        개인화된 뉴스 추천과 신문 제작을 위한 반응형 웹사이트의 설계 및 구현

        Recently, there has been an increasing demand in personalized web news article recommendation service that customizes the newspaper according to the user’s preference. However, it can be true that the current research in news services through extracting the people with common interests and similar characteristics is still lacking. This study will give guidance to news recommendation system and creating a customized newspaper by using collaborative filtering techniques and newspaper articles framing techniques. To implement this system, we built a server that collects the users’ scrapped articles information and ratings of the users’ scrapped news articles; the server performs collaborative filtering algorithms to recommend the articles by the similarity measurement. News articles are collected from the web sites of each media outlet by using crawling techniques, and embodied search function by using web portal site’s API. In order to make this service practically usable, user interface was put in consideration during the development, and enabled to be used on PC, tablet and smartphone by embodying responsive web design. The proposed recommend system perform scoring users based on their interests area, and then recommend new newspaper articles to the users by using collaborative filtering techniques considering user scrapped news articles. Experimental results demonstrate that the proposed system can provide useful news to users by using responsive website design, user's newspaper article scrap information and collaborative filtering algorithm. It is highly expected that using the proposed collaborative filtering system would provide more accuracy in selecting suitable news for each individual, which will increase the level of user satisfaction.

        돌발홍수 발생시 도시하천의 치수안전도 분석

        본 연구에서는 국지성 이상호우에 대한 하천의 치수 안전도를 분석하기 위하며 서울의 도시하천중 지방2급 하천인 홍제천을 연구 대상하천으로 선정하였고, 최근 발생한 이상호우 중에서 서울에 많은 피해를 입힌 2001년 7월 14일${\sim}$15일 강우 310.1mm와 서울지역 가능최대강수량(PMP)740.0mm를 적용 강우로 선정하였다. 홍제천의 치수 안전도를 분석한 결과, 계획빈도인 50년인 경우, 안전단면이 85%, 관리단면이 15%, 위험단면은 발생치 않았으나, 100년 빈도에서 안전단면이 5% 감소하고 관리단면이 4% 위험단면은 2% 증가하였다. 빈도가 증가함에 따라 증감율은 작게 나타났고 200년 빈도 이후에는 관리단면은 거의 변화가 없었으며 위험단면이 다소 증가하여 300년 빈도에서는 50년 빈도에 비해 8%, 500년 빈도에서는 12% 증가하였고 1000년 빈도에서는 위험단면이 19%, 관리단면이 13% 크게 증가하였다. In this study, safety analysis of river in flash flood due to local extraordinary rainfall was conducted for the Hong-Je river, which was selected as a representative sample basin because it is one of the most urbanized rivers in Seoul. The rainfall data of precipitation 310.1 mm and probable maximum precipitation (PMP) 740.0 mm in July $14{\sim}15$, 2001 was used to perform safety analysis. Resulting of safety analysis of the flood control in Hong-Je river, case of the 50 year of design frequency, safety section, management section, and danger section were represented to be 85%, 15%, and 0% respectively. For the 200 year of design frequency, safety section decreased by 6% and management section and danger section increment by 4% and 2%, respectively, The variation of management section was not observed with respect to 200 year of frequency. Little variation of safety value for management section for 300 and 500 of frequency increased by 8% and 12% relative to 50 year of frequency, respectively. management section and danger section for 1000 year of frequency increased by 19% and 13% relative to 50 year of frequency.

        외비성형술을 이용한 경접형동 뇌하수체 종양제거술

        The sublabial approach for transseptal transsphenoidal surgery of pituitary tumors has been the most popular procedure since Cushing first introduced this technique in early 1900’s. In recent years, various modifications for transseptal route and their obvious advantages over the sublabial approach have been reported. Currently, in our institute, the preferred method is the external rhinoplasty approach, suggested by Braint and described by McCurdy. After experincing 54 cases since 1995 DEC, we found this technique simple. providing good exposure and short distance for instrumentation, preserving nasal tip projection, avoding postoperative numbness of upper teeth and especially beneficial to revision surgery when septal cartilage has been removed by a previous sublabial approach and to surgery for acromegaly patients.

        뇌수막종의 예후 판정을 위한 분열기 세포측정에 관한 연구

        A silver staining technique was used in the study of nucleolar organizer regions(AgNORs) from the paraffin sections of 26 meningiomas. The specimens were divided into four groups as follows : benign(n=16), atypical(n=5), anaplastic or malignant(n=5) and recurrent without atypical histological findings(n=2)groups, and the mean number of AgNORs in each group was 1.47±0.27, 1.93±0.24, 2.00±0.27 and 1.49±0.53 respectively. We noted that the mean number of AgNORs reflected the cellular kinetics of a tumor and was related to histological grade. There was no significant difference between non-recurrent & recurrent benign meningiomas and it was thought that the main cause of recurrence in benign meningiomas was not perhaps cell proliferation but incomplete surgical removal.

