국문 요약 동아시아의 지속적인 경제발전과 더불어 각국 정부 주도의 동아시아 항공시장의 허브 & 스포크 전략은 여객, 화물의 증대 및 시설의 지속적인 확충 등 가시적인 성과를 보여 왔다. 동아시아 주요국은 각 국가별 경제발전 속에서 국민소득의 증대, 올림픽 개최, 수출증대 등으로 여객과 화물의 급성장을 경험하고 있다. 하지만, 최근 주요 국가들의 자국 공항의 ‘동아시아 허브공항화’ 목표를 위해 추진 중인 발전계획은 세계경제위기, 항공화물수요 감소 등과 함께 전 세계 항공산업 발전의 위기와 더불어, 전 세계 허브공항의 경영과도 큰 관련성을 갖는다. 이러한 변화의 시기에 기업경영에 중요한 개념으로 주목받는 공급사슬관리(SCM : Supply Chain Management)는 변화된 경영환경에 있어 새로운 시각의 접근방법으로 주목받고 있다. 제한된 지리적인 사업장에서 전 세계의 원료, 운송, 거점, 인력의 운용 등에 전체 회사조직의 접근과 통제가 요구되는 시점이다. 또한, 이와 같은 변화는 정보기술의 오랜 연구와 급속한 신기술의 발전에 힘을 얻었다. 이와 같이 산업의 지역주의 탈피와 SCM과 확장된 개념의 GSCM시스템을 요구하는 경영환경에서 아시아 시장의 수요 공급 집중과 동남아시아에 집중된 신흥경제국의 경제성장률, 노동력과 생산성의 향상, 잠재적 소비시장으로서의 아시아의 위상증진, 생산기지로서 아시아 지역이 부각되고 있다. 특히, 각종 항공화물운송 물동량 지수를 근거로 동아시아 지역의 상위를 차지하는 중국 상하이 푸동 국제공항, 중국 홍콩 첵랍콕 국제공항, 대한민국 인천국제공항, 일본 도쿄 나리타국제공항, 싱가포르 창이국제공항을 주요 허브공항으로 선정하여 다국적 기업 SCM 담당자, 항공특송업체, 항공교통 연구자를 대상으로 AHP 설문를 실시하여 통계치를 산출한다. 본 연구는 허브공항으로서 항공물류 여객 발전의 시기적인 변화와 동아시아 주요 국가의 허브공항 전략 추진이라는 내외부적인 환경과 기업의 SCM 경영이라는 상황변화 분석을 통하여, 선행연구와 이론적 고찰 및 AHP 연구방법을 활용하여 다국적 기업의 거점물류센터 유치를 위해 허브공항에 요구되는 유치 요인들과 다국적 기업의 효율적인 거점물류센터 선택 요인을 도출하는 것을 목적으로 한다. 또한, AHP기법을 이용하여 요인별 가중치를 통해 산출된 각 허브공항별 유치요인과 도시, 거리, GDP 등이 고려된 수요와 수요 외 요인들에 대한 평가를 통해 현재 각 공항이 가진 장점, 유치요인 등을 분석하고, 다른 허브공항과의 경쟁우위와 보완하여야 할 부분에 대하여 분류하였다. 본 연구 중 사용된 AHP 분류를 세분화하여, 공항의 지속가능 발전성과 Risk요인이 허브공항의 유치에 미치는 직접적인 영향을 계량화하여 활용되기를 기대한다. Abstract In addition to the ongoing economic development of East Asia, hub & spoke strategy led by East Asian Governments, its increasing of the passenger, cargo has been shown to have a continuous replenishment of the facility, visible performance. In the midst of the regional economic development and other major nations in East Asia, the increase in exports, such as Olympic host, passengers and cargo has the fastest growth rate. However, in recent years, major hubs in East Asia at the airport of the market's goal being promoted for the development plan is one of the world's economic crisis, air cargo demand reduction, along with the crisis in the aviation industry worldwide with a large hub airports around the world have the relevance of sales transient. Changes in the timing of these important concepts to aspiring business management supply chain management (SCM: Supply Chain Management) is a new perspective of the business environment changed approach to attract attention. Around the world in a limited geographical sites of raw materials, transportation, base, human resources and the management and control of enterprise-wide approach is required to take advantage of the times to go. This change is a long and rapid accumulation of information technology is made possible by the development of new technologies. Thus, regionalism, peeled and SCM industries, and extended the concept of GSCM system requirements of the Asian market supply and demand in the business environment and focus on economic growth in emerging economies, concentrated in Southeast Asia, labor and improve productivity, as a potential consumer market in Asia enhancement phase, the production base is emerging as a focus on the Asian region. This study is the development of passenger air logistics hub as time changes and a major national hub of East Asia that promote internal and external environment and corporate strategy of SCM management through the analysis of that situation changes, prior research and theory, research methods to study and take advantage of AHP attract multinational companies based in the logistics center for the hub and the factors required to attract multinational companies based in the efficient distribution center for the purpose of selecting the derived factors . In addition, AHP method by using weighting factors determined in the factors attracting each hub airports and cities, distance, GDP, etc. Considering demand and other factors in assessing the demand for the current strengths of each airport, attracting factor and analysis and the other hubs and the competitive advantage and to supplement the portion of the reduced was classified . AHP classification used in this study to refine the performance of sustainable development of the hub-airport to attract risk factors to quantify the direct impact on the output to expect.
