        팔물탕이 뇌혈유력학 변화에 미치는 작용기전

        This experimental study was designed to investigate the mechanism of Palmul-Tang(PMT) on the changes of cerebral hemodynamics in rats. The changes of cerebral hemodynamics in normal rats were as follows ; The PMT-induced increase in regional cerebral blood flow was significantly inhibited by pretreatment with indomethacin(1㎎/㎏, i.p.), an inhibitor of cyclooxygenase, and was inhibited by methylene blue(10㎍/㎏, i.p.), an inhibitor of guanylate cyclase. The PMT-induced dilation in pial arterial diameter was significantly inhibited by pretreatment with indomethacin and methylene blue. The PMT-induced increase in mean arterial blood pressure was significantly inhibited by pretreatment with indomethacin but was increased by methylene blue. This results were suggested that the mechanism of PMT was mediated by cyclooxygenase. The changes of cytokine production in cerebral ischemic rats were as follows ; In cytokine production of serum by drawing from femoral arterial blood after middle cerebral arterial occlusion 1hr, sample group was decreased IL-1β and TNF-α production compared with control group, IL-10 production of sample group was similar to that of control group, but sample group was significantly increased TGF-β production compared with control group. In cytokine production of serum by drawing from femoral arterial blood after reperfusion 1hr, sample group was significantly decreased IL-1β production compared with control group and decreased TNF-α production compared with control group. IL-10 production of sample group was similar to that of control group, but sample group was significantly increased TGF-β production compared with control group. In cytokine production of serum by drawing from femoral arterial blood after reperfusion 4 hrs, sample group was significantly decreased IL-1β production compared with control group, but IL-10 production of sample group was similar to that of control group. sample group was increased TNF-α and TGF-β production compared with control group. These results suggested that PMT had inhibitive effect on the brain damage by inhibiting IL-1β and TNF-α production, but by accelerating TGF-β production. The present author thought that PMT had an anti-ischemic effect through the improvement of cerebral hemodynamics and inhibitive effect on the brain damage.

        한국자원봉사자의 자원봉사활동 지속의지의 영향 요인

        본 연구에서는 한국자원봉사자들을 대상으로 자원봉사활동의 지속의지에 영향을 미치는 요인을 파악하여, 자원봉사자의 중도탈락을 줄이고 지속적인 활동을 유지하기 위하여 자원봉사활동에 대한 인정보상과 참여동기가 자원봉사자의 참여지속의지에 어떠한 영향을 미치며 직무만족은 어떠한 매개효과를 나타내는지를 실증적으로 살펴본다. 이를 위해 자원봉사활동의 인정보상요인, 참여동기요인을 독립변수로, 직무만족도를 매개변수로, 참여지속의지를 종속변수로 모형을 구성하여 분석을 실시하였다. 분석결과, 인정보상요인은 자원봉사자의 직무만족도에 유의한 영향을 미치는 반면 참여동기요인은 직무만족도에 유의한 영향을 미치지 않는 것으로 나타났다. 또한 직무만족도 는 자원봉사자의 참여지속의지에 유의한 영향을 미치는 것으로 나타났다. This study aims to understand factors which have influences on Korean volunteers's will to continue their activities, what effects approval and compensation, and participation motivation have on their continuance will and what mediating effects their satisfaction have on it in order to decrease their falling off and promote them to continue their participation. For the purpose, this study used the model with approval and compensation, and participation motivation as independent variables, job satisfaction as a mediating variable and continuance will as a subordinate variable. As a result of the analysis, it was discovered that approval and compensation had a significant influence on their job satisfaction while their participation motivation did not have a significant influence on their job satisfaction. Also, their job satisfaction had a significant influence on their continuance will.

      • MgCO₃염의 적용을 통한 복합 기체 투과막의 이산화탄소 투과도 및 CO₂/N₂선택도 향상

        A cost-effective, easy method for enhancing the CO2 permeance and CO2/N2 selectivity of mixed matrix membranes (MMMs) was fabricated using commercially available MgCO3 crystals. The MgCO3 crystals were homogenously dispersed in polymer matrices via mechanical stirring to prepare MMMs. In particular, an amphiphilic comb polymer (CP) consisting of poly(ethylene glycol) behenyl ether methacrylate (PEGBEM) and poly(oxyethylene methacrylate) (POEM) was shown to be ideal matrix because of the interactions between its carbonyl oxygen atoms and MgCO3. Through SEM, HR-TEM, WAXS, DSC, FT-IR, N2 adsorption-desorption isotherm measurements and Raman spectroscopies, the MgCO3 and CP/MgCO3 hybrids were characterized. The CP/MgCO3 MMM with 45 wt% MgCO3 exhibited the highest CO2/N2 selectivity of 93.8 and CO2 permeance of 30.9 GPU.

