        12주 걷기 운동이 중년비만여성의 신체조성과 혈중 지질 성분에 미치는 영향

        This study has been written to compare and analyze middle aged obese women's body composition and blood lipid by walking that is representative of aerobic exercise. The middle aged obese women live in K dong, G si and have 25~30 kg/m2 range of BMI. The walking is enforced in a 300m track playground of K elementary school, G si, Kyoung-ki do from 6:30 PM to 8:00 PM. A leader let them take 20 turns by a target heart rate which is based on personal intensity of exercise (60~70%HRmax). The exercise is enforced three times a week (Mon, Wed, Fri) for 12 weeks. It is under consideration that the middle aged obese women do not have experience of exercise. The average value and standard deviation is deduced by SPSS Ver 12.0. The significant differences in group is deduced by 'Paired t-test' and in range P<0.5, the significance is inspected. There are conclusions. First, there is 1% significant difference at BMI and weight when an author analyze body composition which is compared before exercising with after exercising. However there is no significant differences at an amount of muscles and lean body mass. Second, there is 5% significant difference at total cholesterol when an author analyze blood lipid which is compared before exercising with after exercising. Also there is 1% significant difference at triglyceride. But there are no differences between HDL-C and LDL-C. To conclude, regular walking gives middle aged obese women positive effects at blood such as reducing BMI weight, total cholesterol and triglyceride. The other side, there are not much significant differences at an amount of muscles, lean body mass and HDL-C and LDL-C. It might be the walking is low intensity exercise and period of exercising was short. Thus to keep exercising continually and strengthen intensity of exercise would be needed. Also to try various events during long period would be needed.

        This study is to evaluate effect's difference of Leisure Satisfaction Scale for Jazz Dance Attendance. It researched effectively for Jazz Dance Attendance and motive, It also offer a fundamental information of study related with Jazz Dance, This study processed a subject of middle aged woman who attended Jazz dance at Life Education Organization and Society Education Organization in Kyunggi-do S and A city during periodic time, The measurement implement is used the Ragheb & Beard's Leisure Satisfaction Scale. It used a demographic factors and attended feature factors 4 questionnaire, a psychological satisfaction factor 4 questionnaire, a physical satisfaction factors 4 questionnaire, an environmental satisfaction factors 3 questionnaire, an educational satisfaction factors 4 questionnaire, The confidence level is showed .79 ~.83. Data information analyze using SPSS version 11.0, It produced the M, SD for acquiring feature of responsor and fundamental data of study object, It used reliability analysis for acquiring Cronbach' a of research questionnaire, Also it is used one-way ANOVA and independent T-Test for difference verification between the group according to each variables. Suppose it has a significant difference, for using I Multiple comparison method, according to this step is the following results; First of all. It was showed a significant difference of a psychological and educational satisfaction factors by age 50. Second, It was showed a significant difference or a psychological and environmental satisfaction factors at an effect's difference of Leisure Satisfaction Scale by academic education lower high school. Third, it was showed a significant difference of a psychological, environmental, and educational satisfaction factors at an effect's difference of Leisure Satisfaction Scale by salary. Forth, it was not showed a significant difference of each factors at an effect's difference of Leisure Satisfaction Scale by attended time.

        핸드스프링 동작의 운동학적 분석

        Bae, N-E. A Kinematical Analysis of Forward Handspring Motion. Korean Journal of Sport Biomechanics, Vol. 13, No. 2, pp. 89-100. In this research was to analyze 3-D kinematics variables for handspring of basic motion in the heavy gymnastics in order to investigate kinematical difference between expert and novice. Therefore, the purpose of this research was provide quantitative information, systematic provision, rules, establishment of basic skill for improving skill and teaching athletes. And in the research, results were as followings. 1. In the time variables, total time was that expert took 0.745sec and novice took 0.829sec. and as duration time of each event, expert was faster that novice in the air motion event except till second event of the preparation motion. 2. In the center of body variables. vertical direction variables, the displacement of body center hight was that expert showed 61.26% and novice showed 54.48% in the third event of air motion, also all event were showed expert was higher displacement than novice except first of event in preparatory stage. 3. In the angle displacement of main joint, the right direction was that expert showed 154.12degree and novice showed 174.85degree and the left direction was that expert showed 159.29degree and novice showed 171.46degree in the second event of main joint curved point at the same time hand was reached floor. In the angle displacement of knee joint in the third event of air motion. expert showed 155.25degree and novice showed 154.00degree in right, and expert showed 155.24degree and novice showed 154.55degree in left. In this result, both were same motion type. In the angle displacement of hip joint in the third event of the air motion, expert showed 142.80degree and novice showed 134.17degree in right. and expert showed 140.28degree and novice showed 144.94degree in left. In this result, motion pattern of expert was same both sides, but novice was different. According to the results, to increase efficiency of motion and aesthetic effect in the air motion, it should stretch displacement and height of body center and make similarly angle of right and left joint.

