        복합적인 의사소통 요구를 지닌 아동 부모의 AAC 포기 경험과 지원 요구

        Background and Objectives: Parents are one of the most crucial stakeholders in interventions involving children. In this study, we examined the experiences and demands of parents of children with complex communication needs who abandoned augmentative and alternative communication (AAC). Method: We conducted face- to-face individual in-depth interviews with six parents using a semi-structured questionnaire. The interviews were recorded and then transcribed to organize and categorize the data using the constant comparative method. Results: Participants’ experiences with AAC abandonment were classified as: (a) From Hope to Disappointment, (b) Lack of Practical Support, and (c) Difficulty of Information Acquisition. Their demands of AAC were classified as: (a) Adjustment of Balance Between Promotion and Education, (b) Establishment of Strong Educational Systems for the Use of AAC, and (c) AAC as a True Means of Communication. Conclusion: The study showed that, although parents of children with complex communication needs were aware of AAC, they did not receive corresponding support for implementing it. Practical challenges impeding AAC utilization and means for supporting and facilitating the use of AAC were discussed. 배경 및 목적: 아동 대상의 중재에서 부모는 가장 중요한 이해당사자 중 하나이다. 본 연구에서는 복합적인 의사소통 요구를 지닌 아동 부모의 보완대체의사소통(AAC) 포기 경험과 지원 요구를 알아보고자 하였다. 방법: 복합적인 의사소통 요구를 지닌 자녀를 위해 AAC를 시도하였으나 현재는 AAC 사용을 포기한 부모 6명을 대상으로 반구조화된 질문지를 사용하여 면대면 개별 심층면담을 진행하였다. 면담 내용은 녹음 후 전사하여 자료를 구성하고 연속적 비교법에 따라 주제를 도출하였다. 결과: 연구 참여자의 AAC 포기 경험은 ‘희망에서 실망으로’, ‘실제적인 지원 부족’, ‘정보 습득의 난관’ 이라는 3개의 주제로 요약되었고, AAC에 대한 지원 요구는 ‘홍보와 교육의 균형 맞추기’, ‘견고한 AAC 교육시스템 구축’, ‘진정한 소통 수단으로서의 AAC’라는 3개의 주제로 요약되었다. 논의 및 결론: 본 연구 결과는 복합적인 의사소통 요구를 지닌 아동 부모의 AAC에 대한 인식에 비해 AAC이행을 위한 실제적인 지원이 부족함을 보여주었다. 본 연구 결과를 토대로 AAC 사용을 저해하는 현실적인 어려움과 AAC 사용 촉진을 위한 지원 방안을 논의하였다.

        본 연구는 창의적인 인재를 육성하기 위한 교육 방법적용의 일환으로서 공간디자인 프로세스를 중심으로 브랜드와 아트를 적용하여 현 교육에서 창의적 인재를 육성하기 위한 수업이다. 공간디자인은 국한된 하나의 학문만을 학습하는 분야가 아니라 다양한 영역을 경험할 수 있으며 종합적이고 통합적인 과정을 통해 학습되어야 한다. 그러므로 현 디자인 교육에서는 종합적인 사고력을 가진 인재를 육성하는 교육 과정이 절실히 필요하다. 따라서 본 수업에서는 프로젝트를 진행하면서 특화된 공간디자인의 방법 및 창의적인 디자인프로세스를 도입한다. 구체적으로 학생들의 개인적 상상력과 표현력을 끌어내고, 브랜드와 아트를 도입함으로 15주 수업에서 문제인식, 문제이해, 해결안, 해결안의 구현 및 평가로 창의적인 공간 디자인 프로세스를 7단계로 진행한다. 종합하여, 본 수업의 목적은 학생들로 하여금 창의적인 사고와 체계적인 프로세스를 경험함으로써 사회에서 바로 활용 및 적용될 수 있도록 하며, 분석적이고 창의적인 문제해결력을 향상시키는 데 있다. This study is an educational way to foster creative talent around the brand and the design process is applied to the current art education classes for the development of creative talent. The study design is limited to only one area of learning, rather than to experience a variety of comprehensive and integrated. Therefore, the current design education human resource development with a comprehensive integrative thinking is imperative that training needs. While performing a project in the class characteristics of the design method is introduced to the creative design process. Draw students` personal imagination and expression, and the art by introducing a brand 15 weeks in class recognition problem, to understand the problem, solutions, implementation and evaluation of solutions to the creative space design process proceeds to step 7. Therefore, the purpose of this course is to allow students to creative thinking and chegyeseong use and can be applied directly in the communities, and to improve the analysis and creative problem solving puts purposes.

