팀 혁신활동을 위한 지식공유 활동 영향요인에 관한 연구

Innovation becomes norm rather than exception in today's business, and accordingly firms are working on how to make their employees to work smarter using information systems and technologies. Smart work demands virtual collaboration and cooperation among team members in different places and different time. Sharing of knowledge among team members in these innovative activities are critical in every sense for the successful performance. This study explores the antecedents of knowledge sharing among team members in team-based innovation activities. Five factors (pleasure of knowledge sharing, self-efficacy, management support, rewards, and system usage) are identified through extant review of literature and an instrument is adopted and validated from previous studies. The instrument is adminitered against 138 individuals in and across 54 teams in a telecommunication firm. Except self efficacy, all the paths in the proposed research model is confirmed with different levels of relational coefficients towards the levels of knowledge sharing and innovation activities in teams. Surprisingly, findings indicate that intrinsic pleasure of sharing is most critical than management support, organizational rewards or system usage. This study fills the research gap in team management. Findings provide important implications for managing teams in coming virtual and smart environment.

본 연구는 암호화폐를 대표하는 비트코인과 주요 자산인 금, 은, 주식 자산들간의 선후행 관계와 장기적인 영향의 정도에 대해 실증적으로 분석하고, 장기 균형관계를 추정하고자 하였다. 비트코인의 매매가격과 금, 은 가격, S&P500 지수를 주간 단위로 2010년 7월부터 2020년 3월까지 약 10년간의 시계열 데이터를 수집하여 부석하였다. 그랜저 인과관계 검정, VECM 추정, 충격반응분석과 분산분해분석을 통해 시사점을 도출하였다. 분석결과에 따르면, 원자재 자산인 금과 은의 가격, 주식 자산인 S&P500은 비트코인의 가격에 대한 선행 지표로 볼 수 있었다. 특히 VECM과 분산분해분석 결과에서 S&P500과 은의 가격은 비트코인에 대해 정의 관계로 높은 영향력을 가지는 선행 변수로 분석되었다. 금의 가격은 비트코인과 부(-)의 관계를 가지며, 영향력은 상대적으로 낮은 것으로 나타났다. This study aims to empirically analyze the long-term relationships and their degree of influence between Bitcoin, gold, silver, and stock assets, and to estimate long-term equilibrium. Bitcoin"s trading price, gold and silver price, and S&P500 index were analyzed on a weekly price basis for about 10 years of time series data from July 2010 to March 2020. This study found that implications were derived through the Granger causality test, VECM estimation, impulse response analysis, and variance decomposition analysis. According to the results, the price of gold and silver and S&P500 could be seen as leading indicators of the Bitcoin price. In particular, in the results of VECM and variance decomposition analysis, the S&P500 index and silver price were analyzed as leading variables with substantially positive influence on the Bitcoin price. Gold was found to have a negative relationship with Bitcoin, and its influence was relatively low.
IT서비스품질과 관계품질이 지식공유 활동에 미치는 영향

본 연구의 목적은 IT서비스 환경에서 서비스 제공자와 사용자 사이에 이루어지는 지식공유 활동에서 IT서비스 품질이 미치는 영향을 설명하는 데 있다. 이를 위해 독립변수로서 IT서비스 품질, 매개변수로서 만족, 신뢰, 몰입으로 구성된 관계품질, 그리고 종속 변수로서 지식공유를 제시한 연구모델을 구성하여 검증하였다. 실증적인 검증을 위해 IT프로젝트 팀의 시스템 사용률이 높은 사용자를 대상으로 설문조사를 실시하였으며, 520개의 설문 중 회수된 183개의 자료를 바탕으로 공분산 구조분석을 이용한 구조 모형분석 방법인 AMOS를 통해 검증하였다. 또한 구성개념 신뢰도, AVE(Average Variance Extracted)분석, 확인적 요인분석을 통하여 측정도구의 내적 일관성 및 수렴 타당성, 판별 타당성을 검증하였다. 그 결과 IT서비스 품질은 만족과 신뢰에 영향을 주며, 만족과 신뢰는 몰입에 영향을 주는 것으로 나타났다. 또한 사용자가 몰입을 할수록 지식공유에 더 영향을 주는 것으로 분석되었다. 관계품질이 IT서비스품질과 지식공유 활동에서 중요한 매개역할을 함을 알 수 있었고 아울러서 관계품질 내에서 만족과 신뢰가 몰입을 선행함을 알 수 있었다. IT service is becoming a critical business operation in the age of information revolution. In providing IT services internally to other functions of the corporation and externally to other organizations, sharing of knowledge between business people and system people is known to become more and more critical for successful IT services. Purpose of this research is to examine the impact of IT service quality on knowledge sharing activities between IT service providers and users. Theoretical research model, through an extant literature review, is proposed here, consisting of IT service quality, relationship quality(satisfaction, trust and commitment), and the level of knowledge sharing activities. Survey results of 183 users indicates that IT service quality significantly influences commitment through satisfaction and trust, which in turn influences the level of knowledge sharing activities. Also, interestingly, satisfaction and trust do not directly influences the level of knowledge sharing,but indirectly, through commitment.

IT consulting is becoming a norm rather than exception in this age of smart work and information revolution. As IT consulting is one of the knowledge intensive services requiring high credence on both sides, maintaining a good trustful relationship is critical in sustenance of strategic partnership between business firms and IT service firms. Trust is known to be one of the salient constructs in service relationships. In this study, building from the social psychology literature, trust is conceptualized as two dimensions : cognitive and affective trust. Using two dimensions of trust as mediators, a research model is constructed for IT consulting specific context : relationship continuance intention as the dependent construct while expertise, service performance, reputation, relationship satisfaction and value similarity as antecedents of cognitive and affective trust. 145 data points were collected through a survey of IT service client project managers retrospectively asking their experience with IT consultants. Findings suggest that cognitive trust is associated with perceived level of expertise and service performance while affective trust with relationship satisfaction and value similarity, respectively. Interestingly, the paths from reputation are found to be statistically insignificant towards both dimensions of trust, indicating IT service context would be more practically outcome oriented than any other professional service context. Also, cognitive trust seems to maintain stronger influence on relationship continuance intention as anticipated. Implications and limitations are discussed at the end.
