      • 의사결정기법을 이용한 2인승 경항공기 요구도 분석 및 최적대안형상 선정

        전 세계적으로 항공레저 스포츠가 급속적으로 활성화되는 가운데 국내에서도 항공레저 스포츠에 대한 국민적 관심과 욕구가 확대되고 있다. 본 논문에서는 2인승 경항공기를 개발하기 위한 설계 요구도를 분석하기 위해 요구도 분석 프로세스를 정립하였다. 요구도를 고객 요구도, 경쟁기종 기반 성능 요구도, 인증 요구도로 나누어 분석하였으며 그 결과 잠정적인 요구도를 제시하였다. 이 때 고객 요구도를 반영하여 항속거리와 항속시간에 대한 두 가지 임무조건을 설정하였다. 최적대안형상 선정 과정을 거쳐 기준형상을 선정하였고, 잠정적인 요구도의 적합성을 판단하기 위해 간단한 사이징 도구와 성능 해석 도구로 검증한 결과, 설계 가능하고 설계 요구사항을 만족하는 2인승 경항공기의 설계 요구도를 설정하였다. While Aviation leisure sport are rapidly activated in worldwide, public interest and desire for Aviation leisure sport is expanding in Korea. In this paper, the requirement analysis process was established to analysis the design requirement for development of 2-seat light aircraft. The requirement were are classified the customer requirement, performance requirement based on competing model, and certification requirement. As a result, tentative requirement is presented. Two mission conditions were set by cruising range and time using the customer requirement. Through the best alternative configuration selection process, the baseline was set. The tentative requirement was verified by simple sizing and performance analysis model to determine the suitability of provisional requirement. Finally, the design requirement of 2-seat light aircraft which is designable and satisfies required design factor were set.

        항공기용 연료계통 압력조절밸브의 FMEA를 적용한 신뢰성 설계

        The reliability assessment is performed for Pressure Control Regulator of Aircraft Fuel System using reliability procedure which consists of the reliability analysis and the Failure Modes and Effects Analysis(FMEA). The target reliability as MTBF(Mean Time Between Failure) is set to 5000hr. During the reliability analysis process, the system is categorized by Work Breakdown Structure(WBS) up to level 3, and a reliability structure is defined by schematics of the system. Since the components and parts that have been collected through EPRD/NPRD. The predicted reliability to meet mission requirements and operating conditions is estimated as 4375.9hr. To accomplish the target reliability, the components and parts with high RPN have been identified and changed by analyzing the potential failure modes and effects. By changing the configuration design of components and parts with high-risk, the design is satisfied target reliability.

        Calcium Uptake in Mouse Oocyte Matured in Vitro

        배양중인 생쥐 난자의 성숙에 미치는 배양액 내 calcim의 영향을 알아보기 위하여 1.71mM $Ca^{2+}$을 처리한 배양액과 $Ca^{2+}$이 존재하지 않는 배양액에서 난자를 배양하여 불꽃 원자 흡수 분광 광도계를 이용하여 배양된 난자의 $Ca^{2+}$농도를 측정하였다. 1) $Ca^{2+}$처리한 배양액에서 배양된 cumulus-cell이 제거된 (denuded oocyte)난자들은 시간이 지남에 따라 $Ca^{2+}$농도가 높게 나타났고, 2) $Ca^{2+}$처리하지 않은 배양액에서는 denuded난자는 3시간째 배양될때 부터 $Ca^{2+}$양이 줄어 들었다. Cumulus-enclosed난자는 $Ca^{2+}$존재하에서는 GVBD가 일어났다고 생각되는 4시간까지 계속 증가를 보인 반면 $Ca^{2+}-free$에서는 배양되지 않은 난자와 거의 차이가 없게 나타났다. 3) 핵막붕괴가 일어난 후부터 15시간까지 배양시컸을 때에는 CEO와 denuded oocyte에서 공히 $Ca^{2+}$의 농도는 다시 증가된 상태로 계속 되었다. 이런 결과로 미루어 보아 난자 성숙시 부터 성숙과정이 끝날때가지 exteral $Ca^{2+}$이 요구되고 있음을 증명해 주고있다. 그러나 이러한 세포질내의 $Ca^{2+}$및 bound calcium이 난자 성숙시부터 어떤 역활을 하고 있는 기작에 대해서는 좀 더 연구가 있어야겠다.

