        유전자 알고리즘을 이용한 HWAW 방법을 위한 자동화 역산 방법의 개발

        The evaluation of shear modulus (or shear wave velocity) profile of the site is very important in various fields of geotechnical engineering and various surface wave methods have applied to determine the shear wave velocity profiles and showed good performance. Surface wave methods evaluate the dispersion curve in the field and determine the shear wave velocity profile through the inversion process. In this paper, the automated inversion process using the genetic algorithm is developed for HWAW method which is one of surface wave methods recently developed. The proposed method use the error function based on the wavelength domain dispersion curve and can determine the reliable shear wave velocity profile in the not only shallow depth but also deep depth. To estimate the validity of the proposed method,numerical simulations and field test were performed and the proposed method was applied to determine the shear wave velocity profiles. Through the numerical simulations and field applications, the promising potential of the proposed method was verified.

        HWAW(Harmonic Wavelet Analysis of Wave) 방법을 사용한 말뚝기초의 비파괴 건전도 평가방법의 개발

        The evaluation of soundness of pile is very important for the safety of super structure. In this paper, the HWAW (Harmonic Wavelet Analysis of Wave) method which is developed to determine phase and group velocities of waves is applied to evaluate integrity of pile non-destructivly. The proposed method can evaluate a soundness of pile and pile end condition which is very important factor for pile behaviour. To verify the applicability of HWAW method in non-destructive test for pile, the numerical simulation test using ABAQUS was performed. And the model pile was made and the proposed non-destrcutive pile tests were applied to evaluate soundness and end boundary condition of model pile in the air and soil box. Through a numerical simulation and model tests, it is shown that the HWAW method has good potential of applying to the evaluation of pile integrity.

        논문(論文) : 연독변조(連讀變調)를 통해 본 진어(晉語) 서성조(舒聲調) 분합 현상

        晉語幷州片方言中古平聲字今讀平聲一調, 與周邊其他晉語方言有顯著差別。關於這一問題, 學界目前存在兩種不同的意見。有些學者認爲晉語幷州片方言直接保留了中古平聲一調,今平聲讀一類是存古的現象。有些學者對這一觀點提出了不同的看法, 指出晉語幷州片方言平聲今讀一類是中古平聲在歷史時期先分陰陽後再次合倂的結果。該方言兩字組連讀變調出現平聲讀兩種不同的讀音:單字調一類, 變調一類。且變調的調値及調型與合倂前的讀音相似,兩種讀音具有密切的關係。從連讀變調中仍保留歷史時期兩種平聲的讀音現象來看, 該方言中古平聲調已分化爲兩類。分化的結果反映在連讀變調上。령外, 晉語五臺片方言出現中古淸平與淸上, 次濁上合倂今讀一類的現象。這些方言屬於中古平聲分陰陽兩讀的方言。通過連讀變調情況可以看出該方言歷史時期平聲與上聲的分化及合倂的過程爲古平聲完成分陰陽, 後其中的陰平字再次與淸上, 次濁上字合倂, 最後形成陰平上, 陽平, 去聲, 入聲。晉語內部舒聲調由分而合的情況比較普遍, 這一事實告訴我們中古聲調出現分化後, 以音變爲條件可以發生再次合倂。

        HWAW(Harmonic Wavelet Analysis of Wave)방법을 이용한 표면파 모드 분산곡선의 결정

        The evaluation of shear modulus is very important in various fields of civil engineering. Non-destructive seismic methods can be used to determine shear wave velocity (Vs) profile. Non-destructive seismic methods geneally consist of three steps: field testing, evaluation of dispersion curve, and determination of Vs profile by inversion process. Non-destructive seismic methods can be divided into two categories according to the number of receivers used for data reduction: two-channel tests and multi-channel tests. Two channel tests use apparent velocity dispersion curve and multi-channel tests use mode dispersion curves. Multi-channel tests using mode dispersion curve can reduce calculation time to determine soil profile and uncertainties in inversion process. So far, only multi-channel tests can determine mode dispersion curves but multi-channel test needs many receivers to determine reasonable mode dispersion curves. In this paper, HWAW (Harmonic Wavelet Analysis of Wave) method is applied to determine mode dispersion curves. HWAW method uses short test setup which consists of two receivers with a spacing of 1 to 3 m. Through numerical simulations and field application, it is shown that HWAW can determine resonable mode disperson curves.

