서울특별시 소재 일반고등학교 예술교과 교육과정 편제 분석

The purpose of this study is to analyze the arts curriculum of high schools in Seoul. Of 188 general high schools, 157 schools, which publically announced the three-year curriculum of 2018 class, were selected. The status of arts curriculum by grade, the number of units of arts curriculum by school, and the opening of arts subjects were analyzed. The results were as follows: There are 78 schools (49.6%) in which the arts curriculum is organized in the first, second, and third grades, and 79 (51.4%) are organized in only one grade or two grades. 49 out of 157 schools (31.2%) organized arts subjects designated by school. Among 108 schools where students are allowed to choose arts subjects, 41 schools (26.1%) fixed the arts credits that students can take. Therefore, of 157 schools, 90 schools have limitation for students in selecting the arts subjects. 이 연구는 서울특별시에 소재한 일반고등학교 예술교과 교육과정 편제를 분석하는 데 그 목적이 있다. 연구대상은 서울특별시 소재 188개의 일반고등학교 중 2018학년도 입학생의 3개년 교육과정 편제를 공시한 157개교이다. 공시된 교육과정 편제를 수합하여 학년별 예술교과 편제 현황, 학교별 예술교과 이수단위, 예술교과 과목 개설 현황, 예술과목 과목 개설 수 등을 분석하였다. 연구결과, 예술교과가 1, 2, 3학년 모든 학년에 편제되어 있는 경우는 78개교(49.6%)이고, 79개교 51.4%)에는 한학년 혹은 두 학년에만 편제되어 있다. 전체 157개교 중 49개교(31.2%)는 학교지정으로만 예술교과를 편제하였고, 학생선택이 가능한 108개 중에서도 이수단위를 지정한 학교가 41개교(26.1%)로, 총 90개교(57.3%)에서 학생선택의 폭이 제한적이었다.

교수·학습 지도안 구안 활동 중 수행한 동료 피드백에 대한 예비음악교사들의 인식

본 연구는 음악과 교수·학습 지도안 구안 활동 중 수행한 동료 피드백에 대한 예비음악교사들의 인식을 살펴보는 것이다. 이를 위해 23명의 음악교육전공 교육대학원생을 대상으로 동료 피드백 활동을 진행한 후 이에 대해 설문조사를 하였다. 연구결과 학생들은 동료 피드백 활동에 매우 긍정적인 반응을 보였으며, 동료 피드백 활동이 학습목표 설정, 학습내용 선정, 활동시간 배분, 교수·학습 방법 선정에 도움이 되었다고 보고하였다. 하지만, 학생들은 자신들의 피드백에 대한 확신이 부족했으며, 동료의 오류를 지적하거나 다소 많은 의견을 제시했을 때 그들의 교우 관계가 불편해질 것에 대해 걱정하였다. The purpose of this study was to examine pre-service music teachers’ perceptions of peer feedback practices conducted in designing a lesson plan. A total of 23 students who enrolled in the ‘Teaching Materials and Strategies in Music Education’ course participated in the study. Through questionnaires, pre-service music teachers’ perceptions of peer feedback practices were analyzed. The results of the study were as follows: the students were strongly positive about peer feedback practices and reported peer feedback practices were particularly helpful in identifying educational experiences and determining objectives. However, the students were not much confident in giving feedback and worried that peer feedback practices might threaten their relationships with peers when pointing out the errors or making too many comments.

예비초등교사의 악보 읽기 능력에 따른 시선 이동 분석

The purpose of this study was to analyze the eye movements of pre-service elementary school teachers while reading music and playing the piano to find out the difference according to music reading ability. To this end, each subject was asked to read a 5-bar single line melody and a 5-bar melody in parallel motion through a computer monitor and play on the electronic piano at the same time. Meanwhile, the eye tracker attached to the bottom of the computer monitor detects the eye movements. The results were as follow: First, total fixation number, mean fixation duration, and total fixation duration were different between reading a single line melody and reading a melody in parallel motion. Second, there was no significant correlation between music reading ability and total fixation number and mean fixation duration. Third, music reading ability was influenced by the way of music reading approach. Based on these findings, the study suggests implications for developing music reading ability.

