국내 협력형디지털정보봉사의 효율적 실행을 위한 CDRS의 사례연구

This paper aims to seek ways of optimizing the operations of Collaborative Digital Reference Service(CDRS) in Korea. CDRS tries to specialize the reference service through world-wide collaborative service. In this study seven international CDRS services including “QuestionPoint” operated by ALA and one national service, “Ask a Librarian” by the National Library of Korea were surveyed. A focused analysis of CDRS in Korea shows not only a sharp increase in use by the public, but also much application in research and academic activities by university students and workers. 본 연구는 협력형디지털정보봉사(CDRS: collaborative digital reference service)를 대상으로 그 사례를 분석하여 국내 CDRS의 향후 발전방안을 모색하려는 의도로 진행되었다. 전 세계적 범위의 협력적 봉사에 의해 정보봉사의 전문화를 모색하려는 CDRS의 해외 사례는 미국의 QuestionPoint를 비롯하여 7개국의 국가도서관이 주도하는 사례가 대상이 되며 국내의 사례는 국립중앙도서관의 “사서에게 물어보세요”가 그 대상이다. 중점적 분석에 의한 국내의 본 서비스는 이용자들로부터의 활용이 매년 증가되며 대학생과 직장인들의 연구 및 업무수행에 활동되는 등 향후의 전문봉사로서의 발전 가능성이 확인되고 있다.

국내 학술연구자들의 국내학술지 의존도에 대한 계열간 비교 조사연구

본 연구는 국내연구자들이 학술정보의 습득을 위해 국내학술지를 어느정도로 활용하는가를 계열별로 비교분석한 것이다. 그리하여 그 결과를 오늘날 각 대학에서 진행되고 있는 학술지평가 작업의 기초자료로 활용하기 위함이 목적이다. 연구를 위한 조사의 진행은 박사학위논문과 대표 학회지를 대상으로 인용분석을 실시하였으며 학술지평가에 적용할 만한 결과를 얻었다. 먼저, 국내학술지에 대한 의존도에 있어서는 학문계열간에 구별될 만한 차이가 있음으로써 학술지평가 과정에서 학문계열간에 서로 다른 기준의 적용이 필요함을 알았다. 그리고 학술지 활용순위의 등간분석을 통해서는 $50\%$ 이하의 지배력을 갖는 상위학술지에 대해서는 핵심학술지를 선별하기 위한 적절한 보완되는 기준을 마련해야 한다는 것도 알았다.

대학논문집의 학술적 활용성 조사:계열간비교 및 언어학주제의 개별논문집을 중심으로

At present we have access to a plethora of university journals. The purpose of this study is to estimate the use of these university Journals in research fields by focussing on the level of usage in each discipline in addition to the level of usage of each university journal in linguistics. The results indicate the level of academic use of each Journal in lingustics as well as of usage levels between disciplines. From these results, the follow-up measure is requested for differentiation and specialization of university journals.

국내 행정학분야 연구자들의 연구수행에 관한 분석

This study is to examine academic phenomena of public administration research field in Korea through analysing the trends of researcher behavior. For the purpose of this study I analysed the types of research performance, reference materials, core journals, and the half-life of reference materials by investigating the articles in Korean Public Administration Review which is one of the major journal in this discipline. The results I found out are the followings: most of researches of the public administration are performed individually by the established academic fellows : researchers show their preference to foreign journals: as for the case of domestic journals, researchers tend to refer the latest issue: the major journal is discriminated from the others by getting a higher points