        미 · 중 패권전쟁의 희생양 - 미국 공자아카데미의 현재

        The United States is holding back the so-called “soft power” of China, which is growing rapidly. A massive survey on Confucius Institute conducted by the US government and Congress before 2019, as of February 2020, as many as 33 Confucius Institutes were closed or abandoned contract extensions. Such campaign from the US government"s and Congress against Confucius Institute in the United States is not simply seen as a check on China"s soft power growth. Political considerations and judgments are largely implied here. It is unknown that how many Confucius Institutes and Confucius classrooms in the United States will stop operating in the future, but current trend seems to be that shutting down Confucius Institute and Confucius Classroom in the United States will be continued for the time being. This paper analyzed the contents of the report and the investigation conducted by the US government and Congress, fearing the aftermath of the recent closure of the Confucius Institute and the Confucius Institute in the United States. As a result, although Confucius Academy has done positive contribution on Chinese language education and cultural exchange at universities and primary & secondary schools, but, the United States claims that Confucius Institute violates the academic autonomy of American universities. On the contrary, it is such a question that can ask if American universities are interfering with free academic exchanges with China. Therefore, the United States needs to proceed its pressure on Confucius Academy more carefully, judging its impact on the operation of Confucius Institutes in other countries.

        신뢰성 기반 해석을 위한 국내 CFRD 사력존 재료의 전단파 속도 변동계수 결정

        지진과 같은 외부 하중하에서 CFRD 거동은 사력존의 전단파 속도(또는 전단 탄성계수)분포에 큰 영향을 받는다. 일반적으로 사력존의 전단파 속도 분포는 주상도의 형태로 표면파 시험과 같은 비파괴 시험에 의해 결정될 수 있다. 이때 한정된 수의 실험에서 결정된 전단파 속도 주상도에는 불확실성이 존재하며, 이러한 불확실성은 사력존에 존재하는 물성치 공간 변동성에 의해 발생하게 된다. 내진 해석과 같은 다양한 해석에서 물성치 변동성에 의해 발생할수 있는 해석 결과의 불확실성은 신뢰성 기반 해석을 통해 고려될 수 있다. 신뢰성 기반해석에서는 재료 물성치의변동계수 결정을 통해 이러한 불확실성을 해석에 반영한다. 본 연구에서는 국내 CFRD 사력존을 위한 전단파 속도변동계수를 결정하였다. 이를 위해 국내 CFRD 사력존에서 결정된 전단파 속도 주상도들과 하모닉 웨이브릿 해석에기반한 기법을 사용하여 국내 CFRD 사력존에 존재 가능한 600개의 전단파 속도 주상도를 생성하고 이를 이용하여사력존 전단파 속도 분포의 깊이별 변동계수를 결정하였다.

        하모닉 웨이브릿 변환을 이용한 표면파 시험을 위한 향상된 데이터 해석기법의 개발

        The dispersive phase velocity of a wave propagating through multilayered systems such as a soil site is an important parameter and carries valuable information in non-destructive site characterization tests. The dispersive phase velocity of a wave can be determined using the phase spectrum, which is easily evaluated through the cross power spectrum. However, the phase spectrum determined using the cross power spectrum is easily distorted by background noise which always exists in the field. This causes distortion of measured signal and difficulties in the determination of the dispersive phase velocities. In this paper, a new method to evaluate the phase spectrum using the harmonic wavelet transform is proposed and the phase spectrum by the proposed method is applied to the determination of dispersion curve. The proposed method can successfully remove background noise effects. To evaluate the validity of the proposed method, numerical simulations of multi-layered systems were performed. Phase spectrums and dispersion curves determined by the proposed method were found to be in good agreement with the actual phase spectrums and dispersion curves biased by heavy background noise. The comparison manifests the proposed method to be a very useful tool to overcome noise effects.