한국피아노교수법학회논문집 : 악보 읽기와 눈의 움직임에 관한 문헌연구

눈의 움직임을 연구하는 것은 어떠한 시각 정보를 눈으로 읽는 데 있어서 그 방법이나 태도와 그에 관여하는 지각과정과 정신적 과정을 알아내기 위하여 현재까지 사용하는 가장 효과적인 연구 방법 중 하나이다. 눈의 움직임에 관한 연구는 글 읽기에 관한 연구에서 처음으로 시작되었는데, 현재까지 체계적이고 세밀한 연구를 바탕으로 글 읽기에 관여하는 정신적 지각과정의 많은 부분을 밝혔다. 악보 읽기에서도 눈의 움직임에 대한 연구가 진행되어 왔다. 비록 이는 글 읽기에 비하여 많이 발달하지 못하였지만, 악보 읽기에 관한 대략적인 이해를 가능하게 하였다. 본 논문에서는 악보를 읽을 때의 눈의 움직임에 관한 연구들을 고찰 분석하고 실질적 적용방향과 앞으로 나아가야 할 연구방향에 관하여 논하였다. 현재까지 악보 읽기와 눈의 움직임에 관한 연구들에서 밝혀진 바에 의하면, 악보를 잘 읽는 사람들은 그렇지 못한 사람들에 비하여 대체적으로 음표단위보다 더 큰 단위로 읽으며, 곡에 따라 2박자에서 4박자 정도 연주하는 것 보다 앞서 읽었다. 또한 악보를 잘 읽는 사람들은 악보를 읽을때 그렇지 못한 사람들 보다 화성이나 선율구성과 같은 음악 구성적인 요소들의 영향을 더 많이 받는 것으로 나타났다. 이를 토대로 보면, 악보를 효과적으로 읽기 위해서는 음들을 묶어서 읽고, 어느 정도 미리 읽으며, 음조, 화성, 선율구성과 형식, 박자, 리듬등과 같은 음악 구성적 요소들을 이해하고 익히는 것이 필요하다고 하겠다. 악보를 효과적으로 읽기 위한 보다 구체적인 정보를 얻기 위해서는 앞으로 악보 읽기와 눈의 움직임에 관한 연구도 보다 세밀하고 체계적으로 진행되어야 하겠다. Examining eye movements is one of the most effective methods to understand the cognitive underpinnings of the reading process. It was first adopted in text reading research, and research in eye movements and text readings has witnessed significant gains, revealing much of the cognitive processing. Research in eye movements and music reading also has been conducted. Although it has been underdeveloped compared to the text reading, significant achievements in music reading and eye movements had been made: Skilled readers read in larger units than one note, read 2 to 4 beats ahead of hands, and are more sensitive to the structural aspects of music. Based on these findings, one can argue that in order to improve music reading skill, it is necessary to read in larger units than one note, read ahead of one’s hands, and understand the structural aspects of music. Further research in eye movements during music reading should focus more on fine-grained structures to better understand the cognitive underpinnings of the music reading process.

대학 피아노 실기 시험의 교강사 평가와 대학생의 자기 평가 비교

본 연구는 대학 피아노 전공실기 시험에서 교강사의 평가와 대학생의 자기 평가를 비교하여 그 차이를 알아보는데 그 목적이 있다. 연구대상은 부산시에 소재한 D대학에 재학 중인 1, 2, 3학년 피아노 전공 대학생 60명과 피아노 전공실기 교강사 12명이며, 2학기말 피아노 전공실기 시험에서 8항목으로 구성된 피아노실기 평가표를 사용하여 평가하였다. 연구결과 교강사의 평가와 대학생의 자기 평가는 모든 학년에서 일치하지 않았고(p < 0.05), 대학생의 자기 평가는 교강사의 평가보다 낮았다. 또한 학년이 올라갈수록 교강사의 평가 점수는 높아지는 반면에 대학생의 자기평가 점수는 낮아져, 교강사 평가와 대학생의 자기 평가간의 측정오차(calibration bias)는 더 커졌다. 성적 상위권 대학생과 하위권 대학생의 평가를 비교한 결과, 성적 상위권 대학생들의 측정오차가 더 컸으며, 교강사와의 점수 일치도도 더 낮았다. The purpose of the research was to examine the difference between faculty evaluation and students`` self-evaluation of applied piano jury. The participants were 60 piano major students(1st, 2nd, and 3rd graders) and 12 piano faculty members at a university located in Busan, Korea. All of the participants assessed applied piano jury at the end of second semester, using 8 criteria rating scale. The results shows that students``s self-evaluations were different from faculty members`` and students grade significantly lower than faculty in all grades. While faculty``s score gets higher as with the grades, students`` self-evaluation score gets lower.

청소년의 정서발달을 위한 음악감상 지도방안

본 연구는 청소년의 정서발달을 위한 음악감상 지도방안을 개발하는 데 그 목적이 있다. 청소년기는 정서를 처리하고 조절하는 데 어려움을 겪을 수 있는 시기이며, 이 시기 정서 교육은 청소년의 정서적 안녕과 사회성 발달에 매우 중요하다. 음악감상은 정서에 직접적인 영향을 미치기 때문에 정서를 인식하고, 명명하고, 조절하는 데 효과적인 도구로 사용될 수 있다. 본 연구에서는 먼저, 청소년의 정서발달과 음악감상에 대한 이론적 배경을 살펴보고, 다음으로 청소년의 정서발달을 위한 음악감상 수업모형과 지도방법을 제시하고, 마지막으로 청소년의 정서발달을 위한 음악감상 지도방안 예시를 드뷔시의 『달빛』을 바탕으로 제시하였다. The purpose of this study is to develop a music appreciation teaching strategy for adolescent s emotional development. Adolescence is a period of difficulty in handling and controlling emotions. Thus, emotional education during this period is significant for adolescents to be emotional well-being and socially adaptive. Since listening to music has a direct effect on emotion, it can be used as an effective tool to aware, label, and regulate emotions. In this study first, the theoretical background of adolescent s emotional development and music appreciation is examined. Then, the music appreciation instructional model and teaching methods for adolescent s emotional development are presented. Lastly, an example of a lesson plan was presented based on Debussy s ‘Moonlight’.

피아노 교수법에 있어서 문제중심학습(PBL)의 적용 가능성 연구

This qualitative case study examines the implementation of a problem-based Learning in college piano pedagogy class for the purpose of identifying areas of improvement to the curriculum. The course was designed around problems that students work in small teams to solve under the guidance of facilitators, with sequence problems designed to foster the problem-solving skill. This report describes students` impressions of and experiences in the course. Students self-reports, student survey taken at the end of the semester, and the researcher`s student observation notes were the prior research data used. The results shows that PBL method was quite useful in college piano pedagogy class in that students not only acquired the professional knowledge but also developed problem-solving skills and communication skills. However, early in the learning process, students seemed to find it difficult to process a large amount of information in a short amount of time. The rigors of active problem solving might be an issue for the novices. Once students gain the expertise, the scaffolding inherent in problem-based learning helps learners avoid these issues.