      • Molecular Materials Containing a Large Amount of Iodine as a Sensitizer to Improve the Performance of Extreme UV Resist

        Extreme ultraviolet light at 13.5 nm can implement finer circuit patterns than ArF (193 nm) light sources, but the number of photons absorbed per unit area is only 1/14, which deteriorates the characteristics of the resist. We synthesized a molecular material having a cyclic acetal structure using three benzaldehyde derivatives based on the vascular contrast agent molecule for computed tomography (CT) containing a lot of iodine with high absorbance. The synthesized material has excellent solubility in a resist coating solvent and is changed to a water-soluble structure through an acid-catalyzed decomposition reaction. the synthesized molecular iodide material is mixed with a resist polymer and Photoacid generator (PAG) and formed into a thin film. under extreme ultraviolet patterning conditions, The Line-edge roughness (LER) and sensitivity have obtained the patterning of improved result than the comparison group that does not contain this.

        중형 이산화탄소 급탕기의 최적 설계

        Middle-sized CO<sub>2</sub> water heater having compressor power of 7.45 kW was designed, and its performances were experimentally tested. Besides, optimum design of the CO<sub>2</sub> water heater was conducted by cycle simulation. When ambient temperature of 7℃ and hot water outlet temperature of 80℃ the CO<sub>2</sub> water heater showed the COP of 3.2. As hot water temperature increased the COP is getting decreased due to significant increase of compressor power consumption compared to increasing rate of heating capacity. When ambient temperature increased from -3℃ to 12℃ the COP increased by 30%. The optimum components design of a gas cooler, an internal heat exchanger, and an evaporator were conducted, and the experimental correlation between amount of EEV opening and ambient temperature, and hot water temperature was suggested.

        수치적 모델링을 통한 이산화탄소 급탕기의 특성 연구

        Numerical modeling of CO₂ water heater was conducted prior to optimal design of medium and large sized CO₂ water heater, and the experimental test with small sized CO₂ water heater having heat capacity of 4 kW was completed to verify the present numerical model. The present model estimated the experimental data of COP(coefficient of performance), heating capacity, and the hot water outlet temperature within the range of 3% to 8% of mean deviation. As increase of EEV(electric expansion valve) opening area, decreasing of heating capacity and the hot water outlet temperature, and increasing of COP were found in both experimental and numerical investigation.

        CO₂ 급탕기 내 이중관식 열 교환기의 에너지 효율 향상을 위해 이론적 설계를 진행하였고 이 설계툴의 성능 검증을 위하여 기존 일본 CO₂ 급탕기와 동급으로 설계하여 기존 열 환기와 교체하여 최적 충전 량 및 EEV 개도 변화에 따른 시스템 특성, 일정 가스쿨러 출수 온도에 따른 COP 등을 통한 비교 실험을 진행하였다. 이를 토대로 본 설계의 타당성 및 기존 열 교환기보다 높은 효율을 보인다는 것을 검증하고자 한다. The double-tube type gas cooler for the CO₂ water heater heat pump system was theoretically designed, and the performance of the new designed gas cooler was investigated by replacing the existing gas cooler with the new one. The COPs, water outlet temperatures, and optimum charge amounts with the variation of EEV opening were compared between the systems. Through the comparison, the design model for the gas cooler was verified and the performance of the water heater heat pump system installed with the new designed gas cooler is better than that of the existing one.

