdominal oblique, multifidus, gluteus maximus and gluteus medius muscle was measured, using surface electromyography (sEMG) after conducting bridge pose and quadrupled exercise, and the results found the followings: In the bridge exercise and quadrupled exercise intervention-based proprioceptive neuromuscular facilitation (PNF), internal abdominal oblique and external abdominal oblique revealed a significant difference in muscle activity (p<0.05). In multifidus, gluteus maximus and gluteus medius muscle, on the contrary, no significant difference was observed in bridge exercise (p>0.05). In the quadrupled exercise intervention-based PNF, however, a significant difference of muscle activity was found (p<0.05). The above results confirm that a skater pattern which combined the single pattern of the PNF could reduce pain and enhance body stabilization through body balancing if selectively applied to those who are suffering from lumbar pain and difficulty in supporting their body weight due to weak abdominal and hip muscles and anterior pelvic tilt.

Needle TENS가 흰쥐 말초신경손상 후 Nerve Growth Factor발현에 미치는 영향

본 연구의 목적은 Needle TENS를 이용하여 웅성 흰쥐를 대조군과 실험군으로 나누어 말초신경손상의 좌골신경을 30초 압좌하여 1일, 3일, 5일, 7일 치료 후 NGF의 변화를 본 결과 다음과 같은 결론을 얻었다. 대조군에서는 1일째 면역반응 신경세포의 수가 많이 증가된 것으로 관찰되었으며, 3일, 5일, 및 7일로 시간이 경과할수록 반응하는 신경세포수는 점점 감소하는 경향을 나타냈으나, 신경손상을 받지 않은 정상부분의 반응양성과 유사한 결과를 나타내었다. 그러나 실험군에서는 1일째는 대조군과 실험군간의 별다른 차이를 보이지 않았으나 3일, 5일, 7일 단위로 치료기간이 길어짐에 따라 면역반응 신경세포의 변화는 뚜렷하게 관찰할 수 있었는데, 대조군과 실험군간의 NGF 변화에서 시간이 경과함에 따라 감소되는 결과를 보였고, 대조군보다는 실험군에서 현저하게 감소하는 것으로 나타났으며, 통계적으로도 유의한 결과를 보였다. 이러한 결과로 볼때 Needle TENS를 적용하니 NGF의 감소를 보여 치료를 촉진시켜 치유과정에 영향을 미친다고 할 수 있다. The purpose of this study is to classify the contrast group and experiment group of a male white rat, and to identify a result of NFG's change that press the sciatic nerves injured peripheral ones for curing 1day, 3days, 5days and 7days. In contrast group, the nerve cells of immune-reaction were increased on 1 day and they were decreased for 3 days, 5 days, 7 days as a normal one. In experiment group, they were increased on 1 day but, decreased for 3 days, 5 days, 7 days more than contrast group. In conclusion, it is certain that the Needle TENS can make a NFG decrease and effect on the therapy.

Purpose: This study aims to examine the correlation between SPQ (Sasang Personality Questionnaire) results and the significance level of general mental and physical health among youths. Effects of physical factors on the level of health are also examined. Methods: The SPQ was followed by a survey on physical changes among 686 young people. Post hoc tests were conducted on SPQ sub factors (SPQ-B, SPQ-C, and SPQ-E), and the correlations were examined. Results: This study demonstrates the correlations among sub factors of the SPQ. No correlation was observed regarding physical characteristics. Conclusion: This study demonstrates the correlations among sub factors of the SPQ. No correlation was observed regarding physical characteristics. 목적ˇ:ˇ 본 연구는 청소년을 대상으로 사상성격검사(Sasang Personality Qustionnaire, SPQ)와 일반적인 정신적, 육체적 건강 유의 수준차이가 있는가를 검토하고, 신체적 요인이 이러한 건강수준에 영향을 미치는지 알아보았다. 방법 :ˇ686명 청소년 대상으로 사상성격검사와 신체적 변화가 나타나는지의 설문지를 실시한 후 사상성격 검사 하의변위인(SPQ-B, SPQ-C, SPQ-E) 사후검증과 상관관계를 측정하였다. 결과ˇ:ˇ 사상성격검사(SPQ)의 하의변위인(SPQ-B, SPQ-C, SPQ-E) 사후검증 결과 사상성격검사의 세 집단(low, middle, high SPQ)에 있어서 low SPQ< middleSPQ< highSPQ의 순서대로 유의한 차이를 연구 결과를 보였고, 세 집단간의 상관관계의 유의성이 있었다(p<0.01). 결론ˇ:ˇ 본 연구를 통하여 사상성격검사의 하위변위는 상관관계를 보였으며, 신체적 특성에서 는 상관성이 없는 것으로 나타났다.