        膠東방언 文白異讀 특징 고찰

        膠東方言中的文白異讀現像集中體現在榮成, 威海方言. 其中, 相比威海方言來說, 榮成方言中的文白異讀現像出現得更多. 主要通過見系二等字, 中古入聲字以及全濁聲母字來表現. 這兩個地區在歷史上受中原語言的影響, 因而保留着相對穩定的文讀音, 繼而保留了不少的白讀音. 保留的白讀音較多, 一方面旣是文讀音影響不大的反證, 另一方面也體現出了該地區本地方言相對穩定, 變化不大的特點. 漢語方言文白異讀是一字多音現像, 源於方言間的相互交流和相互影響. 本論文以膠東地區榮成, 威海方言爲主要硏究對象, 探討外來方言和本地方言是如何進行交流, 並逐步形成文白異讀現像. 此外, 通過對周邊方言進行比較, 分析了膠東方言文白異讀的特征.

        한국 대학 중국어 전공 학생의 다문화 감수성 조사 연구

        In the intercultural community, the acceptance and understanding of other countries' cultures is the standard for measuring cultural openness and cultural symbiosis. How to interpret and accept the cultures of other countries is closely related to mutual respect between people, concern for other cultures, and the cohesiveness, receptiveness, and civic awareness of the intercultural community. Culture is the inherent product of society in which the social characteristics of different groups are constantly strengthened. The improvement in global language communication ability can enhance cultural understanding. Global language communication ability refers to the intercultural communication ability. This paper takes Korean college students learning Chinese as a foreign language as the research object in order to study their intercultural comprehension ability, receptiveness, sensitivity, etc. In order to study the difference students majoring in Chinese are taken as the object to investigate their differences from the aspects of their experience, such as: when they started learning Chinese, time spent learning Chinese every day, whether they have been to China, whether they have stayed in China for the purpose of learning Chinese, whether they have Chinese relatives or friends, and whether they have plans to go to China, etc. The result of the study shows that factors such as daily study time, whether they have been to China, whether they have Chinese relatives or friends, etc. have a significant influence on intercultural sensitivity. 다문화 공동체 내에서의 타문화 수용과 이해 정도는 문화적 개방성과 공존 가능성을 높이는 척도이다. 타문화를 어떻게 이해하고 해석하며 포용하느냐의 문제는 인간 존중과 타문화에 대한 배려, 그리고 공동체 내의 결속력, 수용력, 시민의식 등과 밀접한 연관성을 가진다. 문화는 서로 각기 다른 집단의 사회적 특성이 굳어져 이루어낸, 한 사회의 고유 산물이다. 글로벌 언어 소통력이 높으면 문화 이해력도 증진된다. 글로벌 언어소통 능력은 곧 다문화 소통 능력과 직결된다. 본 고는 한국 대학에서 외국어로서 중국어를 배우고 있는 학생들의 다문화 이해력, 수용력, 감수성이 어떻게 발현되고, 또 어떠한 차이를 보이는지에 대해 알아보기 위해 중국어 전공 학생들을 상대로 학년, 중국어 학습 기간, 일일 학습시간, 중국 방문 여부, 학습 목적의 중국 체류 경험 여부, 중국 친지 보유 여부, 향후 중국 방문 계획 등 측면에서 설문 조사를 통해 알아보았다. 결과적으로 일일 중국어 학습시간, 중국 방문 경험, 중국 친척 보유 여부 영역의 다문화 감수성 수용 정도에 비교적 유의미한 차이가 존재하고 있었다.