      • CO₂ 하이드레이트 혼합물의 관내측 열전달 특성

        In-tube convective heat transfer coefficient and pressure drop of the CO₂-hydrate and gas/water mixture was investigated in this study. The CO₂-hydrate was formed by injecting water to high pressure gas-state CO₂, and the CO₂-hydrate and water mixture went through double-tube type test section. The test tube was made of stainless steel, and length of test section and diameter of inner tube was 4.0 m, 9.52 mm, respectively. The inlet pressure of CO₂ before mixing part was maintained around 2.0 MPa, and mole fraction of CO₂-hydrate in the mixture was controlled by amount of water injection. The CO₂-hydate mole fraction at test section inlet ranged from 0.4 to 0.65. The formation of CO₂-hydrate was verified by rising temperature of the mixture after mixing under adiabatic condition. Phase equilibrium of CO₂-hydrate was checked by inlet pressure and temperature of the mixture too. The in-tube heat transfer coefficient of the mixture ranged from 2400 to 3000 W/m2K, and the pressure drop was from 30 to 50 kPa.

      • 압축기 동력 10마력 급 공랭식 CO₂ 급탕기 개발

        The usage of the CO₂ water heater has been increased due to its environmental friendly characteristics and the higher water temperature compared to that of conventional refrigerant. Also, it has lower running cost and higher system efficiency compared to the gas-fired water heater. In this study, the basic design for the Co2 water heater of which the compressor power consumption of 10HP is conducted. The CO2 water heater is composed of a compressor, a gas cooler, an expansion device, an internal heat exchanger(IHX), and a water reservoir tank .The mass flow rate, the discharge temperature and the pressure were calculated by using the efficiency model of the compressor. The rotation speed and the sweep volume for the compressor is obtained from the Dorin semi-hermetic 8㎾ compressor. The gas cooler and the IHX were designed by the ε-NTU method, which is applied to the finite volume. The capacity of them was calculated through the CO2 mass flow rate and the assumed inlet and outlet temperature. The evaporator was designed by the EVAP-COND under the various outside temperatures.

        지구 온난화의 가속화와 에너지수요의 급증으로 인하여 국내를 포함한 전세계는 에너지자원의 확보와 환경문제 해결에 각별한 노력을 기울이고 있다. 이에 신재생에너지에 대한 연구와 투자가 계속되고 있다. 이에 본 연구는 가장 보편적으로 사용되고 있는 태양광 발전 모듈설치 관한것으로 기존 평판형이 설치가 아닌 태양광을 가장 잘 받도록 식물이 진화 하였다는 JACK.B. FISHER AND HISAO HONDA 토대로 태양광 모듈 설치 최적화를 하자고 한다.

        치과교정여부에 따른 치과협조도에 영향을 미치는 요인 연구

        Objectives: This study aims to investigate patient cooperation for dental treatments by dividing patients into two groups with different treatment categories, i.e. orthodontic patients versus non-orthodontic patients. Methods: On December 2016, the study conducted survey targeting 311 orthodontic or non-orthodontic patients who are 20 years old or older living in Seoul and Gyeonggi-do, South Korea. The study subject were informed with the adequate information of the study and signed consent forms. Except for the questionnaire copies from 23 respondents whose answers were insincere those from 288 respondents, equivalent to 92.6% of the data collected, were used in the present analysis. Results: This review intended to clarify any factors affecting patient cooperation for dental treatments shows that the perception of oral condition, the reliability of dentistry, and the patient preventive cooperation had an effect on patient cooperation for dental treatments. Conclusions: The results summarized above suggest orthodontic patients who are familiar with dental treatments by virtue of their regular visits to dental clinics have higher cooperation for dental treatments compared to non-orthodontic patients, and the higher reliability of dentistry leads to higher patient cooperation for dental treatments.
