초임특수교사와 경력특수교사가 인식하는 교육과정 구성요인의 구조 분석

교사의 교직발달에 영향을 미치는 주요 요인은 교직경력이다. 이 연구에서는 교직경력 5년 미만의 초임특수교사와 5년 이상에서 10년 미만의 경력교사가 인식하는 교육과정 구성요인의 차이를 알아보고자 하였다. 특수교육 경력 5년 미만의 초임특수교사 560명과 특수교육 경력 5년 이상에서 10년 미만의 경력특수교사 439명에게 교육과정에 해당하는 24문항을 설문하였다. 연구의 문제를 분석하기 위하여 독립표본 t검증과 구조방정식 모델링을 적용하였다. 연구의 결과는 다음과 같다. 첫째, 초임특수교사의 교육과정 구성요인에 대한 인식은 경력특수교사에 비해 상대적으로 긍정적으로 인식하고 있었다. 둘째, 경력특수교사의 교육과정 구성요인에 대한 인식은 초임교사 때 형성한 구조에 영향을 받지 않았다는 것을 알 수 있었다. 이 연구에서는 경력교사의 교육과정 구성요인이 초임교사 때 형성한 구조에 영향을 받지 않는 원인에 대하여 논의하고 있다. The teaching experiences is an important variable to influence competency development of all of the teachers. The two groups were participated for this study. One group was the 560 novice special education teachers who had less than 5 years teaching experiences for the students with disabilities and the other one was the 439 expert special education teachers who had more than 5 years and less than 10 years teaching experiences. A questionnaire with 24 items were sent to the two groups. T-test and structural equation modeling were utilized for this study. The results of this study were that: (a) the expert special education teachers had more positive attitudes in the necessary of curriculum than those of the novice special education teachers; and (b) the expert special education teachers’ structure in curriculum factors was not influenced with those of the novice special education teachers. Therefore this study concluded that the expert special education teachers’s structure in curriculum was not transferred from the novice special education teachers’ perception to curriculum.
