        소아에서 발생한 눈물샘 여러형태샘종 1예

        Purpose: To report one case of pleomorphic adenoma of the lacrimal gland in a child. Case summary: A 7-year-old boy presented with a 2-month history of an exophthalmos and mild ptosis of the left eye; there were no other ophthalmologic problems. Orbit MRI revealed a well-defined mass in the left lacrimal gland and a defect in the orbital roof due to pressure erosion. Tumor resection was performed via a lateral orbitotomy and a biopsy was requested. The biopsy revealed tumor tissue that was composed of epithelial elements with variably sized duct formation. Focal squamous metaplasia and keratin production was also observed. Conclusions: Pleomorphic adenoma of the lacrimal gland should be considered as a differential diagnosis of a lacrimal gland mass in a child. J Korean Ophthalmol Soc 2014;55(3):422-425

        잠수함 모델을 이용한 Flash-KD 프로토콜의 탈자 안정도 분석

        The Anhysteretic deperm protocol has many benefits for decrease of the permanent magnetization for Korean naval vessels, for example, the simplicity of its procedure, short treatment time, and the creation of permanent vertical magnetization. However, the permanent vertical magnetization created by Anhysteretic deperm protocol suffers from low magnetic stability. On the other hand, the Flash-D protocol shows higher magnetic stability compared to Anhysteretic deperm protocol but it is complex and requires long treatment time. In this paper, a Flash-KD protocol which omitted the second stage of Flash-D protocol was used to deperm a scaled model submarine. The experiment showed that the stability of magnetization created by the Flash-KD protocol is similar to that of Flash-D protocol, while it is superior compared to that of Anhysteretic deperm protocol. Further investigation will be followed to apply the Flash-KD protocol to Korean naval vessels.

        급성대상잠재성외망막병증의 임상양상

        목적: 급성대상잠재성외망막병증의 임상양상을 보고하고자 한다. 대상과 방법: 2003년 5월부터 2015년 5월까지 분당서울대학교병원에서 급성대상잠재성외망막병증으로 진단된 13명의 의무기록을 후향적으로 분석해 임상양상을 살펴보았다. 결과: 초진 시 평균 연령은 28.5세이고, 여성이 11명(84.6%)이었다. 초진 시 4명이 양안이었고, 경과 관찰 중 7명에서 양안이 침범되었다. 추적관찰 기간은 평균 42.8 ± 30.3개월이었고, 증상 발생 후 진단까지 평균 62.1 ± 93.1주가 소요되었다. 시야결손, 광시증 등이 흔한 주소였고, 병변안의 평균 최대교정시력(logarithm of the minimum angle of resolution, logMAR)은 0.28 ± 0.56이었으며, 최대 교정시력이 0.5 이상인 경우가 85.0%였다. 구면대응치는 평균 -4.59 ± 3.23디옵터(diopter, D)이고 75.0%에서 -2.00D 이상의 근시가 있었다. 초진 시 6명 8안(30.8%), 경과 관찰 중 7명 9안(34.6%)에서 안저 이상을 보였다. 13명 모두 망막전위도검사와 시야검사에서 이상이 나타났다. 13명 20안에서 시야결손이 발생했고 10안(50.0%)에서 호전, 4안(20.0%)에서 악화, 6안(30.0%)은 비슷하게 유지되었다. 상기도감염 증상(4명, 30.8%), 피로감(4명, 30.8%), 구역감(2명, 15.4%), 두통(2명, 15.4%) 등이 동반되었다. 결론: 근시안의 젊은 여성이 갑자기 시야결손과 광시증을 호소할 경우 급성대상잠재성외망막병증을 의심하고 망막전위도와 시야검사를 시행해야 한다. 대부분 중심시력은 양호하며, 일부에서 시야장애는 호전된다. Purpose: To investigate the clinical characteristics of patients with acute zonal occult outer retinopathy (AZOOR). Methods: Medical records of 13 patients who visited Seoul National University Bundang Hospital from May, 2003 to May, 2015 and diagnosed with AZOOR were retrospectively reviewed. Results: Thirteen patients (11 women and 2 men), with a mean age of 28.5 ± 11.4 years were followed for 42.8 ± 30.3 months. Visual field loss, photopsia, and blurred vision were common complaints. Initially, four patients had bilateral disease and seven patients showed bilateral involvement at the last visit. Mean best corrected visual acuity of involved eyes (BCVA) was 0.75 ± 0.32 (log MAR). Among 20 eyes with AZOOR, BCVA was 20/40 or better in 17 eyes (85.0%). The mean spherical equivalent was -4.59 ± 3.23 diopters (D), and 15 eyes (75.0%) had myopia less than -2.00 D. Nine eyes of seven patients (34.6%) had abnormal fundus findings. All patients underwent full field electroretinogram (ERG) or multifocal ERG and a visual field test. Thirteen patients (100.0%) showed a decreased response in ERG and visual field defects presented in every patient. With respect to the visual field test, 10 eyes (50.0%) showed improvement, 6 eyes (30.0%) had stationary status, and the progression of the visual field defect was observed in 4 eyes (20.0%). Among 13 patients, 4 (30.8%) patients showed flu-like symptom, 4 (30.8%) patients had fatigue, 2 (15.4%) patients had nausea, and 2 (15.4%) patients showed headache. Conclusions: AZOOR should be considered as one of the differential diagnoses, especially in female patients with myopia who show photopsia or visual field defects. ERG and visual field tests are necessary to confirm a decrease in retinal function and visual field loss. Central vision is preserved in most cases and recovery of visual field defect occurs often.

