ESP8266과 자이블리 서버를 통한 사물인터넷 시스템 구현

In this paper, built a system that implements the funtion Internet of Things(IoT) via the server after connecting to the hardware such as Arduino aod WIFI module ESP8266 which performs the serial communication. Performed experiments for the system to control a fan-cooler though the Arduino nano after uploading the data of the temperature sensor to the Xiveiy server and sending a data input from a smart phone to the server. Also in this paper, simply realized the Internet of Things using the main controller, the Xively server and a wireless WIFI module. If the sever is generalized in the future, it will be immediately available to realize the Internet of Things anywhere in the world.

Facilities of electric railway should be maintained only at night and it is necessary to maintain by human power because facilities are installed at a high place. This paper presents the development and application of a real-time data acquisition system for the characteristics measurement of overhead contact wires in electric railway. The system is designed to perform in the telemetry environments that developed to store data by wireless in a live wire state of 25 kV power source. The field test results show that the proposed technique and the developed system can be practically applied to measure characteristics of temperature, displacement, and strain on overhead contact lines.
효율적 감시 시스템 구축을 위한 객체 추출 알고리즘 구현에 관한 연구

일반적으로 활용되고 있는 감시 시스템들은 움직임이 감지되었을 때만 동영상으로 저장되고 있어 한정된 영역에의존적이고 활용도를 넓히기 위해서는 저장하고자 하는 영역과 용량 문제의 한계를 극복해야 한다. 그리고 정확도측면에서 먼 거리에 있는 목적 객체를 대상으로 할 때 물체를 판단하기 어려워 증거용 자료로 사용할 수가 없다는문제가 존재한다. 본 연구에서는 이러한 문제점들을 보완하기 위해 획득된 영상의 전처리 과정에서 혼합 가우시안 모델을 적용하여 보다 정확히 배경영상과 대상 물체를 구별할 수 있는 효율적인 알고리즘을 제안하였다. 그 결과, 기존의 차 영상 및 이동벡터를 사용하는 결과가 평균 61%인데 비해 본 알고리즘에서는 평균 약 82%의 인식 및추적률을 확인하였다. Commonly used surveillance systems are stored as videos only when movement is detected. Therefore, they depend on a limited area. To expand their use, the limitations on the area and storage capacity must be overcome. A problem in terms of accuracy is that when targeting an object at a great distance, judging the object is difficult and cannot be used as evidence. In this study, to compensate for these problems, we proposed an efficient algorithm that could more accurately distinguish the background image and the target object by applying a mixed Gaussian model in the pre-processing process of the acquired image. Consequently, the average recognition and tracking rate of this algorithm was approximately 82%, compared with an average of 61% using conventional vehicle images and movement vectors.
고지방 식이에 의한 흰쥐의 지방간증에서 오미재 추출물의 간보호 효과

The purpose of the present study is to determine whether Schisandra chinensis (SC) has a protective effect on high fat diet (HFD)-induced fatty liver including hepatic lipid accumulation in rats. The HFD-induced obese rats were weighed after SC extracts were administered through the gastrointestinal tract at a concentration of 250 mg/kg b.w/day for 5 weeks. After 5 weeks, all of the rats on a high fat-diet were 36.5% heavier compared with normal controls. In contrast, rats on a high-fat diet supplemented with SC were 23.5% lighter than rats fed only a high-fat diet. Although there was no significant difference in food intake among the groups during the experimental diet period, the body weight gain of the SC group was significantly lower than the weights of the HFD groups. SC treatment slightly decreased the liver weight. Reduction of hepatic TBARS contents by SC was observed in rats fed a diet containing SC, and antioxidant activity was markedly increased in HFD+SC group compared to those of HFD group in liver. Moreover, total-lipid and triglyceride contents in the liver of groups fed a diet containing SC were significantly lower compared to those of the HFD group. High fat feeding elevated liver cholesterol concentration, but the addition of SC to the HFD rats resulted in the significant decrease in liver cholesterol. In histological observation of liver tissues, the hepatocytes of HFD rats showed a typical fatty liver morphology showing numerous lipid droplets in cytoplasm, whereas administration of SC reduced the size and numbers of lipid droplets. These results clearly demonstrated the attenuation of SC on nonalcoholic fatty liver induced by obese rats fed HFD.
