중국 개혁기 공간생산 지식의 내용과 지형: 선양시(瀋陽市) 톄시구(鐵西區) 노후공업기지의 개조를 중심으로

Against the backdrop of Northeast China Revitalization Plan(東北振興策)which was began in 2003, this paper pays attention to how the Old Industrial Bases in the Northeast have been reformed in terms of the Space-Production, presumes that social actors who have projected the knowledge on the Space-Production are the university, the local government and the research institute, analyzes the content of the knowledge and conducts discursive investigation of how the knowledge as “exemplary strategies” for the State Owned Enterprises in the Old Industrial Bases is disseminated among these social actors. 이 논문은 2000년대 들어서 본격화된 중국 동북진흥 정책을 배경으로 해서, 선양시 톄시구로 대표되는 노후공업기지의 개조를 추진하는 방식이 가진 공간생산적성격에 주목하여, 그러한 공간생산과 관련된 지식을 투사하는 주체를 학계, 지방정부, 연구기관으로 설정한 후, 그 공간생산 관련 지식의 내용을 분석하고 그 지식이노후공업기지 국유기업 개혁의 “모범적 사례”로서 이들 주체들 사이에 어떻게 전파되는지를 담론적 수준에서 살펴본다.