        This paper deals with the construction of database system for the human sensibility evaluation.Recently, although a great deal of research efforts have been made to find out the relationships between products and emotion, the main focus of studies have been on visual and auditory sense and less on human sensibility evaluation. Therefore, we think that continuous and systematic studies on odors and the construction of database system are strongly needed in order to enhance the competitive power of products related to them.In this paper, we developed a human sensibility evaluation database system fitted with the characteristics of our country. 쏜 design procedures of database system are presented. According to these procudures, a new database system is implemented on personal computer using MS Access and Visual and is validated.

        The Purpose of this paper is to propose the depreciation method with lower tax and higher profits in technological and economical sides to the lifetimes within the tax law and in accounting the annual depreciation costs for selecting from depreciation methods to have major effects to accounting of income taxes. The criterion is to select a depreciation method in accordance with the largest sum of present value of annual depreciation costs in considering the timely value of cost amounts. The legal lifetimes of fixed assets with unstandardized lifetime must be determined as lower as possible, if it allows to make compromise with tax authorities.

      • 시뮬레이션을 활용한 DIO가공시스템에서의 운영정책의 비교평가

        In this paper, an integrated-automated manufacturing system called direct-input-output manufacturing system(DIOMS) is described. We only consider the operational aspect for DIOMS. Once DIOMS is designed appropriately, the system efficiency depends on the method of operation applied These operation problems include dispatching rules of storage/retrieval(S/R) machine, input sequence control methods and storage policies. In this paper, these control method are researched and under the given system conditions, DIOMS is modeled and simulated as to developed operational policies. For the performance characteristics, mean flow time and throughput are adopted. For each performance measure, an optimal operating policy and condition are determined.