국내 참고 봉사 연구의 통시적 변천에 관한 연구

The purpose of this study is to know the trends of research of reference service in Korea before 21th century from beginning. After analyzing of representative subject bibliographies , domestic research of this field can be devided into four chronical stages; the beginning stage in 1950’s, the changing stage in 1970’s, the developing stage in 1980’s and professional stage in 1990’s. And found out both domestic and internaional research seemed to have focused on the service theory, however there have been some differences in their lower subjects. 본 연구는 국내에서의 도서관봉사에 관련된 연구가 연구의 시작기부터 세기가 바뀌기 전 1990년대에 이르기까지 어떠한 경향으로 변천되어 왔는가를 알기 위한 연구이다. 이를 위해 국내외의 관련 주제서지를 분석한 결과 국내의 참고봉사 연구는 1950년대를 시작기로하여 1970년대의 전환기, 1980년대의 발전기, 1990년대의 전문기로 각각 발전되어 왔으며 국내외 모두 봉사이론에 집중된 연구경향임을 알았다. 그리고 주제에 있어서는 국내외 간에 다소의 차이를 가지며 특히 국내의 연구주제에서는 도서관교육과 봉사경영을 상위 수준으로 취급하였음을 알았다.

도(道) 광역대표도서관 건립계획에 관한 일고(一考) - 전라북도를 중심으로 -

전북지역의 광역 대표도서관 건립계획의 일환으로 수행된 본 연구에서는 그 건립의 필요성과 도서관 3대 요소인 시설, 자료, 인력에 대한 기준과 근거를 제시하고 이에 따른 도 대표도서관의 모델을 제시하였다. 이를 위한 연구의 진행은 기존의 광역 대표도서관 사례를 분석하고, 관련 기준의 검토와 전북도의 환경적 현황을 분석한 결과를 토대로 하였으며, 대표도서관의 모델은 위치, 시설 및 업무조직을 중심으로 제시하였다.

마케팅조사의 결합분석법을 활용한 참고봉사의 평가에 관한 연구

The Purpose of this study is to explore and analyse ways of enhancing the effectiveness of reference service through reference evaluation. Marketing research technique combined with pre-evaluation theory was applied in this study to find out information for practice the service based on current concept of reference service. Aims and results of this study can be summarised as follows: First, the evaluation of effectiveness of reference service should be conducted for the purpose of finding out the ways of increasing user's satisfaction. Second, the policy evaluation was understood as the appropriated evaluation concept. The policy evaluation in principle coincides with reference service in sense that the satisfaction of public should have priority and hence be the criterion of the evaluation. Third, marketing research based on recently developed 'marketing concept', which concentrates all its efforts to meet user's demand and attempt to acquire the information for better marketing management of non-profit organization such as library, is examined to find out the evaluation method practically applicable to the pre-evaluation of reference service. In this study , conjoint analysis was adopted as the method of pre-evaluation about reference service. The Reference Room of the Central Library Yonsei University, was selected as the arget sample to find out the expected condition for the maximization of the user's satisfaction from the reference service. Based on this example study, the analysis indicates as the most desirable combination for reference service in terms of the user's satisfaction is following condition: the younger librarian with aimable personality who displays willingness In his/her assistance, plus as the method of reference service, sufficient and practical introduction to the reference materials available, plus immediate and satisfactory result of the service, and finally a library equipped with inter-library use system.

행정서비스의 민간위탁 사업평가를 통해 본 공공도서관 민간위탁의 함의

This study is attempt to find out the justification of the contracting-out for public library considering by the results from estimation about public service governed through contacting-out. For this study I made use of both integrated estimation of public services and evaluation of library service, which have beeing managed by contracting-out. Finally, I realized that attempting the contracting-out for public library may has many limitations due to the characteristics of library service and the failure to achieve the satisfaction of hon in public service.

전라북도 지역 공공도서관 활성화를 위한 지역 대표도서관의 역할에 관한 연구

This study aims to seek the role model of the regional central library as the chosen one to activate the regional public libraries by the newly revised law of library. We examined its roles in terms of supports and cooperations on the basis of the survey of the opinions and realizations of librarians working in Jeonbuk area and the analyses of the environmental factors specific to Jeonbuk. And conclude that as the cooperative roles, the regional central library can function as a hub library for the five specific regions in Jeonbuk; as the supportive roles, it can support the educational and cultural activities planning at the regional public libraries by building a pool for knowledge and information in Jeonbuk region.
