With the recent commercialization of electric-hydrogen vehicles and the development of vehicle parts, noise measurement of steering systems has become more important than engines or tires, which are the main causes of noise inside vehicles. This study was developed to determine the cause of noise generation by attaching an IoT Module to the engine room to measure vibration generated by the steering system of a driving vehicle.
Mo 기판위의 NaF 중간층을 이용한 Cu(In,Ga)Se<sub>2</sub> 광흡수층의 Na 도핑특성에 관한 연구

In high-efficiency Cu(In,Ga)$Se_2$ solar cells, Na is doped into a Cu(In,Ga)$Se_2$ light-absorbing layer from sodalime-glass substrate through Mo back-contact layer, resulting in an increase of device performance. However, this supply of sodium is limited when the process temperature is too low or when a substrate does not supply Na. This limitation can be overcome by supplying Na through external doping. For Na doping, an NaF interlayer was deposited on Mo/glass substrate. A Cu(In,Ga)$Se_2$ absorber layer was deposited on the NaF interlayer by a three-stage co-evaporation process As the thickness of NaF interlayer increased, smaller grain sizes were obtained. The resistivity of the NaF-doped CIGS film was of the order of $10^3{\Omega}{\cdot}cm$ indicating that doping was not very effective. However, highest conversion efficiency of 14.2% was obtained when the NaF thickness was 25 nm, suggesting that Na doping using an NaF interlayer is one of the possible methods for external doping.
실업자가 지각한 사회적 지지와 가족탄력성이 주관적 안녕감에 미치는 영향

The purpose of this study is to understand the effects of social support and family resilience perceived by the unemployed on subjective well-being. The study subjects surveyed 215 users of the Employment Welfare Plus Center in OO City, Gyeongsangbuk-do from May 1, 2018 to June 30, 2018. The analysis method was used to analyze frequency, reliability analysis, and correlation using the SPSS program, and multiregression analysis was conducted. The first study found that only the subfactor of social support perceived by the unemployed, the evaluative support, had a significant impact on subjective well-being, and that emotional support, information support, and material support had no significant impact on subjective well-being. Second, the belief system, organizational type, and communication process, which are the subfactors of family resilience perceived by the unemployed, have a positive impact on subjective well-being. The implications of this study are to reveal the effects of social support, family resilience, and subjective well-being on the unemployed, which will be the basis for psychological anxiety and stress prevention in job search activities in the employment service sector. 본 연구의 목적은 실업자가 지각한 사회적 지지와 가족 탄력성이 주관적 안녕감에 미치는 영향에 대하여 파악하는데 있다. 연구대상은 경상북도 OO시의 고용복지 플러스센터 이용자 215명을 대상으로 2018년 5월 1일부터 2018년 6월 30일까지 자기 기입식 설문 조사하였다. 분석방법은 SPSS 프로그램을 사용하여 빈도분석, 신뢰도분석, 상관분석을 실시하였으며, 다중회귀분석을 실시하였다. 연구결과 첫째, 실업자가 지각하는 사회적 지지의 하위요인인 평가적 지지만이 주관적 안녕감에 유의한 영향을 미쳤으며, 정서적지지, 정보적지지, 물질적 지지는 주관적 안녕감에 유의한 영향을 미치지 않는 것으로 나타났다. 둘째, 실업자가 지각한 가족탄력성의 하위요인인 신념체계, 조직유형, 의사소통과정은 주관적 안녕감에 긍정적인 영향을 미치는 것으로 나타났다. 본 연구의 시사점은 실업자에 대한 사회적지지, 가족탄력성, 주관적 안녕감과의 영향관계를 밝힘으로써 고용서비스 분야에서 실업자들의 구직활동에 발생되는 심리적 불안과 스트레스 예방을 위한 기초자료가 될 것으로 사료된다.
Papillon-Lefe`vre Syndrome에 병발한 비전형적 상악동염 1예

Papillon-Lefèvre syndrome (PLS) is an extremely rare autosomal recessive disorder characterized by palmoplantar keratoderma and periodontitis and occuring with an estimated incidence of 1-4 cases per million. Patients with PLS are highly susceptible to infection. The etiology of an infective susceptibility is unknown; however, an association with defects in neurophil dysfunction, insufficient lymphocyte response to pathogens, defects in monocyte functions and impairment of NK cell cytotoxic function has been suggested. To our knowledge, this is the first case report of atypical maxillary sinusitis accompanied by PLS, and we represent the case with a review of the related literatures.
An Active Mixing Microfluidic System for the Colorimetric Analysis of Intracellular Enzymes

A highly effective active micro mixer utilizing magnetic force with a simple onfiguration is explored to facilitate the fast mixing of more than two fluid flowsand to integrate a microfluidic system capable of disrupting cells and reacting with biomolecules. The mixing performance of the active micro mixer is evaluated within an aqueous-aqueous system including dyes for visual observation and within an organicaqueous system where enzyme reaction occurs. In addition, this magnetic stirrer for microfluidic-based research is used to create complete analytical micro systems, which facilitates cell lysis, sample preparation, and a subsequent analysis of intracellular biomolecules. Upon loading a sample of a whole cell and lysis reagent into a mixing chamber, the integrated microfluidic device carries out cell disruption by rotation of a micro magnetic-disc. Intracellular lipase samples from lyzed cells can be efficiently mixed and reacted with its substrate. We developed a micro-mixing fluidic system for cell lysis and enzyme reaction in order to detect colorimetric products.
