본 연구는 호텔산업에 있어서 다른 경쟁자들보다 우위를 획득하고 경영성과를 증가시키기 위한 방법을 찾고자 하였으며, 특히나 경영성과와 밀접한 관련이 있는 아웃소싱에 대해 연구하였다. 그리고 수도권에 위치한 특1급 호텔을 대상으로 하여 아웃소싱과 밀접한 관련이 있는 부서를 중심으로 총250부를 배포하고, 236부를 회수하여 경로분석을 통해서 호텔의 아웃소싱이 경영성과에 미치는 영향에 대해 분석하였다. 그 결과, 재무성과에 영향을 주는 요소는 계약비용, 기술, 계약서의 명확성, 내부 경영기법 등과 같은 것은 통제 적 요소가 중요한 것으로 나타났다. 그리고 업무의 효율성에는 협력을 통한 서비스 질을 향상시키는 것이 중요한 것으로 나타났다. 즉, 호텔산업에 있어서는 아웃소싱회사와의 기본적인 통제 가능한 요소를 바탕으로 한 상호협력이 강화될수록 고객만족을 통한 경영성과에 대한 긍정적인 효과를 기대할 수 있을 것이라고 판단된다. This research is to find a way to improve level of management performance and power of competition against other competitors in the same field. especially, outsourcing closely related management performance has been studied. In this research, 250 questionnaires for super delux hotel were distributed and analyzed 236 with Path Analysis. finally, the most important things impacting financial performance have shown contract cost, skills, inner management skills, clarity of contract conditions, etc... controllable outsourcing factors and cooperation between outsourcing company and hotel as well is important to improve service quality based on work efficiency. In conclusion, hotel industry has to continue to work on building stronger relationship with outsourcing companies based on controllable outsourcing factors. it will bring positive effect to management performance through customer satisfaction

Social movement unionism(SMU) is gaining recognition as a new paradigm for renewal of labor unions. This paper aims to investigate the realities of the social solidarity between Korea Government Employees` Union(KGEU) branches and social organizations, furthermore to understand its meaning and limitation through the perspective of SMU. The social solidarity of the KGEU manifests itself in various ways, which includes the struggle for the improvement of public services, administrative reform, political affiance, civil participation in local budget drafting, social welfare work, and Korean unification movement. These movements rely largely on the socio-economic situation in which the branches work; the extent to which social movement is developed, and the identities of the executive committees. Generally, the social solidarity is shown in a small scale with minimal participation of members, focusing on defensive issues. The headquarter of KGEU has not been able to offer a clear vision and strategy, which is a impediment to articulation between the branches and the center. These factors show that the social movement unionism as shown in KGEU is still in its infancy. The SMU is a significant factor in a sense that it is not only for the survival of the union by gaining political support but a social transformation based on the quality of public service. For SMU to develop and take root, the headquarter`s vision and strategies must be based on systematic survey of the current local SMU situation. Also needed are the socialization of internal issues(temporary workers etc), selecting and implementing of the best case practices, union member education, and various other grassroot participation activities.
