      • 乳兒服 소매원형을 위한 인간공학적 연구 : 動作에 따른 上肢의 形態變化를 중심으로 Sleeve from Variations According to Arm Movement

        This study aimes to investigate the sleeve form variation of pre-school children's clothing in accordance with arm movement. With the samples of ordinary 4 pre-school children, the arm shaped and movements were measured 3-dimensionally using plaster gypsum experiment. Arm movements were 5 types (0˚, 45˚, 90˚, 135˚, 180˚) to the vertical directions in front. The result of investigation can be summarized as follows : 1. The arm surface developments showed the characteristics of expansion and constraction of upper arm. Increasing the movements, the width of the sleeve increased and the height of the sleeve cap decreased but girth of the sleeve cap was not consistant. 2. According to the variation rates fo the body surfaces in length of standard lines, the form of sleeve was changed more in the front than in the back. 3. According to the comparative drawing of the sleeve basic pattern, the sleeve basic pattern of AH/4 was more suitable for the movement M2(45˚). And the sleeve basic pattern of AH/5 was more suitable for the movement M3(90˚), and pattern of A1H/6 was more suitable for the movement M4(135˚) and M5(180˚).

        국내외 상지재활을 위한 음악중재 연구 내 악기연주 유형 및 악기 활용 분석

        The purpose of this review was to analyze the use of musical instruments in music intervention studies for upper extremity rehabilitation. Twenty-one studies published in domestic and foreign academic journals were identified and analyzed. Differences were found based on the academic background of the researchers and the playing technique used. However, the activities for improving upper extremity function and the types of musical instruments employed shared a number of general characteristics. Music intervention studies in Korea were conducted mainly in the field of music therapy, while music intervention studies in other countries were conducted mainly in the medical field. Outcomes differed depending on whether the functional goals of the instrument playing involved gross motor or fine motor movement. Further research is necessary to expand the scope of instrument playing and the use of musical instruments in music interventions for upper extremity rehabilitation. 본 연구는 국내외 상지재활을 위한 음악중재연구의 전반적인 연구 특징과 악기연주 유형 및 악기의 활용을 분석함으로써 악기의 치료적 적용에 대한 학술적 현황과 추후 임상적 적용점을 알아보고자하였다. 이를 위해 국내 및 국외의 전문 학술지에 게재된 21편의 연구가 선정되었다. 분석 결과 연구자의 학문적 배경과 중재에 활용된 악기연주 활동의 기법 기술에 차이가 있으나 악기 연주활동의 내용과 악기 종류에는 공통적인 특성이 나타났다. 또한 국내의 음악중재 연구는 주로 음악치료분야에서실행된 반면, 국외의 연구는 주로 의학 분야에서 이루어졌으며, 분야 간 비교를 통해 동일한 신경학적원리에 기반한 악기연주방법이 실제 적용상에서 일관되게 적용되지 않거나 다양한 용어가 사용되는것을 확인하였다. 향후 연구에서는 팀협력에 기반한 재활접근에서 다학제간 연구의 활성화가 필요함을 시사하는 결과로 볼 수 있으며, 치료원리에 기반한 악기연주가 임상현장에서 활발히 적용될 수있는 학술적 정보를 제공하는 점에서 의의가 있다.

        Quantitative Transmission Disequilibrium Test를 이용한 지질대사관련 유전자의 혈중 지질농도 결정에 미치는 영향분석

