본 연구는 옴니채널에서의 관광정보탐색과 만족도간의 관계와 관광경험과 위험지각간의 조절 영향관계를 규명하고자 하였다. 첫째, 관광정보탐색동기의 편리성과 신뢰성은 모두 만족도에 유의한 영향관계가 있는 것으로 나타났다. 둘째, 관광정보탐색동기인 편리성과 신뢰성이 만족도와의 관계에서 관광경험의 조절효과는 유의적이 않은 것으로 나타났다. 셋째, 관광정보탐색동기인 편리성과 신뢰성이 만족도와의 관계에서 위험지각의 조절효과는 재무위험의 경우 유의적인 것으로 나타났고, 심리위험은 유의적이지 않은 것으로 나타났다. 재무적인 위험의 지각은 만족을 저해한다는 점에서 재무위험을 줄이기 위해 이용하기전 보다 많은 탐색을 통해 정보를 얻으려는 경향이 강하므로, 좀 더 실용적이고 정확한 형태로 정보가 제공되어야 할 것이다. The purpose of this study is to define determinants of tourists' behavior focused on tourism omni-channel and to verify the relationship between tourism information search motivation, tourism omni-channel satisfaction, tourism experience and perceived risk. We presented the hypotheses including ease of use, trust and satisfaction and also analyzed the moderator effects of tourism experience and perceived risk(financial risk, psychological risk) variables. For an accuracy of expected results, we focused on survey with 298 respondents. Based upon prior studies, it is meaningful that this study verified 1) the positive relationship between tourism information search motivation and tourism omni-channel satisfaction and 2) the significant moderating effect of financial risk on the relationship between tourism information search motivation and tourism omni-channel satisfaction.
시스템 및 정보서비스 관점에서 항공사 소셜네트워크 서비스의 품질영향분석

본 연구의 목적은 항공사 SNS의 지속적인 사용을 유도할 수 있는 방안을 제시하고 새로운 SNS 비즈니스 모델 구축 및 마케팅 전략수립에 유용한 가이드라인을 제시하는 것이다. 세부적으로 항공사 SNS의 정보품질, 관계혜택, 만족 등의 요인 간 영향관계를 분석하였다. 실증분석 결과에 의하면, 항공사 소셜네트워크서비스의 시스템품질과 정보서비스품질은 사회적 혜택, 심리/고객화 혜택, 경제적 혜택에 유의한 영향을 미치는 것으로 나타났다. 관계혜택중에서는 사회적 혜택과 심리/고객화 혜택이 고객 만족에 유의한 영향을 미치는 것으로 나타났다. The objective of this research is to suggest how to keep the continuous customers and how to build business model and marketing strategy. In detail, this research aims to closely examine the relationship among SNS quality(service quality, information quality, system quality) for airline customers, relational benefit(social benefits, psychological benefit, customization benefit, economic benefit) and customer satisfaction. As a result, if SNS quality is getting better, relational benefit better is higher. Specifically service information quality is more impactive to relational benefit than system quality. The effect of psychological customization benefits from SNS quality is the strongest to customer satisfaction of all factors. To conclude, the results of this research can be the guideline when designing marketing strategies for airline customers and for traditional tourism customers who use SNS.

Even though a systematic sampling approach is very crucial in both the general and detailed investigation phases to produce the best conceptual site model for contaminated sites, the concept is not yet established in South Korea. The U.S. Environmental Protection Agency (EPA) issued the 'Strategic Sampling Approaches Technical guide' in 2018 to help environmental professionals choose which sampling approaches may be needed and most effective for given site conditions. The EPA guide broadly defines strategic sampling as the application of focused data collection across targeted areas of the conceptual site model (CSM) to provide the appropriate amount and type of information needed for decision-making. These strategic sampling approaches can prevent the essential data from missing, minimize the uncertainty of projects and secure the data which are necessary for the important site-decisions. Furthermore, these provide collaborative data sets through the life cycle phases of projects, which can generate more positive proofs on the site-decisions. The strategic sampling approaches can be divided by site conditions. This technical guide categorized it into eight conditions; High-resolution site characterization in unconsolidated environments, High-resolution site characterization in fractured sedimentary rock environments, Incremental sampling, Contaminant source definition, Passive groundwater sampling, Passive sampling for surface water and sediment, Groundwater to surface water interaction, and Vapor intrusion. This commentary paper introduces specific sampling methods based on site conditions when the strategic sampling approaches are applied.