        유산소 운동시 배경음악의 음압레벨이 심폐기능에 미치는 영향

        This study is to compare the difference of stress hormones secretion, fatigue factors, and cardiovascular function during exercise with sound pressure, and then is to analyze the difference among physiological variables following with the music pressure. The result is as follows. cardiovascular function: There is a significant difference on minute ventilation, CO2 output for male during aerobic exercise with the pressure level of background music. There is a significant difference on respiratory exchange rate for female during aerobic exercise with the pressure level of background music. As a result, it has an influence upon personal mentality, temper, and emotion can be expressed variously. Subjects, the test room condition, personal mentality etc. so that the protocol pondered over variables.

        수중운동이 중년 여성의 스트레스 호르몬 변화에 미치는 영향

        The aim of this study were to evaluate the effect of aquatic exercise on stress hormone of middle aged women. This is a place objective which provide the mental health for aquatic exercise, the conclusion which it follows hereupon with afterwords is same. First, It showed the interaction effect which, case of the ACTH considers also the before and after group but motion the meaningless difference which it showed. Second, It showed the interaction effect which, case of the Epinephrine considers also the before and after motion but group the meaningless difference which it showed. Third, It showed the interaction effect which, case of the Norepinephrine considers also the before and after motion but group the meaningless difference which it showed. Forth, It showed the interaction effect which, case of the Cortisol considers but the before and after motion and group the meaningless difference which it showed. With this conclusion it leads, it sends the proposal afterwords. participate in aquatic exersise of Middle-aged women positively works on physical health as well as mental health and psychological satisfaction. Therefore, the development of a variety of aquatic exercise program could give fun and interesting.

      • 저가형 초미세먼지 센서 정확도 향상을 위한 인공지능 기반 센서 데이터 예측 기법

        컴퓨팅 속도가 발전함에 따라 빠른 컴퓨팅 속도를 이용한 머신러닝과 딥러닝을 이용한 센서 데이터의 분석사례가 늘고 있다. 이 논문에서는 여러 인공지능 분석기법을 이용해 저가형 센서 데이터가(PM2.5) 고가형 센서와 근접한 성능을 낼 수 있는 방법에 대해 제안하며, 각각의 분석기법을 통한 예측값을 비교해 봄으로로써 인공지능 기법의 특성에 관해 기술하였다. As computing speed develops, there are more and more cases of machine learning using fast computing speed and analysis of sensor data using deep learning. This paper suggests how low-cost sensor data(PM2.5) can perform close to high-end sensors by using various artificial intelligence analysis methods. This paper also describes the characteristics of artificial intelligence techniques by comparing the predicted values through each analysis method.

        12주간 복합적인 운동 방법이 중년비만여성의 신체조성과 혈중지질 성분에 미치는 영향

        This study is enforced to compare and analyze body composition and blood lipid of middle aged obese women who have BMI 25~30 ㎏/m2 by walking and unaerobic exercise. The walking is enforced on the treadmill in a health club without a slope. Then, 4 times of unaerobic exercise of the upper and lower part of the body is enforced 7~10 times, 3 sets for 30 minutes. The exercise program is based on personal intensity of exercise and enforced three times a week for 12 weeks. The data is deduced by SPSS Ver 14.0 and paired t-test. The significance is inspected, range p<0.5. There are conclusions. First, there is 1% significant difference at weight and 5% significant difference at BMI/ the amount of muscles analyzed body composition, compared before and after. But, there is no significant difference at Body fat mass. Second, there is no significant difference at blood lipid about all items. To conclude, composition of aerobic and unaerobic exercise shows a positive significant difference at the change of BMI and weight. Thus it is the most effective way. Also, the negative effects like a decrease of muscles are temporary changes, caused of the short-term training and difference of the exercising methods. Thus to keep exercising continually and strengthen intensity of exercise and try various events during long period would be needed.
