치과기공소에서의 물질안전보건자료(MSDS) 인식 및 관리 실태

Purpose: It is necessary for dental technicians exposed to hazardous chemicals in the dental laboratories to be informed of the various harmful effects of chemicals for their health and safety. The purposes of this study was to investigate the actual condition of the use of MSDS in dental laboratories and the recognition rate of MSDS for dental technicians. Methods: 231 dental technicians who were self-written questionnaire. The results were analyzed by SPSS 12.0. The answers to the questionnaire underwent frequency analysis, chi-square test and correlation analysis were performed to investigate association between health effects and recognition rate of chemical information. Results: The results from the effects of damage caused by chemicals 60.7%, and when it was less than 2 years working experience 47.6%. Currently any dental laboratories(rooms) was not furnished MSDS(0%) and even similar data furnishing rate was only 17.3%. Answer rate of 'Do not know about MSDS' was 73.6%. In addition to, education in the types and characteristics of chemicals(74.5%) does not receive all the higher education. For the question of 'To prevent human risks and accidents, is to provide chemical information needed', the answer rate of 'needed' was 87.2%. Moreover, the answer rate of 'To provide chemical information that could prevent accidents' was 76.6%. Therefore it was found that dental technicians need to be provided for chemical information. In addition, they wanted to get education related to chemicals used in the workplace(80.5%), and 90.9% was answered that they was willing to keep MSDS in they workplace. Conclusion: This study investigated the current dental laboratories(rooms) and the MSDS for the awareness and recognition of workers was very low, education was not being conducted properly. The dental laboratories(rooms) of the compact characteristics of the MSDS was not reasonably accessible and the furnishing location, dental laboratories(rooms) for the real item was needed for improvement. MSDS for dental technicians through education and promotion of information about chemicals and chemicals was to prevent health problems caused by the MSDS that will raise awareness of the necessity.

Objective : Recently many studies have showed the evidence of the effect of the acupuncture treatment through scientific methods. One of these methods is functional MRI. We performed electro-acupuncture on St40 and observed the change of brain activation using fMRI. Methods : To see the effects of electro-acupuncture stimulation on Fenglong(St40), the experiment was carried out on six healthy volunteers, using the gradient echo sequence with 3.0T whole-body MRI system(ISOL). after the needle insertion on right Fenglong(St40), 2 Hz of electric stimulation was given for 30 seconds, repeated five times, with 30 seconds' intervals. Results & Conclussion : Electro-acupuncture stimulation on Fenglong(St40) activated Brodmann's Areas of 2, 3, 4, 6, 9, 10, 13, 18, 22, 30, 40, 42, 43 which may be the central pathways of electro-acupuncture stimulation on Fenglong(St40).

In this paper, I analyzed the Description contents of supposition expression "ba" ’tara‘ in Japanese grammar teaching materials. Supposition expression is said to be a grammar item with much misuse outbreak well. In this paper, a reason of such a misuse outbreak considered it under the description contents of the teaching materials and the expectation that I might be related to. I analyzed it mainly on supposition expression "ba" ’tara‘ in this article mainly, and I was able to obtain the following results. (1) As a result of consideration, there were the most references that were used to express a situation to emphasize inevitability in supposition expression "ba". However, it "was confirmed that there were few expression teaching materials described substitution minutely the condition that was said to be it when I fought most to express such a situation to emphasize inevitability. (2) It can be in a factor of the misuse without it being spoken in the teaching materials in uses of the "ba" in detail that a consequent includes limitation of the specific modality. (3) In the case of a use of "tara", there were many teaching materials explaining which can be used widely, but I cannot see the teaching materials which I touch whether you came to have a fact, a use wide why. (4) Every teaching materials, the terms which referred to a use of the supposition expression were not unified. Besides, a definition and explanation of each term were not done. Therefore it is judged that it was very likely to be the misunderstanding. (5) Because a concrete example sentence is not often shown at the time of use explanation, the learner is easy to be confused.
이문화 교육 교과목에 적용한 블렌디드 러닝 교수법의 효율성 분석

In this study, I examined the application of blended learning to the participants of `Understanding of Korean Communications`. As a result, the following trends were observed. [1] In terms of the efficiency of on - line teaching, it is confirmed that this course is a middle level between `practical Japanese sentence type` and `understanding of Japanese honorific system and business practice`. In other words, it was confirmed through this study that high-level learners tend to prefer offline lessons. [2] The regular attendance frequency of online classes in this course tended to be much lower than those of `practical Japanese sentence type` and `Japanese honorific system and business practice`. Perhaps the learners seemed to judge this subject to be hard to understand even if they see a lot of contents at once. [3] Most of the students in this course thought that it is necessary to apply blended learning to the subjects that need to present diverse learning materials. In the case of the students of the other subjects, there was a tendency to select `difficulty of the subject` as a feature of the subject which is effective to apply the blended learning. In other words, it was confirmed that the criterion of the subject suitable for applying blended learning through this study is deeply involved not only with the difficulty of the subject but also with the content of the subject.