        The Association Between Shift Work and Health Behavior: Findings from the Korean National Health and Nutrition Examination Survey

        Background: Shift workers are increasing worldwide, and various negative health effects of shift work have been reported. This study aimed to evaluate the relationship between shift work and health behavior.Methods: This cross-sectional study included a total of 11,680 Korean adults (6,061 men and 5,619 women) aged ≥20 years old who participated in the Fifth Korean National Health and Nutrition Examination Survey, 2010–2012. Multiple logistic regression analysis was performed to evaluate the association between shift work and health be-havior after adjusting for covariates.Results: In men, shift work was associated with an increased risk of inadequate sleep (odds ratio [OR], 1.18; 95% confidence interval [CI], 1.00 to 1.40) compared to day work. In women, shift work was associated with an in-creased risk of smoking (OR, 1.73; 95% CI, 1.34 to 2.22) and inadequate sleep (OR, 1.24; 95% CI, 1.05 to 1.47) com-pared to day work. In an age-stratified subgroup analysis, female shift workers aged ≥50 years old demonstrated an increased risk of smoking (OR, 5.55; 95% CI, 3.60 to 8.55), alcohol consumption (OR, 2.22; 95% CI, 1.53 to 3.23), and inadequate sleep (OR, 1.50; 95% CI, 1.10 to 2.05) compared to female day workers.Conclusion: Shift work is associated with worse health behavior, and this is most evident in women aged ≥50 years. Targeted strategies to reduce the negative health effects of shift work should be implemented, with consideration of shift workers’ demographic characteristics.

      • 경항공기 요구도 분석 및 기준형상 선정 프로세스 연구

        본 연구에서는 항공기 초기 개념설계 단계에서의 설계 요구도 분석과 기준형상 선정을 위해 의사결정기법을 적용하여 논리적이고 정량적으로 기준을 정하고 여러 대안 형상을 그 기준에 맞추어 평가 및 선택하는 과정을 고안하였다. 이를 위해 정량적인 요구도 분석 기법을 이용한 기준형상 선정 프로세스를 정립하였으며, 이를 2인승 경항공기에 적용하여 초기 개념설계 수준의 설계 요구도와 기준형상을 설정하였다. 요구도를 고객 요구도, 경쟁기종 기반 성능 요구도, 인증 요구도로 나누어 분석하였으며 그 결과 잠정적인 설계 요구도를 제시하였다. 이 때 고객 요구도를 반영하여 항속거리와 항속시간에 대한 두 가지 임무조건을 설정하였으며, 개념설계 단계의 사이징 해석도구를 이용하여 1차 설계 요구도를 도출하였다. 기준형상 선정 과정을 거쳐 두가지 기준형상이 선정되었으며, 개념설계 및 해석을 수행한 결과를 정량적으로 측정한 사용자 요구도를 바탕으로 의사결정기법을 수행한 결과 하나의 기준형상을 도출하였다. In this research, the logical and quantitative process was developed to analyze the design requirements to select baseline configuration selection in preconceptual design process using decision making model. The quantitative requirements analysis process using decision making model was established. The 2-seat light Aircraft was applied to define design requirements and baseline configuration in preconceptual design process. The design requirements were classified into the customer requirement, performance requirement based on competing model, and certification requirement. As a result, tentative design requ irement set was presented. Two mission conditions were selected as cruising range and endurance using the customer requirement. Through the baseline configuration selection process, the first design requirement were set. Through the selection process based on two baseline configuration has been selected. Finally, one baseline configuration was selected by carrying out decision-making techniques based on the quantitative results measured by the conceptual design and analysis.

