This paper is a summary of the first publication of Gyeongseo Yucho and later several intermediate versions. This is to correct errors in previous studies. To this end, the author first discovered and introduced an initial publication with the details of the publication and an intermediate version thereof. In addition, the process of changing the edition incorrectly verified in previous studies was reorganized. As a result, I discovered that Gyeongseo Yucho was first published in 1636 by Choi Yeon (崔衍) based on Gyeongseo Yucho, which was owned by Yangju(楊州) governor Lee Yoo-sung(李惟聖, 1581∼?). However, it has not been confirmed whether the book is the work of Lee Yoo-sung or another person. In particular, I proved that the publication of Gyeongseo Yucho is related to the publication of Chaeggye(冊契). In addition, the following contents have been newly verified in the edition. In other words, the first and second edition of Gyeongseo Yucho consisted of 10 volumes, but the composition of the third and fourth edition was changed to upper, middle, and lower volumes and appendices, and the fifth edition was published based on the fourth edition. Later, in 1834, Taein(泰仁) published a sixth edition consisting of five volumes and appendices. Previous studies believed that the book was published in 1894, but I proved that it was published in 1834 based on various records. Meanwhile, in Gyujanggak, there is a manuscript Gyeongseo Yucho attached with the preface of the king, which was presumed to have been transcribed in 1752. This shows that Gyeongseo Yucho was known to the royal family and used as a reference for writing.

국문초록| 국조시산 은 허균이 편찬한 조선시대 대표적인 시선집이지만 허균사후 80년이 지나서야 박태순에 의해 간행된다. 허균이 역모죄로 죽임을 당했기때문에 사람들은 국조시산 이 최고의 시선집이라는 것을 알면서도 입에 올리는 것을 꺼려했기 때문이었다. 그러나 박태순이 간행한 국조시산 은 허균이 편찬한 원본과는 다른 모습을 보여주었다. 뿐만 아니라 여러 가지 오류를 내포하고 있다. 박태순이 간행을 위해 2차 편집을 했기 때문이었다. 지금까지 우리에게정본으로 알려져 있던 목판본 국조시산 은 사실 박태순의 2차 편집을 걸친 수정본이었던 셈이다. 박태순은 서계 박세당의 조카로서 시집의 주석과 편찬에 남다른 관심을 가지고 있었다. 그는 국조시산 을 간행하기 위해 선사(繕寫)한 책을 박세당에게 보여 그의 감정을 받기도 하였다. 허균의 수정고본 국조시산 의출현은 국조시산 연구에 새로운 시각을 요구하고 있다. 허균의 친필본은 아니지만 허균의 수장인이 있는 수정고본으로서 비평(批評)이나 편차(編次) 등에 있어 기존의 목판본과는 많은 차이가 있다. 국조시산 의 본 모습을 보여주고 있을 뿐만이 아니라, 향후 국조시산 연구의 출발점이 될 것이다. 국조시산 이간행된 후 300년 동안 국조시산 은 목판본을 통해서만 그 존재를 확인할 수 있었고, 지금까지 목판본 국조시산 을 통해서만 연구되어 왔다. 이제 이대본 국조시산 의 출현으로 국조시산 의 연구는 원점으로 돌아가 처음부터 다시 시작해야 한다. GukJoSiSan is a famous selection of Joseon dynasty poems edited by HeoGyun but it was published by Pak TaeSun after 80 years of Heo Gyun’s death. Heo Gyun was executed for the rebellion, so people knew GukJoSiSan is one ofthe best selection but no one expressed the fact. GukJoSiSan published by Pak TaeSun was different from the originalmanuscript which was edited by Heo Gyun. Also it has some errors. Pakchanged the original manuscript. The well-known engraving block version ofGukJoSiSan, which was known as a original is actually the correcting versionwhich Pak edit second time. Pak TaeSun was a nephew of SeoGye Pak SeDang. He was very interested inannotating and editing the selection of poem. He inquired about GukJoSiSan tohis uncle, Pak SeDang before publication and his uncle give it a look and thecomment. The manuscript of GukJoSiSan associated by Heo Gyun give us a new pointof view to research GukJoSiSan. It is not his own hand writing but he himselfowned it. There are a lot of differences in the comments, sequences of poemswith the engraving block version. This version show us a original aspect ofGukJoSiSan which Heo Gyun intended. It will be the starting point ofresearching GukJoSiSan. During 300 years we could only read the engraving block version, also weresearch GukJoSiSan through that version. But owing to the discovery of the new manuscript version which was collected by Ewha University, we shouldresearch GukJoSiSan from the beginning.

디펜하이드라민 음독 후 의식 변화와 심전도 변화를 주소로 내원한 환자 1례

The antihistaminic drug diphenhydramine is mainly used as a sedative, hypnotic and antiemetic. In many countries it is available over-the-counter, very common, and generally regarded as a harmless drug. However, diphenhydramine overdose can result in cardiotoxicity due to its ability to block fast sodium channels in a manner analogous to classic Vaughan-Williams type IA antidysrhythmic agents. As such, cardiotoxicity from diphenhydramine resembles that of the tricyclic antidepressant agents. Here we report a case of a 52 year old man who ingested 2,000 mg of diphenhydramine and presented with an altered mental state and an electrocardiographic change. His electrocardiogram showed sinus tachycardia with a rate 145beat/min, a QRS interval of 88 ms, and a QTc of 556 ms. He had a wide anion gap metabolic acidosis. He was treated with intravenous sodium bicarbonate and supportive therapy. His clinical manifestations waned and he was transferred to another hospital nearby his hometown

『選詩』는 원나라의 劉履(?~?)가『文選』에서 뽑은 시에 일부의 시를 더하고 註釋을 첨가하여 만든 책이다. 『風雅翼』으로도 불리는데 그 존재가 학계에조차 널리 알려져 있는 책이 아니다. 임란왜란 당시 倭人들이 약탈해간 2부가 낙질인 채 일본에 현전하고 있지만, 국내에서는 좀처럼 그 자취를 찾아볼 수 없기 때문이다. 그러나 다행히도 국내에는 明宗이 백광홍에게 내사한 10책 완질의『選詩』가 현전하고 있어 1999년 2월 26일 전라남도 유형문화재 207호로 지정되었다. 그리고 2004년 문화관광부가 岐峰 白光弘(1522~1556)을 '6월의 문화인물'로 선정하면서 水原 白氏 宗家에 소장된『選詩』가 공개되었다. 이를 계기로『選詩』의 편찬과 간행에 대해 살펴보고 그 書誌的 의미에 대해서도 논구해보고자 한다.
