노인학대 개입단계와 신고의무제의 효과성에 대한 비판적 고찰

The occurrence of elder abuse has become an issue of increasing concern in Korea as well as in other western countries, although it is by no means a recent phenomenon. In January of 2004, Korea amended Welfare for the Elderly Act, requiring mandatory reporters to report suspected elder abuse to Adult Protective Services or law enforcement. The purpose of this article is to place mandated reporting of elder abuse in Korea within its wider scholarly contexts and draw lessons from the experiences of other countries that are engaged in implementing it. The methodology employs a range of different approaches to the investigation of elder abuse, including documentary analysis, review of research and so forth. Based on the results the study, it is concluded that individual mandatory reporters should not be liable for being wrong in suspecting elder abuse. Social services of the local governments should be included in the category of mandatory reporters. In addition, there is a need to have a law specifying penalties for failing to report of suspected elder abuse. A number of recommendations are made, including the education of mandatory reporters on the welfare for the elderly and elder abuse.
방향성 정보 척도를 이용한 영상의 픽셀분류 방법에 관한 연구

Pixel classification is one of basic issues of image processing. The general characteristics of the pixels belonging to various classes are discussed and the radical principles of pixel classification are given. At the same time, a pixel classification scheme based on image information scales is proposed. The proposed method is overcome that computation amount become greater and contents easily get turned. And image directional scales has excellent anti-noise performance. In the result of experiment. good efficiency is showed compare with other methods.

According to the development of oil-chemical industry, many polymer materials were used as a electrical insulator, especially polyethylene and epoxy resin are important as a insulator for the electrical equipment. Therefore, I would like to study the degradation mechanism of polyethylene focused at the auto-oxidation processes of polymer materials. The treatment of Low-Density Polyethylene specimen was carried out for about 10,000 hours under the conditions of actual using atmosphere. In this stage, Infrared Absorption Spectra, dielectric characteristics and Thermally Stimulated Current of LDPE were measured and changes of chemical structure of LDPE corresponding to the degradation processes were reviewed.

In practical insulating systems epoxy resin is used mostly in the form of a composite with fillers. In order to the epoxy-resin composite insulating systems at higher fields, it is important to investigate electronic properties at the epoxy-filler interface. we have prepared an epoxy-alumina two-layer composite film as a model system of a polymer-filler interface and studied the effect of interface on electronic conduction by measuring photocurrents and thermally stimulated currents(TSC). At high fields and low temperature, holes are more mobile than electrons in epoxy-alumina composites. Most of the holes in the epoxy layer can pass through the epoxy-alumina interface and move in the alumina bulk, increasing the conduction current in the alumina by about two orders of magnitude. This interfacial phenomenon can not be explained by the conventional Maxwell-Wagner model. TSC measurements on the composites showed that some of the holes are trapped at the epoxy-alumina interface, in alumina bulk or the epoxy bulk near the interface, and give rise to new TSC peak. At high fields and room temperature, the photoconduction is governed by the alumina layer and the dark conduction by the epoxy layer. These are well explained by the Maxwell-Wagner model. The electrical properties at the epoxy-filler interface are greatly affected by temperature and carrier species.

Diffusion of platinum in silicon is widely used as a life time killer of high speed switching element and thyristor due platinum forms deep trap level in silicon. However, the concentration profile of platinum is extremely high at the surface of the sample, which cause the deterioration of electric characteristics of power device. Therefore, in this study I suggested the method to uniformalize the concentration profile of Pt in Silicon as follows; One is to perform Pt-diffusion at high temperature in O₂ atmosphere. The other is the sample to be annealed at/about 1,000℃ for one hour in O℃ atmosphere after performing Pt-diffusion in O₂or N₂atmosphere.

에지추출은 영상인식 시스템에서 매우 중요한 단계이다. 지금까지 많은 에지추출 방법들이 연구되어 왔음에도 불구하고 에지추출 문제는 여전히 어려운 문제로 남아있다. 기존의 기울기 연산자나 표면접합에 의한 에지추출과 달리 본 논문에서는 에지추출을 에지평가 비용함수의 최대화 문제로 다루었다. 에지평가 비용함수는 에지크기,에지연속성,에지굵기 그리고 에지길이를 기준으로 하여 구성하였으며,이와같은 에지평가 비용함수를 최대화 시키는데 유전자 알고리즘을 사용하였다. 그리고 유전자 알고리즘의 탐색성능을 향상시키기 위하여 Crossover연산의 3요소를 중심으로 유전자 알고리즘(MCPC)을 구성하였으며,다른 에지추출 연산자보다 좋은 에지추출 성능을 보여주었다. Eddge detection is the first step and very important step in image analysis. We cast edge detection as a problem in cost maximization. This is acheived by the formulation of a cost function that evaluates the quality of edge conFigurations. The cost function can be used as a basis for comparing the performances of different detectors. We used a Genetic Algorithm for maximizing cost function. Genetic algorithms are a class of adaptive search techniques that have been intensively studied in recent years and have been prome to converge prematurely before the best solution has been found. This paper shows that carefully chosen modifications(three factors of the crossover operator) are implenented can be effective in alleviating this problem.