        Parietal Sinus Pericranii 1례

        Sinus pericranii is a rare vascular anomaly which is defined as a group of abnormal communications between the extracranial and intracranial venous systems, usually involving the superior sagittal sinus. A case of parietal sinus pericranii is presented which was developed spontaneously. This 33-year-old woman presented with a soft fluctuant mass in the right parietal region adjacent to the midline. She complained of headache and dizziness. The preoperative radiologic findings of simple skull, bone scan, computed tomogaphy and angiography are presented. The presence of vascular endothelium in the pathologic examination suggested a congenital origin. The lesion, pericranial blood sinus was removed completely and then mutiple, small vascular connections through the underlying skull were obliterated by air-powered drilling.

        국부좌굴과 뒤틀림좌굴이 발생하는 종방향 보강재로 보강된 강판의 압축강도

        This paper describes an experimental research on the structural behavior and the ultimate strength of longitudinally stiffened plates subjected to local, distortional, or mixed-mode buckling under compression. The stiffened plate undergoes local, distortional, or interactive local-distortional buckling according to the flexural rigidity of the plate's longitudinal stiffeners and the width-thickness ratios of the sub-panels of the stiffened plate. A significant post-buckling strength in the local and distortional modes affects the ultimate strength of the longitudinally stiffened plate. Compression tests were conducted on stiffened plates that were fabricated from 4mm-thick SM400 steel plates with a nominal yield stress of 235MPa. A simple strength formula for the Direct Strength Method based on the test results was proposed. This paper proves that the Direct Strength Method can properly predict the ultimate strength of stiffened plates when the local buckling and distortional buckling occur simultaneously or nearly simultaneously. 본 논문에는 압축력을 받는 국부좌굴, 뒤틀림좌굴 및 두 좌굴의 혼합좌굴이 발생하는 종방향 보강재가 부착된 강판의 거동 및 극한 강도에 대한 실험적인 연구를 서술하였다. 압축력을 받는 보강판의 경우 서브패널의 폭-두께비와 보강재의 휨강성에 따라서 국부좌굴, 뒤틀림좌굴 또는 두 좌굴의 혼합형태의 좌굴이 발생하게 되고, 상당한 크기의 후좌굴강도가 발현되어 보강판의 극한강도를 지배하게 된다. 보강재의 휨강성과 보강재로 구분된 서브패널의 폭-두께비가 다른 두께 4.0mm, 공칭항복강도 235MP인 SM400 강판으로 제작된 보강판의 중심압축실험을 수행하고 유한요소해석결과와 비교하여 검증하였다. 실험 결과에 근거하여 보강판의 극한강도를 예측할 수 있는 직접강도법을 적용한 설계압축강도식을 제안하였다. 제안된 직접강도법은 뒤틀림좌굴 또는 국부좌굴과 뒤틀림좌굴이 혼합하여 발생하는 종방향 보강재로 보강된 강판의 극한강도를 적절하게 예측할 수 있는 것으로 판단되었다.

        사회참여예술교육의 개념과 의의

        본고의 목적은 현대 문화예술교육에서 등장하는 참여라는 개념을 이론적으로 살펴보고 이 참여의 개념을 사회문제해결의 측면에서 연관지어 예술교육에 대한 이해와 의의를 검토해보는데 있다. 본 연구에서는 참여형 예술교육에서 중요한 예술적 요소들이 어떤 것들이 있는지 찾아보았다. 교차교육학적 관점에서 요셉보이스(Joseph Beuys)의 예술관과 사회참여미술(engaged art)의 성격들을 살펴보면서 이 같은현대예술의 일련의 과정들이 결국 타인을 인정하는 대화적이며 교육적 수행이라는 것을 강조하였다. 향후 문제해결의 측면에서 이런 창조적 활동들의 유연한 확장과 예술의 교차교육학적 이해가 참여예술교육이 갖는 의의가 될 것이라 전망했다. The purpose of this paper is to examine the concept of participation that appears in modern cultural arts education and to examine the understanding and significance of arts education by relating this concept to solving social problems. In this study, we looked into what artistic elements are important in participatory art education. Looking at Joseph Beuys's view of art and the characteristics of socially engaged art from a cross-pedagogical perspective, it was emphasized that this series of processes in modern art is ultimately a dialogic and educational performance that recognizes others. It is predicted that the flexible expansion of these creative activities and trans-pedagogical understanding of the arts will be the significance of participatory arts education in terms of problem solving in the future.