      • Effects of the Simulator Sickness on Sensibility Evaluation : An Analysis Using Subjective Evaluation and Physiological Signals 주관적 평가 및 생체신호에 의한 해석

        시뮬레이터 Sickness에 의한 심리적, 생리적 영향은 시뮬레이터를 이용한 감성 자극 및 평가 연구에 큰 왜곡 요소로 작용할 수 있다. 본 연구는 자동차 Graphic 시뮬레이터에서 일정한 속도(60㎞/h)로 60분간 주행하면서 나타나는 피험자의 시뮬레이터 Sickness의 변화를 전체 피험자에 대해, 성별에 대해 그리고 Sickness 수준에 따라 구분하여 5분간의 시간 간격으로 주관적 평가와 생리신호를 통해 살펴봄으로써, 시뮬레이터 Sickness가 감성 평가에 어떤 영향을 끼칠 수 잇는지에 대해서 논의하였다. 본 연구의 결과에서 전체 피험자에 대한 주관적인 시뮬레이터 Sickness 평가 결과는 10분 이후부터 안정에 비해 통계적 유의차가 나타났고 시간이 지남에 따라 선형적으로 증가하였다. 중추 및 자율 신경계의 생리 신호의 결과는 안정에 비해 5분 이후부터 α/total 감소와 교감 신경계의 활성화를 유발하였지만, 5분 이후부터는 시간에 따른 특정 변화를 발견할 수 없었다. 남녀 성별에 따라 뚜렷한 주관적, 생리적 차이점은 발생하지 않았고 전체 피험자의 경향과 일치하였다. 그러나 Sick군과 Non-Sick 군 사이에는 주관적 평가 결과와 Cz 부위에서 α/total 뇌파 변화가 두 그룹간에 뚜렷이 구별되었다. 본 연구로부터 시뮬레이터 Sickness에 의해 유발되는 α/total 뇌파 변화와 교감 신경계의 활성화는 쾌도 및 긴장도를 판단하는데 왜곡 요소로 작용할 수 있을 것이다. 그러므로 향후 시뮬레이터 상에서 정확한 감성 판단을 위해서는 이러한 왜곡 요소를 최소화 내지 제거시킬 수 있는 방법을 개발하여야만 할 것으로 사료된다. The present study investigated the effects of simulator sickness, as an important bias factor, on evaluation of emotional changes under the controlled condition of driving a car for 60min at a constant speed (60km/h) in a graphic simulator. Simulator sickness was measured and analyzed every 5 min using both subjective evaluation and physiological signals. Results of the subjective evaluation showed there was a significant difference between the rest and the driving conditions 10 min after main experiment started and that the level of difference increased linearly with time. Analysis of the central and the autonomic nervous systems showed the significant differences in δ, θ, α and β bands of an electroencephalogram (EEG), skin temperature, and the R-R interval between the rest and the driving conditions after about 5 min from the start of driving. In particular, there was the highest correlation between parameter of and subjective evaluation, and thus, was considered an effective physiological parameter for numerically evaluating simulator sickness. The results indicate that physiological changes due to simulator sickness can bea bias factor in objective evaluation of human sensibility.

      • Evaluation of Process Capability for Lognormal Distribution by Using Johnson System

        비정규공정에 대한 공정능력평가를 정규공정으로 잘못 적용하면 심각한 오류를 범할 수 있다. 이러한 문제를 해결하기 위하여, Owen 과 Li의사례를 통해 비정규공정의 공정능력을 Johnson시스템에 의해 불량률의 측도로 제시하였으며, Slifker 와 Shapiro의 판별식을 사용한 결과 대수정규분포로 판정되었다. 불랑률의 추정은 대수정규분포의 모수 추정으로 표현된 Z변환식의 사용과 대수정규분포의 누적분포함수를 사용한 것이 동일한 결과를 보여 주고 있다. Quality Characteristics analyzed in statistical process control often are required to be normally distributed. If a characteristic is not normally distributed, but normal-based techniques are used, serious errors can result. In particular, the Pearson and Johnson families of curves are most commonly used to describe non-normal process data. Johnson systems is one of a translation system that is a family of transformations from the population distribution to a more convenient distribution, usually the normal distribution. Accordingly, We considered the Johnson system because that can more easily be applied the non-normal data to normality. In this paper, We use the sample quantile ratio in conjunction with S_L curve, estimating its parameters, performing probability calculations.