이벤트 행사장의 안전요인에 대한 관광객의 만족도와 재방문의사에 관한 실증분석

This study investigated the safety factors considered by visitors of International Travel Expo 99 Kangwon province (Sep. 11 Oct. 30, 1999) in Korea and to analyze the correlation between the safety factors and the demographic characteristics of the visitors. This study analyzed safety factors centering on visitor satisfaction and intention to re-visit among Korean visitors to International Travel Expo 99 Kangwon province in Korea. Safety facility, Hygiene status, Emergency facility, and Disabled/Elderly people related Facility were used as safety factors. The results showed following findings. 1) The female group was significantly satisfied with all factors (Safety facility, Hygiene status, Emergency facility, Disabled/Elderly people related Facility) than the male group. 2) The less educated the visitors are, the more satisfied with the safety factors (Safety facility, Hygiene status, Disabled/Elderly people related Facility) they are. This certain consistent trend can be found in other research (e.g. Park, 1999; Park et al., 1999; Kwon et al., 2000). 3) There is significantly different satisfaction with safety among age groups. The youngest group (29 or less) is the most satisfied with every safety factors. 4) The more visitors are satisfied with Safety facility and Hygiene status, the stronger they have intention to re-visit.

This study was designed to compare the anti-oxidant activity and anti-melanogenic effect of Codonopsis pilosula extracts (CPE) according to extraction solvents. Codonopsis pilosula was treated with distilled water (CPE-DW) and 70% EtOH (CPE-EtOH), respectively. The total polyphenol and flavonoid contents of CPE-EtOH and CPE-DW were 6.11, 8.54 μg/mg and 1.59, 2.44 μg/mg, respectively. In antioxidant activities through DPPH, ABTS radical scavenging activity, and reducing power of CPE, CPE-DW showed higher scavenging activities than those of CPE-EtOH. Furthermore, The melanin contents of CPE-EtOH and DW treatment at 100 μg/mL were significantly inhibited by 22% and 33% in melana cells, respectively (p<0.01). Its anti-melanogenic effect was originated from the inhibition of intra-cellular tyrosinase activity and melanogenesis related protein expression by CPE treatment in a dose dependent manner. Taken together, We suggest that Codonopsis pilosula extracts may be useful as a natural active ingredient for whitening cosmetics.

친환경적 제품은 제품의 원재료 취득부터 폐기에 이르는 전과정에서 발생하는 환경적 영향을 줄이기 위해 개발된다. 본 연구는 제품의 친환경성뿐만 아니라 성능과 사용성을 고려하여 헤어드라이어대한 설계 개선안을 제시하였다. 두 가지 헤어드라이기(J사, V사)를 대상으로 제품 성능(온도, 풍속, 소음, 소비전력)을 측정하였고, 사용성(정보제공성, 학습용이성, 버튼 조작용이성, 그립감, 전반적 만족도)을 평가하였으며, 환경 영향(지구온난화지수와 재활용가능율)을 평가하여 비교분석을 통해 선호되는 설계 특성을 파악하였다. 이러한 다양한 분석 결과를 토대로 본 연구는 에너지 효율성, 사용자친화성, 그리고 재활용성을 향상시킬 수 있는 헤어드라이어 설계 개선안들(brushless DC 모터, Teflon case, 벌집구조 coil, 설정 기억 버튼, 탈부착식 먼지필터, 폐제품 할인쿠폰)을 제안하였다. 본 연구에서 제안한 설계안들은 친환경적인 헤어드라이어를 위한 설계지침으로 유용하게 활용될 수 있을 것이다. Eco products are developed to reduce environmental impacts throughout all life cyclephases from material acquisition to disposal. The present study proposed novel design solutions of electric hair dryer by considering performance and usability as well as eco-friendliness. Preferred design features were identified by benchmarking two electrichair dryers (companies ``J`` and ``V``) using performance measurements (temperature, airspeed, noise, and electric power consumption), usability scores (informativeness, ease of learning, ease of button operation, grip fit, and overall satisfaction), and eco-friendliness indexes (global warming potential and recyclability rate). Design solutions (e.g., brushless DC motor, Teflon case, honey comb coil structure, memory button, removable dustfilter, and recycling promotion) of electric hair dryer were proposed for better energy efficiency, user friendliness, and recyclability. These proposed concepts would be useful as a design guideline for an eco-friendly electric hair dryer.

Care robots that provide dietary supplements to the elderly and the disabled should be able to intelligently interact with the users’ intention to eat in real-time and provide the food they want. To this end, based on deep learning, we have developed a user interface that facilitates the selection of food to be eaten according to six user gaze directions. A single-stage object-detection deep learning model has been implemented as a lightweight, single-stage object-detection deep learning model that can be installed on commercial tablets, and the accuracy of this model was 0.9857.