        안면골 골절에 대한 임상적 연구

        This is a retrospective study on facial bone fractures of Koreans. This study was based on a series of 110 patients who had been treated for facial bone fractures as in patient at Guro Hospital, School of Medicine, Korea University for the period of September, 1984. to August. 1988. The results were obtained as follows : 1. 2nd decade(42.7%) was the highest age group in incidence, and age range was 2 years to 72 years, and the ration of Male/Female was 3.7 : 1 2. Falling was most frequent cause of facial bone fractures(40.9%) 3. The frequent location of facial bone fractures were mandibule(67.1%), zygoma & zygomatic arch(11.7%), maxilla(10.9%), and others in order. 4. In mandibular fractures, one site fractures showed 30.1% and two site fractures showed 58.8% and triple site fractures showed 11.1%. The most frequent site of mandibular fracture was symphysis(32.7%) 5. The most frequent month of facial bone fracture was September.

        코로나19 유행 동안 고혈압ㆍ당뇨병 유병 여부에 따른 소득수준별 일상신체활동 변화: 2020년 지역사회건강조사를 이용하여

        Objectives: This study aimed to examine the changes in daily physical activities during the COVID-19 epidemic compared to before COVID-19 according to the prevalence of hypertension and diabetes. Furthermore, it also investigated whether a difference in the decrease in daily physical activity occurred according to economic level. Methods: The participants included 64,840 people in the hypertensive/diabetic group and 96,092 people in the non-hypertensive/-diabetic group using the 2020 Community Health Survey data. A multivariable logistic regression analysis was used to calculate the adjusted odds ratios for the decrease in daily physical activities during the COVID-19 epidemic between the two groups. Household income was stratified into quartiles to determine the association according to economic level. Results: During COVID-19, the decrease rate of daily physical activities in the hypertensive/diabetic group was 46.1%, which was significantly lower than that in the non-hypertensive/-diabetic group (51.5%) (aOR, 95% CI: 0.961, 0.934-0.989). However, in the lowest income group (1st quartile), the decrease in daily physical activities was higher in the hypertension/diabetes group (aOR, 95% CI: 1.114, 1.051-1.181). Conclusion: Strategies are needed to maintain and increase physical activities among hypertensive or diabetic patients in low-income groups during the COVID-19 pandemic. .

        항공안전 규정 및 의사결정모델을 이용한 항공기 형상선정기법 연구

        본 연구에서는 개념 설계 과정에서 항공 인증 규정 및 의사결정모델을 이용하여 최적화 문제 구성과 항공기 기준형상을 선정하는 프로세스를 정립하고, 이를 소형제트항공기에 적용하였다. 항공기 안전성을 보장하기 위한 최소안전 요구조건인 항공 인증 규정은 항공기 설계 초기단계에서부터 고려되어야 하는 사항으로 반드시 만족해야 한다. 인증 규정 및 사용자 요구도 분석 후, 산업공학기법인 Affinity Diagram, Nested Column Diagram, Quality Function Deployment (QFD), Pugh Concept Selection Matrix와 같은 의사결정모델을 사용하여 alternative 형상군에 대한 평가를 수행하였다. 그 후 Best alternative 형상에 대한 설계가능영역 분석을 통해 항공 인증 규정에 적합하고 객관적인 문제 구성 및 항공기 기준형상을 도출 할 수 있었다. For the very light jet aircraft design, the design baseline configuration has been selected using the logical decision making process, and the design optimization problem is formulated by considering the airworthiness regulations as design constraints. Airworthiness regulations are the minimum requirements for the safe aircraft flight and must be considered from the conceptual design stage. After carefully selecting the airworthiness constraints and the user specified requirements, a series of design making models including the affinity diagram, nested column diagram, quality function deployment (QFD), Pugh concept selection matrix, are used to find and evaluate alternative configuration baselines. From the feasible design space searching process, the best altenative design, which satisfies the airworthiness constraints while excluding the user subjective decisions as much as possible, has been successfully derived.