        흰쥐에서 아리스톨로킨산이 생식기능에 미치는 영향

        The toxicity of aristolochic acid (ArA) has attracted considerable attention since the case of nephropathy regarding diet pill preparations was reported. The present study was performed to determine the reproductive toxicity of ArA in female SD rats. ArA was administered orally to female rats at 2, 8 or 16 mg/kg b.w./day and the females were mated with untreated males and their reproductive status was determined. ArA is well known as PLA2 inhibitor, toxic effects of such a relationship are not yet clear, and in vivo study on this matter are scarce. For this study, ArA was administered to pregnant rats at 10 or 20 mg/kg b.w./day, because premating treatments were not conducted. Administration of 20 mg/kg b.w./day caused infertility or abortion. In ArA-treated groups, PGF2a productions were inhibited and apoptosis were suppressed. Collectively, this study may help to further define the roles of sPLA2 in reproductive organs and to determine the toxic mechanisms of ArA.

        CaCO<sub>3</sub>을 이용한 혼합매질분리막의 이산화탄소 투과도 향상

        급진적인 산업발전에 따른 무분별한 이산화탄소 배출로 인하여 지구온난화, 이상 기후 등의 문제가 불거지고 있으며 이는 한 나라에만 국한되지 않은 국제적인 문제가 되었다. 위와 같은 문제를 해결하고자 본 연구에서는 이산화탄소에 대해 높은 친화도를 가지고 있는 PEGBEM-g-POEM 가지형 공중합체를 합성하였으며 $CaCO_3$염을 첨가하여 염의 중량에 따른 혼합매질분리막의 이산화탄소/질소 투과 성능을 관찰하였다. $CaCO_3$염이 고분자 중량 대비 50% 첨가되었을 때 최적의 이산화탄소/질소 분리 투과성능을 보였으며, 선택도는 염을 추가하기 전 44.7에서 45.42로 크게 변하지 않은 반면 이산화탄소 투과도는 염을 첨가하기 전 22.5 GPU에서 28.16 GPU로 약 25% 향상되었다. 이는 첨가한 염과 이산화탄소간의 상호작용으로 인하여 향상된 고분자 복합막의 이산화탄소에 대한 용해도에 기인하는 것으로 생각된다. 또한 염을 과량으로 첨가한 경우에는 고분자가 복합막의 표면을 충분히 메우지 못하여 계면결함이 생성되었으며 이로 인해 이산화탄소 기체 분리성능이 감소하였다. 기체분리성능 향상을 위해서는 적정량의 염 첨가가 필수적인 것으로 분석되었다. With vigorous development of petroleum and chemical industry, emission of carbon dioxide has attracted tremendous attention globally due to global warming problem and abnormal climate change. To address these problems, in this study, a PEGBEM-g-POEM graft copolymer with high $CO_2$ affinity was synthesized and $CaCO_3$ was incorporated to form mixed matrix membranes (MMMs) for enhancement of $CO_2$ permeance. By varying the addition weight of $CaCO_3$ in MMMs, high separation performance of $CO_2$ over $N_2$ was obtained. At 50 wt% loading of $CaCO_3$, the greatest separation performance was obtained with an enhanced $CO_2$ permeance from 22.5 to 28.16 GPU and slightly increased $CO_2/N_2$ selectivity from 44.7 to 45.42. It resulted from the increased $CO_2$ solubility of MMMs due to specific interaction between $CaCO_3$ and $CO_2$ molecules. Upon excess loading of $CaCO_3$, MMMs exhibited loss of $CO_2$ separation performance due to the formation of interfacial defects. Based on this result, it is considered that the proper addition of $CaCO_3$ is crucial for improvement of $CO_2$ separation performance.

      • SBS 공중합체를 이용한 가교된 고분자 전해질 막 제조

        Membranes, which consist crosslinked polymer electrolyte, modified structures by using poly(styrene-b-butadiene-b-styrene) (SBS) triblock copolymer and a sulfonated monomer, 2-sulfoethyl methacrylate (SEMA). With thermal-initiator, 4,4'-azobis(4-cyanovaleric acid), the SEMA membranes were crosslinked. Owing to increase of SO3-groups, the water uptake and ion exchange capacity of membranes was enhanced. By using the series of the equipment, like wide angle X-ray scattering, small angle X-ray scattering, and transmission electron microscopy, microphase-separated morphology and amorphous structures of crosslinked SBS/SEMA membranes was identified. Universal testing machine and thermo gravimetric analysis were performed to investigate mechanical properties and thermo behavior of synthesized polymer membrane.

      • MgO 나노시트를 통한 은이온 안정성 향상 및 고분자 복합막의 프로필렌/프로판 분리 성능 증대

        In this work, economical, facile and eco-friendly technology for gas separation was utilized, especially for propane and propylene. This materials are commonly used in petrochemical process as principle and base sources. In present state, adsorption or cryogenic distillation method are used for their separation, however, intensive energy cost and complex process are needed. In particular, we fabricated polymeric composite membrane with high scalability, propylene and propane gases are effectively separated. Whats more, Ag ion is pivotal materials with pi complexation effect. MgO nanosheet was incorporated for enhancing and activating Ag ion in polymer composite membrane. Lastly, Ag-friend polymer matrix was used for getting higher perm-selecetivity.
