        가열유가 흰쥐 간장내의 지질상태에 미치는 영향

        가열유를 섭취시켰을때 흰쥐 간장내의 지질상태의 미치는 영향을 알아보기 위해 신선한 옥수수기름을 투여한 대조군과 산가2.10인 가열유를 투여한군(HA군) 및 산가4.02인 가열유를 투여한군(HB군)으로 나누어 1일1회 1 g씩 각각 경구투여하여 3주간 및 6주간 사육한후 체중 및 간장의 무게, 간장에서의 triglyceride, total cholesterol, phospholipid함량 및 간장에서의 총지질 지방산조성과 phospholipid지방산 조성을 관찰하였다. 체중은 각군별 유의적인 차이를 보이지 않았으나 간장무게는 HB군이 가장 높게 나타났다. 또한, triglyceride와 cholesterol 함량은 사육 기간이 경과함에 따라 HA, HB군이 대조군에 비해 증가하였다. phospholipid함량은 HB군을 6주간 투여한 군에서만 약간의 증가를 보였다. 실험에 사용한 식이유의 지방산조성은 C_(18:2) 지방산이 대조군은 48.27%, HA군은 42.28%, HB군은 36.13% 순으로 감소되었으며 간장에서의 총지질 지방산조성과 phospholipid 지방산조성은 산패도가 심한 기름을 오래 투여할수록 필수지방산과 고불포화지방산 함량이 공통적으로 감소되었다. To study effects of dietary heated oil on lipid metabolism in rat liver, three groups of rats were fed fresh corn oil(control) and corn oils heated for 11 hours (HA) and 24 hours(HB) at 180℃. Acid values of HA and HB were 2.10 and 4.02 respectively.<br/> Each gram of three kinds of experimental oils was administered to rats by intubation daily for 3 and 6 weeks. After each feeding period, body and liver weights were measured as well as the contents of liver triglyceride, cholesterol, phospholipid and fatty acid compositions of total lipid, triglyceride and phospholipid. Growth of rats were not significantly different among groups, but liver weight of HB group was higher than HA group. The contents of liver triglyceride and cholesterol were higher in HA and HB groups than in control group. The content of phospholipid was increased slightly in HB group only after 6 weeks. Linoleic acid content of dietary oil was decreased progressively by heating; 48.27% in fresh corn oil, 42.28% in HA and 36.13% in HB. The contents of linoleic acid and other polyunsaturated fatty aicds were also reduced in total lipid, triglyceride and phospholipid fractions of liver of rats fed heated oils.

        약토 시용방법이 인삼 양직묘 지상부 생육에 미치는 영향

        This experiment was conducted to determine the economic application method of Yakto among 6 application method: amount of Yak to application 3 plot(70ℓ, 25.5ℓ,13.3ℓ/kan;180cmx90cm), and added side dressing(3ℓ/kan) each plot. The reduced amoumt ofYakto application(25.5ℓ, 13.3ℓ/kan) were lower the contents of inorganic nitrogen, P₂O_5, K, Ca and Mg, but similar pH in bed soil compared with standard Yakto application(70ℓ/kan). Side dressing applicated on 29 May increased the contents of inorganic nitrogen, P₂O_5, K, Ca, Mg and salt concentration in bed soil compared with nonside dressing in each Yakto application plot(70ℓ, 25.5ℓ, 13.3ℓ/kan). The reduced amoumt ofYakto application(25.5ℓ/kan) added side dressing(3ℓ/kan) were similar the contents of inorganic nitrogen, K, Mg and salt but lower PPs and Ca in bed soil compared with standard Yakto application(70ℓ/kan) in June. The reduced amoumt of Yak to application(25.5ℓ/kan) added side dressing(3ℓ/kan) was similar the contents of P, K, Ca and Mg but lower N in leaves compared with standard Yakto application(70ℓ/kan). The reduced amoumt of Yakto application(25.5ℓ/kan) added side dressing(3ℓ/kan) was shorter stem length, and higher 5% chlorosis of leaf tip, but similar emergence ratio, survival ratio, leaf senescence ratio, chlorophyll, stem diameter and leaf area compared with standard Yakto application(70ℓ/kan). These suggested that 25.5ℓ Yakto application added side dressing(3ℓ/kan) per kan might be possible economical application method of Yakto.

        BPMC(O - sec - Butylphenyl - N - Methylcarbamate) 제의 안정성에 관한 연구

        The stability of active ingredient of BPMC formulation under ultraviolet lights and sunlights was investigated using dust, emulsifiable concentrate and granular. The active ingredient of BPMC dust was more rapidly degraded by irradiation with ultraviolet lights than emulsifiable concentrate or granular tested. In the case of BPMC emulsions, the degree of degradation was increased in the order of granular, emulsifiable concentrate, dust by irradiation with ultraviolet lights. BPMC was unstable in alkaline solution and ultraviolet lights had highly significant relation to the decomposition of its active ingredient.

        고온과 재배광도가 인삼 잎의 지방산 조성에 미치는 영향

        Fatty acid compositions of Panax ginseng leaves (6 year) grown under different light intensity in field and of the detached leaves exposed to high temperature(20 hours) were investigated by gas chromatography. Linoleic, linolenic, palmitic and palmitoleic acid were the major components(80%) of leaf lipid. The higher the growth light intensity, the lower the percentage of unsaturated acids or bonds, indicating metabolic adaptation to high temperature. Pattern similarity of fatty acid composition was little changed until 20% light but significantly different at 30%, suggesting 20% as limitation light intensity. The close similarity of fatty acid composition between the leaves grown under 30% light and the one at harvest rises uncertainty between adaptation to high temperature and senescence. Total fatty acid content decreased with the increase of light intensity. Short term high temperature(25℃ or 35℃) increased total fatty acid content, unsaturated acid percentage and insignificant difference in pattern similarity of composition.