        Background and Objectives: The plasma lipid levels play crucial roles in the development of atherosclerotic diseases. We estimated the genetic variance of the lipid levels according to the contributions of the single nucleotide polymorphisms (SNPs) and haplotypes in 5 candidate genes. Subjects and Methods: We selected SNPs in the ATP binding cassette A1 (ABCA1) gene, the apolipoprotien A5 (APOA5), apolipoprotien E (APOE) gene, the cholesterol ester transfer protein (CETP) gene and the hepatic triglyceride lipase (LIPC) gene in 383 individuals from 100 Korean families. The genotype was determined by Orchid’s SNP-ITTM technology. The association analysis of the quantitative traits was performed using the quantitative transmission disequilibrium test. Results: A component analysis of the phenotypic variance explained 24.7% of the genetic variance on the total cholesterol, 26.4% of the genetic variance of the high density lipoprotein (HDL)-cholesterol, 11% of the genetic variance of the triglycerides, 35.6% of the genetic variance of the low density lipoprotein (LDL)-cholesterol and 18.9% of the genetic variance of the LDL-C/HDL-C, respectively. The association of the SNPs in the candidate genes explained a major fraction of the genetic phenotypic variance in the LDL-C/HDL-C ratio, but not in the other lipid profiles. The association with SNPs explained 38.5% of the variance for the total cholesterol, 32.2% of the variance for HDLcholesterol and 29.5% of the variance for LDL-cholesterol relative to the polygenic background. An analysis of the contribution of each gene to the genetic variance showed that ABCA1, APOE, CETP and LIPC influenced the variations in total cholesterol, LDL-cholesterol and LDL-C/HDL-C. The variation in HDL-cholesterol was influenced by ABCA1, APOA5 and APOE. Conclusion: We identified that the genetic variance for the total cholesterol, HDL-cholesterol and LDL-cholesterol, and the LDL-C/HDL-C ratio was significantly influenced by the genetic polymorphisms in 5 candidate genes in the Korean population. Further studies are necessary to identify other genes that can explain a major fraction of the genetic variance for the lipid levels.         협동활동 중심 집단미술치료 프로그램이 저소득층 아동의 또래관계에 미치는 효과

        본 연구는 협동활동 중심 집단미술치료 프로그램이 저소득층 아동의 또래관계 에 미치는 효과를 알아보기 위한 것이다. 연구대상은 A시에 위치한 두 곳의 지역아동센터를 이용하는 저소득층 아동들 중 사회복지사의 추천과 부모 동의를 받은 초등학교 4학년 학생으로 실험집단 및 통제집단에 아동을 각 6명씩 배정하였다. 본 연구는 2014년 7월 21일부터 2014년 10월 13일까지 매 회기 60분씩, 주 1회, 총 12회기를 실시하였다. 본 연구의 효과 측정을 위해 양윤란(2004)의 아동·청소년 또래관계기술 척도(PRS-AC) 및 학교생활화(Kinetic School Drawing: KSD)를 사용하였다. 또한 본 연구 프로그램 중의 3회기와 11회기의 비언어적 협동화를 통하여 회기 중 또래관계 변화를 살펴보았다. 연구 결과, 협동활동 중심 집단미술치료 프로그램을 통해 저소득층 아동의 또래관계기술척도에 나타난 또래관계가 긍정적으로 변화하였으며, 학교생활화의 등장인물, 인물상의 행동과 내용, 상호작용에서 긍정적인 변화가 나타났다. 또한 비언어적 협동화에서 또래와의 상호작용이 증진되었다. This study desires to examine the effects of Cooperative-activity-oriented group art therapy on peer relational of low income children. Subjects of the study are fourth year elementary school children law income families. Also they are recommended, by a social worker, have their parents agreement. They were divided into 6 children of an experimental group, and 6 children of a control group. The study is composed of an early stage(first to third session), a middle(cooperation) stage(fourth to ninth session), and a termination stage(tenth to twelfth session) from July 21 2014 to October 13 2014, so total 12 times were conducted, once a week, 60 minutes a session. Research tool of this study is Peer Relational Skills Scale for Children and Adolescents(PRS-AC) made by Yunran Yang(2004), and this tool was used to compare pretest, post test and follow-up. Also Kinetic School Drawing(KSD) was used to compare pre-inspection with post-inspection. I observed changes that happen peer relational skills through nonverbal cooperation of third session and eleventh session of this study. The results of this study are as follows. Cooperative-activity-oriented group art therapy has a positive effect on drawing(drawing test of school life and nonverbal cooperation), on peer relational skills of Children in low-income families.
